Professional and qualified staff with amazing customer service provided ...the way of receiving and treating of patients was really great .. Highly satisfied.

I had my first pregnancy ultrasound here. I had a short waiting. The receptionist was polite. The doctor (Dr Ken Ho) was patient, she explained about the baby to me and my husband. The cost was less than other imaging centers that I called.

I had my ultrasound here today and Kira was my Sonographer. She was very polite and explained everything clearly to me and made me so comfortable. I had the best experience. Thank you!

Very unprofessional sonographer, asked her if she could turn the screen a bit to my end so that I could see the scan she mentioned sorry I can't because I have to see it. She did not even keep explaining things abt scan to me, and was just minding her business.. Common this is my 3rd pregnancy and Ive been to multiple scans earlier all the sonographers were polite and nice walked me through the scan turned the monitor towards my end and explained the scan from start till end even to my family members.. Never going to go back again !

Very unprofessional ! No recommend! The reception ladies were chatting for about 5 mins when I standing there to wait to be served . The doctor is not capable do all the parts of my test and ask me to make another booking with their another shop. Also canceled my booking without notice.

Need more staff. The same person did the ultrasound and the same person was at the reception. The staff did not explain the COVID rules before starting the Ultrasound. During the Ultrasound there had to be a female staff, who was not present.Very poor service.

never going back. sonographer seemed verh unprofessional did not run me through ultrasound at all. She told me the gender when i did not ask nor plan on finding out untill later on. Very frustrating and rude

I had my ultrasound and the lady who was doing the ultrasound was very rude and didn’t answer to my questions nicely and seems to be unprofessional
