Staff service is good however the variety of products is lacking. Also It's a shame that the quality of their products are not what they used to be. I own 15 year old target clothes that are still going strong, but all the newer stuff doesn't last more than 2-3yrs. Please bring back your quality, Target!!

Had to come to the Blacktown store to get tags taken off 2 shorts that I bought from the castle hill store mind you no one was there to take the tags off initially at the castle hill store.When I approached the lady with the red hair she was very rude and said I needed a receipt I told her I had thrown the receipt didn’t even realise the tags were on there .She proceeded to call me a thief I said I’m not I bought these from castle hill go check the cameras you will clearly see me buying them.she relented in the end and took the security tags off i mean talk about rude customer service.I then realised when I got home I should of shown her my bank account it clearly shows I bought the shorts but still being nice goes a long way.

Target Blacktown is one of top places, that you can find many personal, family and home stuff... Everything is divided into sections that it is very easy to find what you want... One of the best places to buy clothes, shoes...for men, females and kids.. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom living room stuff... All the gifts for any celebrations, including Christmas, Birthday and so on... Kids toys...bicycle and those related things also available... The quality here is perfect... The prices are fair and even cheap... The staff is helpful and respectful... The environment is wonderful... Everything there is amazing that you should visit Target ! I greatly recommend it... Thank you...

I was disappointed with my experience returning a pair of shoes to the Target Store in Blacktown. I purchased the shoes online, but they did not match the online images and were the wrong size. They did not provide a receipt with the items. I attempted to return them anyway thinking they would help.... WRONG!!! My first interaction was with a staff member named Kay, who was consistently unpleasant and unaccommodating. She denied my refund request without explanation. I then spoke with another employee named Hunter, who gave a nonsensical reason for the refusal, claiming that the store cannot refund items unless they are from a nationally recognized brand. This statement contradicts the store's policy, which states that customers can return items for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase, regardless of brand. When I pointed this out to Hunter, he interrupted me, gave me another phone number, and then hung up abruptly. I am dissatisfied with the way I was treated by the staff at the Target Store in Blacktown. Their refusal to refund my purchase without a valid reason, and their subsequent dismissive behavior, were unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope that Target will take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers.

Totally rude ! What happened to customer service and no a shop error is not the customer's fault learn your place and your manners!

went to buy Jeans but there was a few. clothes went over price for bad quality. and what upset me the most is the fitting room, all Targe fitting rooms are dirty, is it that hard to do vacuum? its full with dust and hair. really gross.

I'm totally disgusted in the Blacktown store. Big W is the level underneath. Shop their instead for a trouble free experience.
