I would like to request everyone to not to go to this place even if this is your last option.They have done multiple bruises on my chin area. It was such a painful experience. When i rang owner, she refused to listen to me by saying she will speak to her staff first. Then i went to doctor and showed bruises and got medical certificate. I have complained in fair trading. I will go to tribunal as well if i will need to. I will take this matter further as they cant run a business with untrained staff and unprofessional behaviour.

My wife had waxing done here on 11/04/19. She had half her face burnt. Next day when my wife went to show them what that have done, she got told by the staff that she needs to tell them what type of wax should be used. Does this place have any proper trained and certified workers? After reading all the reviews I am not sure why this place is still open? She had to fight for the refund. This does not solve the long term issues this has caused to my wife. She hasn't been able to go to work or out anywhere. I can assure one thing is that I will be taking this further and make sure this place is audited.

Had my eyebrows and lip threaded. I went in for a tidy up, first time ever. She took half my tails off and my lip has 4 huge cysts on it. One eyebrow is cut shorter than the other in height and length. I look completely different! It’s awful. Never go here. And it was incredibly painful.

This is the worst place I have ever been to!!!. The woman who threaded my brows was rude and dismissive, absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever but happy to take the money after a 1min job on threading. I asked to have a small tidy up and the result was the thinnest brows ever!!!!. I alsoasked about microdermabrasion and she flat out said no your skin is too bad in a blunt rude manner. Did not offer any alternatives i.e a facial instead. Absolutely offensive woman - she shouldn't have anything to do with others. Was poor threading as well, many hairs under the eyebrows and did not thread the middle. When I asked if she could she just dismissed me and asked for payment. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! I have only given one star as could not post review without one - this place deserves not even one star.

Threading was advertised at $10. Asked lady how much she said $15. I thought okay. And then after the service was finished she charged me $17!!! I asked her why when she told me it was just $15, she said price increased. Wow, the price increased after 5 minutes!!!!! Lady didn’t smile at all, looks like she doesn’t wanna work there. Brows not done great, one is thinner than the other. To the owner, any business will go down with unprofessional staff. It is imperative they are trained before doing any service. NEVER GOING BACK.

Went in on 15/6 June for the first time to get eyelash extensions and was treated so nicely they were very professional! However. The very next morning my eye was swollen and stuck shut by pus and very sore from the extensions and today 18/6 it’s still the same. I was very happy when I walked out of there as it was my first time with extensions on my eyelashes but it will be the last time. It’s been a horrible experience. One eye was done absolutely perfect and I have had no problems with it but the eye that is sore and has pus had lots of glue on the lashes.

MINUS 5 Stars. Avoid at all cost!! I only walked in because I walked by and they were available then and there, only to find out why especially on a Sunday daytime. The lady talked with her bf or partner on the phone the whole time while I got my legs waxed, left me in the room to go answer the phone at the reception and talk to another customer when someone came in. Fair enough she was there by herself but still, so rude and no apologies for the disruptions. Also she didn’t look like she wanted to be there. This person had absolutely no concept of customer service. Don’t know why she even works ?

I chose this place as being a salon I thought it was proffessional until I had eyebrow tinting done which she attempted 3 times and it was gone the next day. And had my hair coloured in the most unprofessional way where she put the colour straight over dark hair without bleaching which looked shocking the very next day and at a cost of $135. She had no clue what she was doing, always on her phone, and looked bored with her work. Whilst there a young man told her off for ruining his eyebrows too, and it’s not reassuring to see signs all over the walls saying to phone Shashi if you have any issues, I now know why. Never going back there. I honestly don’t know how they remain open with such shocking service.
