First time I've been here to Big W Plumpton a good visit, still have lots of products to look at. Tried on some work cargo pants perfect size and everything except they didn't have belt loops to keep my pants up, they were a great price as well. I got a few things and headed for the front to pay, most prices are reasonable and staff if you can find them, are good to deal with and know were all things are. Click and collect here sucks balls. It's meant to make things easier and faster yet you have to wait a day or two when doing click collect. Pointless system.

Nice reasonable kids' clothes at an affordable price....knowing they grow out of them so fast. Shame people can't put things back in order when they look through a pile of cloths.

Went to collect a book which on the website said was in stock. Travelled over 40 mins for this item only to discover it wasent available on the shelf or in the stock rooms.

Have removed price check and staff won't check a price at the counter for you. Must use the app. Terrible customer service

Love this place to shop, unfortunately I was looking for an ink pad and they don't sell these🥲. I grabbed these beauties though A3 laminator and $10 kettle gotta love the cheap prices 😃😃

Rude staff, store is a mess with low stock in all departments, tried to ask sale person a question but how dare i the look of distaste on his face was strange made me feel dumb for asking staff a question.

Plumpton isn't my usual store to pick up, the lady was just rude and had no customer service, never going to this store again.
