Rukaya coloured my hair for an astonishing $500 and went to another salon to have my hair fixed. I was not willing to return to this salon to fix given the quality of colour received and as a result, have been denied a refund but offered a complimentary treatment and blow dry even though I have clearly communicated I will not return to another Edwards&Co salon now or in the future. Extremely poor customer service and standard of colour services delivered. Natural root untouched in areas with a narrow band of orange/copper brown to a blonde or brown including colour variations and patchiness around my scalp to mid-sections

Emma is one of the best hairdressers I’ve been to! Emma immediately made me feel comfortable in the salon and took her time to ensure my hair remained healthy and the colour matched what I was hoping for. Because I’ve been colouring my hair for years and I have naturally very warm tones through my hair - my hair certainly isn’t the easiest to work with. I’ve always had trouble finding a hairdresser who is able to maintain the health of my hair and achieve a beautiful colour - however in just one sitting, Emma did exactly that! Emma made me feel so comfortable and confident and really worked off my features with a colour that suited my skin tone. A special mention to the staff who were also working at the front desk on this day as they were also were so lovely! What a great experience. Thank you so much.

Yesterday, I had the best experience at Edwards&Co thanks to Emma. She understood the style I wanted, something very natural with volume. She advised me on color and cut, guided me on how to care for and maintain my hair, and recommended the best products. Additionally, she is very attentive, and her years of experience are evident. My recent appointment with Anahi was amazing! I was so unhappy with my hair colour and extensions (from a different salon experience) and I was so discouraged and feeling low. She transformed my hair! It looked amazing and she went to such effort and with care to make it exactly what I wanted. So amazing!! Best hairdresser I have been to and so happy to have found a permanent salon.

Love love love! the set up of this place is absolutely amazing and the way the team works is so interesting and entertaining to watch. An open working space seems to work well for this team and shows just how much collaboration is appreciated. But what made this experience what it was, was the hairstylist: Anahi. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She let me give direction while also having professional input, to achieve the most amazing hair colour I’ve ever had! she made me feel so welcome and made it feel like I was hanging with the girls. Hair appointments often take long and can be boring but not only did Anahi work with speed, but she also worked with attention to detail. The head massage topped it off and I was in love. All jokes aside, Anahi is an amazing addition to the team at Edward’s and Co and I would strongly recommend booking with her.

Emma did an amazing job with cutting and styling my hair. She was really nice and gave me some tips on how to take care of my hair and style it. I definitely recommend her if you are wanting a hair cut. Her work as a colourist also look very good. Highly professional. Thanks Emma :)
