    Chantelle and the team ( Sarina) are Amazing. I don't know where i would have been without her guidance and support. I need to see dietician for my bad cholesterol, she has therapeutic ability, which gave me assurance that i can modify my diet plan and control my bad cholesterol. Yes with that trust and assurance from her, i have managed to get rid of my bad cholesterol, which was above the normal level! Thank you very much for everything. You are amazing

    For the past 1.5 years i was struggling with my health, specially with IBS. I didn't have any idea what to eat and what to avoid. my GP recommended me to see Sarina Randoja and it was the best thing ever. She really helped me out and guided me with personalized meal plans.     I have been seeing Chantelle at Bites Health Clinic for 8 months now and have loved every session. She is always working to achieve your goals with you and get you the best outcome possible. She has improved the way I look and think about food massively. I 1000% recommend her if you are looking for a dietitian.

    I have been going to Andrea once a month for the past year. She has been amazing in managing my health condition and achieving my personal health/fitness goals. Andrea is very knowledgeable and approachable, she has given me the tools to sustain a healthy and balanced relationship with food. I would highly recommend Andrea and the team at Bites to anyone looking for a dietitian in the Hills district!

    I would highly recommend Chantelle. She has been very helpful and supportive in educating me to achieve my short-term goals but also establish a healthy lifestyle for the long-term. She is very informative and understanding of my circumstances which allows me to feel more supported and confident through the process. Thank you Chantelle!

    I see Sarina Randoja frequently and she is incredible! She is extremely caring, supportive, proactive, organised and a great listener. She is knowledgeable and uses research and her own personal experiences to create the best plan for my needs. I can become very anxious when talking about food but she always creates a safe space. She gives me lots of resources and is avaliable whenever i need help. She also works flexible hours so I can go after work. Sarina is fantastic.

    I've only been working with Chantelle for a few weeks, but she has already given me so much insight into my diet and physical health and I already feel like I've made some positive changes! Chantelle has quickly made me feel very comfortable in sharing my challenges and I am so grateful for the help she's given me so far. I'm really looking forward to working with Chantelle more over the coming months to help me achieve my goals.

    Chantelle is the best dietician and exercise physiologist out there. She really considers your situation to provide the best help possible and I never feel judged by her. She has really helped improve my mental and physical health since I started seeing her. I highly recommend her to anyone- she really helps provide a healthy relationship with food and exercise :)
