Like any normal man, I usually get bored when my wife is shopping for shoes. But not at this place! This shop has the most comfortable sofa of any shoe store in the world. Husbands and boyfriends will be able to wait comfortably in this well air-conditioned customer lounge whilst their partners try to find their “comfortable” shoes amongst thousands to choose from. Just look at that couch!

Limited sizes and lucky dip of colours, but to be expected of an outlet store. Otherwise tidy and displays well appointed.

I visited this outlet store on a Sunday. I think the service could be better you have to try the shoes on your own and seek out assistance the staff won't come up to you to help. However the lovely lady who helped me was friendly and chatted with me and was kind to me. The boots I got were super comfortable after searching almost 7 stores that weekend looking for boots I finally got a good pair. Prices are not outlet ones but I got leather boots for $220 so I think it isn't too bad.

Rude staff. A lovely lady was assisting me when she went for her break but the other employee present there was very rude and made a comment which I didn’t like. I was very close to buying a good pair of sandals priced at 180$ but she ruined the mood and I just had to leave the store.. Disappointing :(

Wittner shoes are fabulous. I went to the Waterloo store Bourke Rd. Approximately two weeks ago. The sales assistant Vicki was excellent. I tried on many shoes, I wanted something comfortable first try on. We achieved that. So thank you Vicki for being an excellent customer service lady. I was very happy with my shoes. See you again. One of my favourite stores for shoes. So comfortable soft leather.

Bad experience at store! Bought a pair of sandals, which was not really for an outlet price. Anyways, wore it for 30 minutes and the leather got rubbed off. We complained to their head office, who was happy to refund or give a new pair of shoes, but the store manager didn't want to. Not sure how leather would tear like that. Don't know if it's bad quality shoes or bad management.

Lovely shoes the only thing I would say is they will slip badly as the sole has no grip. The girls at the store were attentive and good service. The reason I took off a star was coz they were a little too attentive 😅 and I felt a bit uncomfortable looking in the store coz they were following me around.

Great range of shoes, and reasonable cheaper price compared to other shops in city....and with smallest size 35 to 42, will bring my colleagues!!
