Excellent Customer Service from Klay at the Rockdale store. I rang a couple of times without getting through, as they must have been busy on a Sat afternoon. Then they rang me back .. totally unexpected, but most grateful, as I needed an extension of time for a click & collect sale order. ( I have never had that polite and efficient response from any major shop) Great stuff, and much appreciated 👍

The store manager, Klay, exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and is in dire need of extensive customer service training. I arrived at the store as advised by customer service for a return and refund, as the item's delivery was significantly delayed and no longer needed. It's worth noting that the item was still sealed when returned. The young lady at the counter was assisting me and upon showing her my email conversation, Klay instructed her to convey that they would only issue a refund if I made another purchase, or else it wouldn't be granted. In a deeply unfair turn of events, when I v calmly voiced my concerns to the young lady, Klay approached us and rudely declared “I won’t be refunding this so don’t bother even trying to talk anymore and you can take it up with customer service. I won’t be taking a loss just for you “

Great range of items available and also good discounts. My first time visiting this store. Today was the end of their 4-day sale and I managed to score a 5L cast iron dutch oven for 60% off - rather than being $130, it was only $50. Super happy as always wanted one! When I checked out the item, the store assistant asked if I wanted to join their member program so I did. Unsure what that will give me but am sure I'll find out soon when I receive the first email from them.

A pleasant place to shop. Great staff who care about the store and their customers. Generally good prices all year round, and at times, you will pick up a bargain, with items being 50% off the RRP

I received the most incredible customer service from the manager - Klay. I needed to buy a whole range of things for my house, and he spent the time to answer all of my questions & advised me on a host of different products. You don’t get customer service like that anymore.

Well set out store. Good range of products from fashion to small appliances and kitchen and home wares. Very reasonable prices and not too busy.
