awesome location! Mini bites Bubble Waffles food truck located in Fred’s One-stop shopping carpark, Smithfield Road ,Edensor Park. It’s divine! I ordered the “caramel banana” Staff are friendly and welcoming. Clean, tidy and presentable.

Had the chocberry and strawnana waffles. Both tasted nice, however would have preferred the waffles to be slightly more chewy. Ingredients were fresh and customer service was great. Waffles came out pretty quick. Plenty of carpark and seating available.

We went there from a far distance and I was very keen to try the regular waffles. I also brought my father and knowing that he does not like sweets he would still love it. The owner was a great humble Lebanese gentleman who served us starting with a greeting and a smile. We had a chat and he seemed very friendly. Got the waffles quickly and have the first one to my father. He fell in love with it. I also did get what i was imagining so i was totally happy and amazed. It was definitely worth the drive. Knowing that he will move to western Sydney in a proper shop made even happier as he will be closer. I promised the man that I would give a review so here i am with the truth. Would definitely come back. Cheers👍

My daughters love stopping in for a quick desert, they are always friendly, the bubble waffles taste great.

Terrible Bubble Waffles. So plain and pretty bland with a small serving of ice cream. Prices are also not cheap.
