~~~Update~~~
Super
excited
to
be
back
here
for
another
bowl
of
ramen
last
night
(Friday
night,
25th
Aug
2023),
we
arrived
about
20
min
before
their
opening
time
and
were
the
first
in
the
queue.
The
seating
system
was
a
lot
more
organized
than
before
with
a
more
defined
queue.
We
were
assigned
a
Table
number,
ordered
via
a
Tablet
and
went
outside
and
wait
in
another
queue
before
we
were
called
our
table
was
ready.
This
way
it’s
more
organized
and
the
foot
traffic
was
a
lot
less
congested
and
less
chaotic
inside
the
restaurant.
So
kudos
to
Kosuke
for
being
so
organized.
We
ordered
*
Tsukemen
(extra
large,
black
dipping
sauce):
love
the
black
dipping
sauce
a
lot,
it
very
flavorful
*
Iekei
(smoked
cha-shu):
the
pork
and
shoyu
broth
with
a
hint
of
chicken
flavor
oil.
This
is
listed
as
a
“Must
Try”
dish
on
the
menu
and
I
absolutely
agreed
as
the
broth
is
really
delicious
(I
love
the
strong
intense
flavor
broth).
Another
pleasant
evening
at
Kosuke
———————————
First
of
all,
hands
down
the
best
Tsukemen
I
ever
had
in
Australia,
I'm
so
glad
that
I
got
the
chance
to
try
their
ramen.
Absolutely
love
their
house-made
noodle
and
fall
entirely
in
love
with
their
thick
noodle.
On
their
website,
Kosuke
mentioned
that
their
thick
noodle
is
made
from
"using
three
kinds
of
premium
flours
(with
a
hint
of
whole
grain
flour),
natural
sea
salt,
natural
KANSUI
and
filtered
water
with
special
way).
I
can
really
taste
and
enjoy
the
fresh
and
pleasant
sticky
noodles
(it's
so
delicious).
We
tried
the
Spicy
"Tori
Tsukemen"
and
Strong
Gyokai
"Rich
Tsukemen".
Both
the
broth
is
thick
and
went
really
well
with
the
noodles.
The
Tori
dipping
broth
has
dried
fish,
chicken,
and
soy
sauce
with
a
hint
of
Yuzu
pepper
paste,
and
the
Rich
Tsukemen
broth
has
dried
fish,
rich
pork
and
soy
sauced
paste.
The
Yuzu
in
the
Tori
broth
(dipping
soup)
really
elevate
the
overall
taste
profile
of
the
broth,
highly
recommended
for
people
who
love
Yuzu.
Personally,
I
love
the
Rich
Tsukemen
as
I'm
more
of
a
fan
of
pork-based
broth
thus
the
thick
rich
broth
really
hit
the
spot.
Kosuke
came
to
our
attention
after
noticing
a
really
long
queue
outside
the
restaurant
and
realized
that
this
is
a
Ramen
restaurant
that
has
great
reviews on
Google.
Thus
we
decided
to
give
it
a
go
since
we
are
both
a
big
ramen
eater
:)
We
also
tried
their
Karaage
chicken,
which
was
a
great
appetizer,
especially
after
waiting
40
minutes
for
a
table
which
cured
our
hunger,
and
opened
our
appetite
for
the
ramen
:)
The
quality
of
the
ramen
is
well
worth
the
wait.
I
can't
wait
to
come
back
for
another
bowl
of
Tsukmen!
