From a year ago I had excellent service when purchasing a bedroom set for my son. We went there to get a toddler bed and was respectfully adviced against it and to get a king single and boy we do not regret it. Great information and lovely service from beginning to end. We then recently had to make a warranty claim on the matress and was on the phone no longer than 5 minutes to a lady there and organised a replacement for us which was then delivered within a few days. I wish I could give more stars to this company. :) Thank you!

great choice of beds mattresses and bedroom furniture. The team here are amazing they are not pushy, they know theire stuff. We were going to shop around but this is such a pleasant place to look around we did everything here. Fast delivery too.

Jann was extremely professional and helping in helping up select a new mattress, organise delivery and the taking away of our old mattress.

We purchased a new mattress and afew other things yesterday. We were served by Jann! She was EXCELLENT!!! She had extensive knowledge of all the products we were looking at, she explained the difference in each mattress and the pros and cons of each. We ended up purchasing a slightly more expensive mattress than we had originally planed on, however Jann explained that there was a sale on and we actually saved a heap of money. Jann was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back again. Thanks Jann.

The salesperson we saw was very helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. We left very happy with our purchases at a great price.

A bed was ordered online. Delivery truck was sent to our billing address which was different to our shipping address. As it was after their business hours on a Saturday, we were told by two separate stores that there was nothing that they could do. We were also quoted an apparent incorrect delivery fee because of a "problem" with their online billing system. We now have no bed until they can be contacted on Monday, as we dismantled the old one in preperation.
