Honestly so disgusted with the entire experience of understanding how a Doctor could possible just advises patients time over time to simply just rest, and take any medications (no specifics). Dr Singh, has shown nothing more great attitudes towards helping patients, however, ignores ethical behaviour for treating patients to get better. No other words but to say "rest", yet constant pain has escalated and needed emergency medical attention that was completely neglected. This type of ethical behaviour cannot be tolerate, as my partner attends to see Dr Singh. He is constantly told the same thing for any sort of issue that occurs, for sure do not recommend attending here as it isn't up to the NSW Health Service department level. They may have awards up around but the service has completely declined throughout the years.

I had an appointment at 9 o’ clock and I got attended at 12Pm. The doctor singh was rude. I had to wait for 3 hours just for the flu vaccination. Normally, I go to doctor Vipin Goyal and he is nice all the time. Also, the doctor sent his staff that doctor singh is upset with your kid that why she’s not sitting quietly. My daughter is just only 2 yrs old and need vaccination that why I bring there. I really had a very bad experience with doctor singh. It’s the first time I faced the doctor like him. Very unsatisfied with his behaviour and rudeness. I will never go to this doctor in my life.

I had a terrible experience with the staff. Maddy was extremely rude, not only to me but also with others as well, I was sitting and analysing her attitude towards other people and she was not friendly when answering the phone calls. She should really get more training and learn the etiquettes. However Dr Goyal was very professional and friendly. This is also the only medical centre that is offering Pfizer vaccines in the Liverpool area. I only had to wait 30min here to get my jab compared to waiting at the vaccination hub for 8+ hours. The practice manager was also very helpful.

Doctor Dilruni Pallewatta is the most incompetent, unintelligent, and frankly rude doctor I have possibly ever met. I seriously doubt that she obtained her degree through legal methods, her grasp of simple medical terminology or medical procedures mirrors that of a high-school student. If a doctor cannot handle diagnoses or problems that go beyond a simple cold or flu, they shouldn’t be working. The pure idiocy and aggression that meets patients who try to talk about their medical dilemmas because she understands nothing, is simply not okay. I recommend taking anger management courses with the in-centre psychologist, or a re-examination of her medical knowledge, because this woman is clearly just a fraud with a violent personality disorder.

My experience with Liverpool Medical Centre was professional, stress-free and quick. Their staff, specifically Veronica the nurse and Margaret the receptionist are courteous, empathetic and cordial. Thank you Veronica and Margaret for looking after myself and my father. Please keep up the excellent and efficient work. You are both amazing professionals.

Absolutely rude. Would not give my daughter an immunisation because she wasn’t a regular patient. I had been there though.

Dr Paddy Singh is a seasoned professional, he listens patiently and always gives the right advise.
