I had my morphology scan here and the staff was very friendly, very good experience, the Dr did detailed scan and explained each and everything in detail and gift us with a goody bag too which is full of nappies diapers samples ♥️ I love the overall experience. Highly recommended to all pregnant women’s.

I'm giving 4 stars, it would have been 5 except I had to wait an hour past my appointment time, I had an MRI which I had to pay quite a bit for and I'm a firm believer in that if you're paying for something waiting isn't acceptable, obviously things do happen that are unavoidable and a little bit of a wait time is understandable but not 1 hour. However having said that I had a panic attack inside the machine I squeezed my emergency bell and the ladies came straight in and got me out which I was so very grateful for, as I was 3/4 of the way through and they only had 1 more picture to get they decided to allow me to do the last picture by putting me feet first into the machine, I was just disappointed in myself because they decided to make me wait and see another patient before doing my last scan which was almost 30min wait, by the time I finished I had been there 2hrs, im just praying that there is no drama with the pictures, I only had the scan yesterday and it's a 48hr wait for the results so I don't know yet. So yeah the girls who looked after me were very lovely and I appreciated their understanding and help, just the very long wait time to be seen isn't ideal when you suffer from chronic pain as i do.

A very positive experience while visiting this centre with my wife. I am living in the neighbourhood, but my last visit with my wife on 4/04/2023 the sonographer (tall skinny blond lady) was rude and disrespectful towards my wife. It’s understandable that it was a busy day, but this should never compromise how patients should be treated. I would still give 4 stars for professional reception and other staff.

I have had a tomographic CT scan & then cortisone injection on my knee. The docs & the staff here are too good. They explained everything in detail & the end result was fantastic. The injection did not hurt at all. Would highly recommend.

I had a steroid injection in my hand..first they said scan first to find out if that's what needs to be done..but they didn't do it..they just injected me right away..nothing, just inject it right away.I requested I'm going to get a tax invoice so I can get a refund from my insurance, in case my insurance emailed me that it was paid directly from medscan, but why did I give it to them.?.that's wrong they gave me a tax invoice receipt. I didn't get it my refund. the money has gone to someone else.. the service is very sloppy..

I had my pregnancy dating scan today and the lady who did my scan was very cold and rude , i went with my husband and my son who was very excited to see the but as soon we walked in the room she told him to be quiet and not to talk which made him upset and he didn’t want to go and see the baby anymore . Stuff needs to be more friendly, kind and welcoming specially for pregnant women .
