    I purchased a bag online and after some delivery issues the bag was sent to the store for me to collect. Although there was a waiting line to enter the store, as I was collecting an online order I didn’t have to wait and was ushered in by security at the entrance. I also didn’t need to make an appointment however I didn’t call ahead to check store entry procedure. Staff was helpful, showed me my online purchase before packaging. The store is beautiful and well presented. This used to be the old Louis Vuitton store

    Customer service is one of the worst. They might need more training or even memorise from a sales script. Only purchased a wallet as my partner really wanted it. Salesperson was the worst one I've met. It felt like a bother for him to reach out 2-3 wallets so we can choose a colour. Staff also didn't provide us with any sparkling water even though we purchased. They gave those who weren't even buying a product. Yes, it's petty.

    Regrettably, my encounter with J’adior shoes has been less than satisfactory. Despite Dior’s esteemed reputation, the product quality fell short of expectations. The attached pictures vividly showcase the noticeable defects. What’s disheartening is that counterfeit products seem to exude a more authentic appearance. I’m hopeful for a swift resolution to uphold Dior’s renowned standard of excellence.

    After a long wait under hot weather, we were met with a sales assistant with sub-par knowledge on store products. She wasn’t able to answer our questions about specific colours and products. She didn’t seem patient or willing to help. Overall, an unwelcoming customer experience that should not be representative of Dior as a brand.

    Customer service should definitely improve.. overall experience was average. Sales lady who attended us needs more patience in communication. Happy that I got the exact size which I was looking on the slides.

    Big shoutout to Josiah for one of the best experiences that I have had in a while. Josiah made us feel comfortable from the beginning, he had a polite and genuine nature and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase!     I am writing to report the poor customer service I received at the Dior Castlereagh Street store on December 12, 2023. I was assisted by Maggie during my purchase of a Dior saddle bag. I asked to try on a pair of shoes, but they did not fit. When I asked for a smaller size, she said they did not have it in stock. I mentioned that I would go to the David Jones store and she said that she had checked and they only had one size, so I would not be able to compare. She said she could bring the shoes from David Jones for me to try on, but I would have to pay for them in advance. When I visited the David Jones store, they had both sizes. The sales associate lied to me in order to get me to buy the shoes from her store. A week later, I noticed that there was a paint chip on the stitching of the saddle bag. I sent a message to Maggie and she told me that I could bring the new bag in for them to look at, but that she no longer had the product in stock. When I asked about the availability in other stores, she said that it was sold out in all of Australia. Once again, I was lied to by the sales associate, who made it difficult for me to exchange the bag and told me that it was sold out in all of Australia. In summary, I visited the Dior store in The Rocks and they had the bag. They exchanged it for me and I was very well-served by Charlene. Honestly, the customer service at the The Rocks store is ten times better than the Dior Castlereagh Street store. The bag was a personal achievement for me that I was able to buy after months of working hard. I was disappointed and upset after the incident with the sales associate Maggie. I felt cheated.

    I came to Sydney this time just for shopping. I went to many boutique stores, and Dior's service was the worst. The attitude of the city center and airport stores was also very bad. Michael, the manager of the city center store, treated tourists and bullied them. Sales was also very dishonest. I asked for a size 38 and got me the wrong size 40. When I found out, she apologized and said she didn't find it just now. Dior's shopping experience was very bad and she won't go back in the future

    Today, I intended to buy sunglasses and waited for my partner for about 10 minutes to come in and pay. However, the short-haired, fair-skinned female employee seemed uninterested in offering assistance or providing any water. She told me to come back later, unlike other employees who eagerly served other customers, even providing water to us. I purchased sunglasses after my partner arrived promptly. I felt unimpressed.
