Security and management need to seriously check there attitude !!!! Last night I had A terrible experience... Just ruined my night!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars, which is a shame because the club itself is not that bad but your security is another story ! Arrogant, rude and on some sort of power trip kicking people out for no apparent reason maybe to make themselves feel like BIG men!!! I witnessed numerous people being thrown out who looked sober and then others who couldn't even walk being allowed to stay, but the cruncher of the night for me was when the security guard asked me to leave and I asked him why ? His answer was "I don't know" he didn't know why but he just wanted me to leave ..... It couldn't have possibly been that I was drunk I hadn't had that many drinks and the ones I did have tasted watered down and weak. So the bottom line is the security just throws people out to make them feel good ! This cannot continue you seriously need to look at who you hire as security before your whole establishment becomes boycotted by the public.

We were 3, sitting at the table talking, when suddenly a Security guard approached to us and said he has seen signs of "intoxication". We were having our second drink, and none of us was intoxicated at all. We tried to explain ourselves,but since the moment we were "picked/choosen" by the security guard, we had no chance at all. The security guard was not even able to give us reasons. Nice place, but this ruined our night, since it is not that cheap to get in.

Warning!!!! everyone that gave this place a 5 star rating was for sure paid to do it. If you want to enter a club and feel like you shouldn't be there, this is the place, bouncers check you more than airport security in the US, then $20 entry..... please the DJs are average and the service to get drinks couldn't be worse, the only positive thing is that when you realise that the place is terrible you can just make eye contact with a bouncer and that will be enough reason for him to kick you out of this place.

Rude and bully security guard! He basically told my friend to go and come back in 30min cuz "she has an attitude"! She was not rude or anything to him, he was just arrogant and abusive of his power.

This man if I can treat him that way, because he was a person with no education, he treated me very badly and confused me with another person, he did not show me evidence for which he accused me, and I am also event manager of a hostel in Sydney and all Sundays I bring people to the place, it is one of my favorite parties, it was until this Sunday. The music is fine but the event is a trap! I arrive at 5pm and there were more cops than people in the venue. The cops are so aggressive and search everyone! They walk through the venue every 5 minutes with dogs flexing their power. They absolutely ruine the vibe and make it so uncomfortable. I was afraid to even dance because they were profiling anyone having fun. I would never recommend an yone come to this venue . I paid 25$ entry and the cheapest drink on tap is $13 and you just feel bullied by police and security

Bouncers and staff are quite useless, arrogant and condescendant. the club is old and doesn't look really clean. Old bottle of orange juice are filled with water beside the bar for the patrons. Everything is sticky, some toilets doors are not closing properly.

bought tix last year before covid mandates came in place, wasn’t able to attend as after they were purchased sash had changed the guidelines for entry and we were not vaxxed. normal thing to do would be to refund the money as requested. only offer given was to redeem new tickets to a future event. very poor service. should have some leniency with refunds in particular with covid affecting peoples jobs and income. will not be returning to any events with these guys.

The music is amazing wit hgreat international DJs but the staff, especially the security, are sub par. For an international city, sydney really lest itself down in some respects. House heads just want to chill.
