Putrid, dirty and completely unsatisfactory living conditions. Blood on mattress, utensils all dirty and unwashed. Cleaners came into our room whist out and stole money. Would give minus 0 stars if possible. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS HOTEL! Not worth the location offerings of train station etc.

if i could score a 0 i would. we recently stayed here in the 2x bedroom apartment room, where do i start! the floor was filthy our feet were black after 5 minutes in the room, the utensils in the kitchen were put back in the drawer with out being washed so when we went to use them they still had dried food on them! the dish washer still had stuff in it from the previous people who stayed in there, the main bedroom bed after undoing it had dead bugs and dust on it. the ensuite had a putrid smell in it. the balcony had not been cleaned either the dust/dirt on the floor was again putrid. it honestly was like the room had not been cleaned ever. for the price we paid for this room we expected way more! I would not recommend this place in a million years.

Communication is absolutely non existent. We booked a room for 2 nights and needed to extend and was told to move rooms at 11am but by 2pm we were still waiting for our room to be organised. Our first room had a broken drawer but our second room had no cutlery and a dirty dishwasher with black mould in it and we were granted leave at 11am yet cleaners walked into our room at 9:30am no knocking, no warning telling us to leave in 10 minutes (this is before 10am normal checkout anyway). Will not be coming back

Photos on internet and booking sites looked great. Walked into the 2 bedroom apartment and it was filthy. Kitchen benches not clean . About 20 bottle caps down the side of the lounge . It looked like something from the ghetto. Absolutely disgusting . I asked for a refund Staff gave straight away and advised happens all the time DO NOT STAY HERE

Located conveniently near to Train station and shopping centre. We had 1 bedroom apartment. Maintenance wasn’t good. Apartment requires urgent repairs. Sofa and dining table is in bad shape and needs replacement. Apartment also needs painting. Balcony it seems hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. Lot of cobwebs in the balcony and on the door. We had to call for crockery and other essentials like toiletries soaps etc. Person at the reception during check in (Nicole) mail was very cooperative and personally carried all the materials to our apartment.

Don’t go there, dirty room , smashed shower screen. dirty sheets . reception was supposed to be open 24 hours. i went down to reception 3 times no one was there and roller shutters were down. Aircon didn’t work and tv had a antenna plugged into back that didn’t receive reception. took plenty of photos for proof. i ended up sleeping on top of blankets and complained upon checkout which i left at 6am . no refund.

Appartment was no looked after at all , dirty , Bathroom mouldy , shower leaking all over floor . Tv very very small , and only ear antenna , not working well at all , broken front door hing broken if you didn’t beware when opening door u run into it as it would not open fully . 2 rolls of tiolet paper only left for 5 days stay Dinning table just about to fall, everything felt yuk , thought i was living poor country . Only good thing was close to everything ….

I have never stayed at such a filthy or unkempt apartment. The fridge wasn't working properly due to the amount of ice. Needed cleaning and defrosting. The toilet seats were peeling, a WHS issue. Floors, windows and table tops all need cleaning. Couldn't use the balcony furniture due to amount of dirt. Bath tub had public hair. Do not stay here. Do not bring your family here

Wouldn't let a wild pig stay here. Dirty washing in the machine, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No spa/sauna/pool was allowed. Paper thin walls and Curtin's. 0/10 - would only be suitable for a knockdown and rebuild

putrid filthy black mold everywhere spew on bed base vents full of black mold and dust bath is all black mold bed bugs found on bed have reported to the ACCC for a hygiene report as this place is not suitable for humans and is going to kill someone or some baby due to poor cleaning in the hotel would never stay here or take a family or kids here ever

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Holes in the walls, not cleaned. Cheap but nothing worked not spa or the suana. Would not recommend

I would not recommend anyone because I feel this place needs an immediate Reno, Showers and toilets falling apart and some other detailing, they show good photos to attract customers which is very bad in terms of honesty .

Apartment was shabby the glass coffee table had big chips in bathroom had mould in shower towel rail was broken offensive smell coming from the laundry furniture very shabby chipped tiles

My partner stayed here and called me late at night saying there was bodily fluids all over the walls and black mould throughout the shower. He had to leave and find a new hotel at 10pm, still waiting on the refund 3 days later. DIGUSTING.

The apartments are in a desperate need of an upgrade. The mattress was SO old, saggy, lumpy and uncomfortable. Things held together with electrical tape. Surface cleaned only. Not dusted. Cups were filthy. One one channel availability on TV.

Only stayed here due to work requirements. Selected the studio room. Well the whole place needs a desperate reno. Firstly the room's door lock was only have screwed in - security? Then the heavy smell of other apartment's cooking coming into the room. The only way around that was to leave the balcony door open to create a positive pressure so the smells didn't flow in. Leaky taps, dirty toaster and crockery, no blanket or doona (cold with balcony for now open). Primitive setup but may be aimed at certain demographics? I won't be staying here again.

This is by far the worst place have ever stayed. Filthy, smells of stale food, no hot water for shower. Dirty shower curtain and dirty blinds. No maintenance has been done or housekeeping on this place for years. 1 star is too many. Disgusting.

Bedrooms faced Hassall street with no block out blinds or soundproofing. Meaning construction and road noise all night and no ability to darken the room. The location was handy if you want to walk to central Parramatta or the train station. The car parking is also very cheap ($15 per night) but the bizarre underground parking levels do not meet Addressing standards (L2 is 4 levels underground and level 5 is ground). There were 2 bathrooms which were handy but shower had no water pressure (think a medium misting). These apartments are well used and overpriced I would not recommend.

Agree close to everything, but dirty, heating not working, we had gas leak, got moved eventually after calling numerous times. Would never stay again

Very disappointed, elevator out of order, walls floors and room dirty. Service poor. The very basic funiture and extremely uncomfortable bed. Dirty sheets and towels. This place needs an urgent make over!

Would not recommend. Room smelt upon arrival. Blinds broken, carpet dirty, only 2 chairs for a 4 seater table, two small pillows on the bed for 2 adults, no toilet roll holder and only one toilet paper roll??? One spoon, no salt and pepper saches, tv reception horrible and the smallest TV in the lounge, no TV in the bedroom and no side lamps in the bedroom either.

The studio room that we rent was dirty, kitchen was lacking, no toaster, cooking and utensils are in bare minimum. Great location but noisy and dusty due to construction. Clothes washing facility is good. The gym was scary to use. Will never come back.

Customer service was amazing. Had an unexpected problem occur and bhavik helped resolve it for me. His customer service and the help he gave me will always be something I'm thankful for. Quality of the apartments are not the best. Wouldn't stay there again even if it was for free but customer service was good

The fire escape needs cleaning up. I used it cause the lift was playing up and I was about wary of the stability of the elevator. I used the stair case and jeez someone needs to clean that place up

I recently stayed here for an 8 week period while working at Parramatta Aquatic Centre. The rooms are a little older but still clean and well appointed. The reception staff - couldn't have been more helpful during my stay - they were awesome - thank you Selina & Walid. The location is wonderful - so close to Westfield, Parramatta train station and restaurants. I had a lovely stay and look forward to returning. Thanks Fiori ❤️

Fiori Apartments, All staff are quiet friendly specifically Mr syed is the best, furthermore The rooms are amazing, services are fast and always happy to help everyone. the location of Fiori Apartments central location for accommodation such as train station, busses, restaurants and shopping center. Both residents and hotels rooms are available. Which is fascinating for everyone.

Rooms desperately need an upgrade, tv was small and kept loosing signal, lack of utensils and a the bathroom required maintenance. I won't be back!

Looks like the place has gone downhill since we originally lived in the apartments when they freshly opened. Back then the apartments were actually for rent and we walked after the original landlord (not the builders) raised our rent by 150$ a week. Nice to see the decision to move was validated.
