Horrible! Ordered through APP, took them more than 15min to finished the order. No sense of urgency at all! While waiting, another customer came back because something missing from his order🤦🏻‍♀️ After receiving my order, have to check and make sure everything I ordered are in the box. Before I left the counter, the staff forgot one of my drink BTW. Hopeless!!! The staffs are like day dreaming 😴 Will not come back to this KFC at all.

I've no idea why this place has bad reviews. Honestly, ignore them. This place is a hidden gem. I live in the local area of Ermington and have been ordering from them religiously - especially during the pandemic when the 5km radius did not give me many restaurant options. Their chicken is the freshest I've ever ordered - and I've tried many KFCs in Sydney, this one amongst me and all my other friends is the top contender. I'm just ashamed of myself that I've never given them a try because of all the negativity I see in the reviews here. Also, their customer support staff is an A++ The delivery driver did not deliver my desserts and drinks so I called up the KFC very upset, believing that they messed up my order. The girl I spoke to reassured me they were sent with the driver and then I explained that my bag had none of that. She then explained to me that she sent two bags, she would never put the hot items with the cold items to ruin the food experience and apologised that I missed out on my items. She then offered to give me double my desserts and drinks when I come back I store because I should not miss out. I can't tell you how much stellar customer service is missing from many of our food chains. You don't see places packing the drinks separately from the hot menu items. This place really deserves all the love. Please do not sleep on them and don't listen to just the negativity.

The black spots thought it was pepper, but the more convinced that it was burnt. I have never seen chicken fried in such greasy oil. I'm so disappointed and I promise not to go again. I think we should find a better chicken house.

This place used to be good, now it is like pig sty, so dirty. Only one staff serving customers. These type of outlets should be closed down. Do the health authorities visit these food outlets at all ?

I made a large order through the app for myself and my crew - we were on a large job that was quite involved so we had KFC as a treat. The girls at the counter we lovely - especially when I made last minute tweaks to my order which could've confused them but they were very diligent and smashed it (Thank you I really appreciate that, sorry for be a pain <3) I took one star off for the chips, they weren't very full when I left and they were warm. So mildly disappointed with that. The guys were happy and we smashed all of it. Very tasty

Will never again visit this KFC!!!!!! We purchased a family feast and got 8 wings and 2 ribs.The chips were cold. The staff need to be trained on what is meant to be in a box

Useless!! Order a salad and no cutlery. Managers response... Oh sorry. Crunchy bowl with no corn chips... Useless.... Useless!!! Lesson... Check your bags before you leave. Useless...

My order had potato gravy but i just only have a GRAVY, and I ordered hot& spicy the chicken is no skin!

They keep forgetting to give us our drinks (like 8 out of 10 times at least)! If we found out and go to the counter asking for it, they just gave to me. If we didn’t find out, they kept the drink. Always check your order!!!! Coz there’s always something missing!

Don't trust the staff at this store, check the contents of the bag before leaving the counter, drive through too. If 16 wings missing from the bag is acceptable as order complete then perhaps maths competency and optical tests should be included in staff hiring requirements.

Waited almost 20 mins and there was no staff to serve customers. After waiting almost 25 mins I walked down the street to McDonald’s that get a 5 star review. I get your busy but there needs to be someone that can serve customers. I’m totally unimpressed. Even the guy that was there before me was still waiting for his food when I had walked down the road ordered and collected my McDonald’s food and thoroughly enjoyed it. His chips were almost cold when they finally got around to getting his food out to him.

Over 40minute wait for my food last night. Not even exaggerating. No warning there will be a long wait, nothing was said about any food being out that needed to be cooked. I don't know what the problem was. Arrived at 7pm and ordered by 7:10pm, didn't recieve food until 7:53pm. I was lucky to get there early, my 7 other friends had waited over an hour and for some reason manager offered a refund + to provide the food free of charge to only ONE of us?????? and didn't bother to help out the rest of us. Imagine almost an hour wait for fast food. An actual restaurant can serve food faster and it wouldn't be deep fried. Ridiculous.

I placed my order at 6.14pm and took my food at 6.44pm. I was super frustrated especially seeing someone placed order behind me and took the food first?? What’s the point for showing the name on order screen?? Is that for letting me know you guys not prepared the food in the correct order？ BTW， only lettuce & corn chips in my crunky slaw, where is my crunky slaw? …

just bought 2 pieces meal.. I didn't check the box when I was in the store. I was so shocked by the chicken size when I got home....it is soooooooooooooo tiny, horrible tiny. how can it cost me $11...what's wrong with KFC?!!!! It happened not once..it is the second time to me.. I won't go to this store any more so terrible

COUNT YOUR DAYS KFC! This Has to be some kind of sick joke!! Ordered a Family Feast of which after driving home to open up the box and have 5 horrific scrawny wing pieces, 2 dry as dirt breast and the skinniest drumsticks known to man.. with the soggiest chips on earth! I wouldn’t even feed it to a dog. Tonight unfortunately there was no “feast”, $33 we will sadly never see again. Absolutely will return to the store and give the team some constructive feedback Karen style… you won’t know the time or day but you will know how to appropriately assign Original Recipe pieces in my orders. xx

Usually busy during normal lunch and dinner times.. however, that's to be expected. Staff here are always great with dealing with huge orders. Never had a problem with ordering from this KFC. 🤍

Literally the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Honestly, I’m avoiding that place like the plague now. If I ever feel like I want to eat dirty bird again I’d much rather drive to the lidcombe store. They will get give you attitude when your ordering or tell you that you did things wrong when picking up your order. Then they will “forget” to give you your items that you paid for and then tell you it’s not their problem. Honestly, avoid it. It’s not worth the food. Also their chips are always soggy and bland. It’s probably the worst KFC franchise and I’m surprised they’re still open. 1/5 stars is too many.

I know it was on a public holiday, but the young girl just looked like she came from a funeral. Just next,with no smile just like it was a effort. Hi Welcome to KFC may I take your order please, would have been nice. Thank God the chicken was nice. Just a little more effort into greeting people makes it a nicer atmosphere.

I understating that working in fast food can take a while especially if it’s busy, however this service was unexceptable. I waited 10 minutes just to pay for my order, only for them to tell me it would be another 10 minutes wait for the burger I ordered. They offered an alternative and I understood and accepted. I got to the window to collect my order and drove off because there was a long line behind me. Once I got home I checked my bag only to find a $3.95 go bucket instead of my $12 meal. Seriously disappointed.

I waited over an hour for my food. During busy periods, need more staff. I got some extra chicken for the apologies, so it was appreciated but need to do better with wait time!

Went there on a weekday during lunch time, quite busy and understaffed so it took 15mins to prepare my food. There is parking on site, drive through is a bit tight if you have a big car

Expect the longest wait times of any fast food chain.... And don't be surprised if they forget items from your order. Not sure if they're just understaffed and overworked or if the joint is run by three 14yos with zero work ethic.

We live in Ermington, and can I say I have never been to a worse KFC. The service is slower than belief, there is always a line of cars out to the highway and an idiotic drive-thru section where people push in from the back of the restaurant. We just waited 45 minutes to be served only to get to the window and have most of our food completely different from what we ordered and I was so fed-up I lost my appetite and just threw out the food. I wasn’t waiting another 45 minutes for them to fix it. Whoever owns this franchise needs to seriously think about this store as it is a joke.

There is this Asian male worker who served me and completely forgot about my order. I waited 15 minutes and went back inside and they just started packing my order. He went on a lunch break mid order. He was rude and lacks respect and work ethics.

Food was fine, but every single table was filthy. There were 3 staff members standing around doing NOTHING, except talking about going home in 20 mins time. I wouldn't go there, as they have no respect for their customers. A clean store is a healthy place to eat. Find another KFC who is prepared to eat your custom

The thing that i dont like about this KFC is the time that one has to spend waiting for the food. KFC is a fast food chain and one is supposed to be served as quickly as possible. I have noticed that i spent on average 20 minutes waiting for a burger which is quite high. The issue is that they receive a lot of order on food delivery apps and every staff member is busy fulfilling those orders. They should have separate staff working on delivery orders and staff dealing with walk ins.

Ordered two sliders but only received one. The staff said there is just one slider showing from their system so "you only get one", despite both the product picture and description shows there are two sliders. Her attitude is rude and lacks of respect. Went back in 30mins for some other issue and they acknowledge there should be two sliders but can only make one due to they ran out of wraps. What a dishonest behaviour!

I didn’t recieve my order!!! Doordash deliverer Andres came 10minutes earlier than expected time. I come downstairs literally within the 2mins. And there was nothing!!! Really disappointed.
