am
highly
disappointed
with
the
service.
The
lady
staff
member
at
the
reception
was
very
rude.
She
even
talked
rudely
to
me
over
phone
and
the
same
person
treated
me
badly
in
person.
The
consultations
charges
are
so
high
to
meet
their
skin
specialist.
I
met
the
doctor
for
like
hardly
10
minutes
after
paying
so
much.
She
didn’t
really
interact
with
me.
Really
disappointed
by
how
the
consultation
was
done.
After
paying
so
much
the
doctor
just
saw
me
for
few
minutes
and
didn’t
even
care
to
explain
in
detail
about
anything
or
the
treatment.
Didn’t
answer
my
questions
and
she
didn’t
even
care
to
listen
to
what
I
had
to
say.
After
couple
of
minutes
doctor
just
called
the
nurse
and
handed
me
over
to
the
nurse.
It
was
so
disappointing
that
after
few
minutes
the
doctor
just
said
that
the
nurse
is
suppose
to
explain
to
me
the
treatment.
The
nurse
just
gave
me
the
name
of
the
treatment
and
told
me
to
look
up
on
Google
about
the
treatment.
She
told
me
that
she
will
send
me
an
email
in
depth
about
the
treatment
and
explaining
the
process.
It
has
been
4-5
days
after
my
consultation,
still
haven’t
received
any
emails
or
update
from
the
nurse
or
doctor.
The
treatment
was
so
inhumane.
NO
CARE
SHOWN
TOWARDS
THE
PATIENT
.
I
really
had
a
bad
experience
overall.
I
was
expecting
much
better
than
this.
