Might as well spend an extra 5 minutes and go to Lidcombe instead! This would be the most unprofessional McDonalds I’ve ever been to. You would expect since it’s covid times and with the restrictions and WHS AND OHS regulations that this “restaurant “ would be up to date with the law. AVERAGE WAIT TIME : 45 MINUTES! No where to sit! Workers not working and just sitting around. Was told there was no ice cream after waiting 45 minutes. Food all over the floor, food just sitting for hours on end on tables.

Average food. That’s the one only thing that’s somewhat good about this place. The bins were all over filling, tables left unclean and the customer service was okay, some of the staff were very nice but others didn’t care about anything. Toilets were very unclean, with water all in the floor and no soap to wash your hands. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting, The bins are overfilled there is food all over the floor, rubbish has not been picked up for hours. The Mens bathroom absolutely stinks, there is urine all over the floor and the toilet’s have not been cleaned. The family bathroom was also not stocked with toilet paper or soap. The food is also very poor quality, i had received an incorrect order which i returned, it was supposed to be a double cheeseburger, cheeseburger, Classic crispy chicken salad. The cheeseburger was missing ingredients and the salad i was given was Caesar salad, An honest mistake which has an easy fix. The employee rolled their eyes and complained but went to go fix it, when i recieved the order it was missing a cheeseburger and the salad was literally burger lettuce and two slices of tomato, like mate where the chicken and dressing at???!!. Not even the worst of it, i went to return it and she rolled her eyes, and said isnt that a chicken salad, (yea cause a chicken salad has no chicken🤣🤦‍♀️) then she asked the manager how to make it and the manager didnt even know, the employee then told me then are missing all the ingredients and said can i exchange it for something else , i said yes thats okay exchange it for a medium cheeseburger meal (since theyre the same price) She laughs and walked away to go laugh with her manager, She then came back with my order i and it missing a burger , i said it missing a burger, she then looked at me blankly and i explained again, she corrected it and it was all fine although i thought, get this right, THE BURGERS WERE RAW, Honestly this place is a Saftey Hazard and the employees and managers need to be taught manners

A very disgusting environment. Barely maintained. Tables are dirty and sticky. spills are left all over the floor. Everything is gross. Forgot parts of our order. Soap spilled on floor on the bathrooms, almost slipped.

This Mc Donalds restaurant has to go down as the worst maintained restaurant I've even seen. Their wasn't one clean table to sit at. It has customers sitting at the nearby Krispy Kreme. The kitchen was filthy and somebody had urinated all over bathroom floor.

Staff seems not interested in serving costumer. It has been happening lots of times. On dated 07/10/21 at 11;35 pm LATE night, I ordered medium coffee, they took more than 25 minutes and after waiting such a long I got half-full cup of coffee. They were so busy in talking their own language, was very rude and slow costumer service. This place and people is completely HOPELESS.

1) Order machine did not show my order number, and not even give me a receipt; 2) Front desk staff seemed not familiar with her job; 3) If my order was not 100% ready, why you called my number? You want me to walk to collect each item again, again and again? 4) Also, staff did not place items inside bag properly. It looked soooooo massive! Ridiculous!

It used to be a nice place years ago, but now, I won’t brother to visit again. The order machine couldn’t print out receipt nor showing me the order number, no one cared; the restroom was absolutely filthy and disgusting, no one cared; rubbish bin was overflowing, no one cared; the playland for kids was supposedly closed, with a sign on the door, yet some kids were still playing in there, no one cared. What a disgrace.

This is by far the worst and unclean McDonalds in Sydney. customer service is always slow its been 5yrs and still no change to this place at all. I'm surprised that (EHOs) haven't shut this franchise down with the amount of rubbish that is all over place broken air fresheners leaking on the wall, bug zapper is filthy including the speaker mounted to the wall over flowed rubbish bins workers on their phones doing tiktok videos instead of focusing on customers and orders. I would suggest management to be completely replaced in order to get efficient workers that want to be there.

Took 25 mins to get nuggets and soft serve. Got my nuggets but they forgot my soft serve. I ordered vanilla but got chocolate. Restaurant was extremely dirty/messy couldnt even sit and eat in.

Filthy, multiple safety hazards with liquid and soap spills, not cleaned up. Rubbish overflowing everywhere. Service was horrendous, waiting more than 20 minutes for a simple order. There seems to be no concept of a queue as those ordering much later with higher numbers on the receipt served earlier than us. The toilets have a putrid smell. Best to avoid if you can.

Ladies toilets were absolutely feral! Pee on the seats/floors, toilet paper everywhere, brown marks on the walls - (looks like poo smudges) doesn't look like anyone has brushed the toilet bowl in years!

The staff work unbelievably slow. The line us long and the staff are still walking around so slow and lost. Heard one guy has been waiting half an hour for their order. "Fast food"...

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Just absolute horrid service! Ordered my food at 7:15pm, didn’t receive it until 8:30pm. I kept telling the lady at the counter that the food waiting there for 20 minutes was mine, but she kept fighting me over it, saying it wasn’t. Lo and behold, 15 minutes later she gives me the bag. The food was stale and cold, horribly packed with the meat half outside of the box. Not only that but they also forgot to pack 2 of my burgers and demanded I wait 30 minutes because it was my fault for not checking. I don’t know what the management is doing because nothing is in order. Everything is just awful. Please do not go here. Save yourself from a massive headache.

Terrible place. Ordered orange juice with my meal. What's comes inside the cup is a weird yellowish liquid that taste like tap water! Rubbish place, never visiting again

Worst Worst Worst! AVOID at all cost. Such an unhygienic, messy maccas. Unprofessional staff and they would forget to put 3-4 items in your order then instead of eating food you gotta ask them on counter again and again.

Not Only was the service horrible and the managers rude but our food was delivered to us cold after a 20 minute wait when all we wanted were two large fries and a Coke then Add on top that the toilets were horrible and the place was unhygienic and trashed

Busy slow and filthy store. For somewhere so busy I don't know how my chips were cold and like unsalted cardboard. While my quarter pounder was just luke warm, the cheese had skinned and the bun was stale.

This is a busy store. These guys get smashed and I appreciate they do the best they can with the staff they have. That's the problem with these big companies that have big shareholders and watch every dollar..and also the state of the employment market. The food was hot but they couldn't handle the pressure there was no leader..they were busy being part of the team..not a bad thing but rubbish over flowing from everywhere and quite a few of the staff waiting for food. I've run places like this and it doesn't need to be as bad as I've seen it a few times now But I'll probably end up there again 😆

once i got in theree it stank but once i got my food from this ONE GIRL she completely got my order wrong and said to me i didnt order any coke but i told her to check again and she gave ut to me but i opened my milkshake there was just bare icecream inside . the worst thing i opened it and i didnt see my 10 nuggets that i order and instead they gave me mcbites

I ordered a chicken burger via drive through, had to wait nearly 30 mins and arrived at the pick up window where I had to wait for another 10 minutes since no one was handing out food and the burger was just lying there. When I asked for some ketchup the lady just turned away as if she didn't hear me. Most of them are really young and don't bother about customer service. While I was there I witnessed an elderly lady who bore the brunt of this behavior. This is by far one of the worst mcd's in Sydney to order your food from, as this isn't the first time I've had this sort of experience.

Horrible customer service. We waited over 30 mins for our order and they still got it wrong. The only good thing was the excellent cleaner who actually helped to rectify our order.

Speed of service was atrocious. I had ordered 1 burger meal and some nuggets. Waited for 25 minutes only to be told they were waiting for ym nuggets. Food had arrived and the nuggets I had waited for was cold, my drink had no ice and was warm. The burger wasn't any better. They had 5 guys at the back, 2 managers on duty, was not busy but not quiet either. However the speed of their service/delivery was nothing but slow. As for the venue, it was in a awful state. The parking lot was far more cleaner than the restaurant itself. Whomever is in charge or even corporate should really look into bettering the place as of now, it has been the WORST MacDonald's I had ever been to in my life and I have been to the MacDonald's at St. Peter's.

We ordered chocolate soft serve and then later saw it was HALAL certified. I don't want to eat any religious certified food including halal. Please provide the same options with no halal certification!
