Would not even give this place 1 star. Receptionist are rude have no sense of customer service what so ever and need to be trained on how to do their jobs. The doctors are nice however have no idea what they are doing and are so quick to get you in and out, they don’t care to actually help you. Wait time are ridiculous, expect to be there at least 3-4 hours and still not be seen after being told it’s only 45minute wait. Don’t waste your time going here, management need to figure out how to run a medical practice efficiently with staff who know how to do their jobs. Don’t even bother going here

Doctors are great, costumer service is absolutely poor. receptionist never advice on exact wait time. Whenever you go your wait time is 2 hours. Medical centre always busy, but this can be well managed with prior appointments rather forcing walk in . customer service is the major concern and they should learn to respect others time.

I was up all night with excruciating ear pain. I didn’t want to burden the emergency department for what I expected must be a very bad ear infection as I’d had a cold earlier in the week, so I waited for this centre to open in the morning. The receptionist was very kind and could see I was in pain, so prioritised me to see a doctor. The man I was unfortunate enough to be assigned to looked at me in disgust (I’d been up all night in pain so wasn’t looking my best) and he berated me for crying as I was in immense pain. Was it possibly because I’m female and he felt entitled to speak to me so condescendingly when I was vulnerable? There was no empathy whatsoever. He quickly confirmed my suspicions re bad ear infection, and would not provide me any guidance on how to manage the infection which I’ve never experienced before. He shoved an antibiotic script across the table and didn’t explain anything further. I didn’t deserve to be spoken to like a petulant child for wanting help to understand the infection and manage the pain that was overwhelming me. My level of pain prevented me from advocating for myself in a way that I normally would. I feel this ‘doctor’ took advantage of that. Perhaps management should screen their doctors before hiring them to ensure they’re employing someone who is willing to provide holistic care regardless of a person’s gender or appearance.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this healthcare center. I arrived after 8PM, only to be informed that they do not accept walk-ins. This came as a surprise to me, as both their website and automatic voice reply state that they are open until 10PM. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone. Late at night, people typically visit healthcare centers because they are in distress, especially when it involves their child being ill. It seems unlikely that the management is unaware that patients in distress may be driving to their location, only to be turned away without assistance. There is no indication for patients that they may not receive help even if they arrive before 10PM. It is quite surprising and disheartening to see a healthcare center behaving in a misleading manner during such difficult times for individuals and families. I hope that they address these concerns and ensure that accurate information is provided to their patients.

My daughter need a medical management plan for the preschool because of her eczema, we brought our daughter to the centre and wait for hours to see the GP, which we think is a very easy task, however, the GP not do it on spot and told us that he promised will definitely send it to us by the same day before we leave. The second day we called the centre whole and the reception told us the plan was not ready. The thrid and fourth day we still have not received it, we tried to call the centre again but the whole day no one answer phone. Until now, three days passed with no result and no response, what a terrible experience which we have never experienced before. Imagine if this is an urgent health issue what result we can get? ?

One of the best GP centre in the area. Firstly, it’s opened till 9pm which means GP would be available till 9pm. Another great thing is, you can just walk-in and first available GP would see you. Isn’t that great. It’s for kids, adults, anyone. I was super impressed. It don’t end here, you can even purchase any prescription medicine from the pharmacy which is attached to this centre and that to till 10pm. The doctors are nice and quick won’t take too long.

It is impossible to talk to them in evening. I tried calling them for 3 days and then decided to go there for a flu shot. I was surprised to see the reception staff busy on a personal call chatting. No wonder, the patients don't get the response. After waiting for her personal calls to finish, I was told sorry we cannot take more patients. Clinic time is up to 10 pm but the staff turns back patients from 7.30 pm onwards. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time here.

AFTER 3 HOURS AND 39 MINUTES IN TOTAL ON THE PHONE WAITING FINALLY I GAVE UP This is What you say in your website-"Contact Our Medical for exceptional care The fastest way to get in touch with Our Medical is to call the centre." 😂😂😂 (I Had to hold over "ONE HOUR AND 39 MINUTES" (still not answered) Absolute disgusting "TELEPHONE" service. Had to hold over "3 hours AND 39 MINUTES" (still not answered) . To cancel an appointment. What kind of a service you guys offer?. NO SERVICE whatsoever. Patients deserve a service. There are many other medical centres they answer within (at least 10) minutes. You people even do not have common courtesy to say "thank you for your patience or rather acknowledge patient's frustration. (with my previous experience) This is how they provide a service to their patients ...You guys have to lean so much and improve so much. Get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!! There is definitely something wrong with you guys. See all the other negative feedback you have received.(Google)..Where is your Care, Professionalism, Empathy,Efficiency ,???? (funny thing is it says in a recorded message that we answer between 9am till 5 pm and my call never answered even after 1 hour and 39 minutes) and SECOND TIME ONE HOUR AND 10 MINUTES STILL NO ANSWER AFTER 3 HOURS AND 39 MINUTES IN TOTAL ON HOLD FINALLY I GAVE UP

The doctors are great, however, the reception team were rude. Downloading, registering and using the new mandatory app to “check in” and get an appointment was the last thing I needed with sick children needing to see a doctor. When I needed assistance to make two consecutive appointments with the same doctor for each of my children, the reception team begrudgingly obliged. The practice manager was unavailable when I asked to speak with her about the app and my experience. Beyond disappointed, we will not be returning.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The GP I encountered there displayed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. From the moment I entered the clinic, I could sense that they were more interested in rushing through appointments than actually addressing patients' concerns. First and foremost, the GP I saw seemed disinterested in listening to me. I had several health issues that I wanted to discuss, but it felt like they were in a hurry to get rid of me. Instead of taking the time to understand my concerns, they brushed me off and told me to only discuss 2 concerns minimum instead of expressing all of my health concerns. Furthermore, I felt ignored and dismissed throughout the entire appointment. It's not easy to open up about personal health issues, and I expected the GP to provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss my concerns. Instead, I was met with indifference and a palpable desire to finish the appointment as quickly as possible. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this medical center to think twice. It's essential to find a healthcare provider who genuinely cares about their patients and is willing to listen to their concerns.

Their reception is the most incompetent people in this practice. They accept walk-ins, all the sign will direct you to the reception, “reception” will still ask you to download their app and do their work for you. If you are a parent, stressed for your kid’s health, and do you think we are still able to download your app and sign in to see a doctor where there are 2-3 people hired and compensated at the front desk for this job?

Long wait times which I expected but when they allowed the squeaky wheel to queue jump time and again I decided to cancel my appointment and leave after 2 plus hours. Wait times quoted for people after me was 3 to 4 hours but amazingly 3 people after me got served before me and they weren’t accident and emergency cases. I will not return. Would rather wait at the childrens hospital where only the emergency patients jump the queue and not the squeaky wheel.

Management needs to understand the value of time of patients as well. Doctors are great however wait time is 2-3 hours always. They need to start the appointment system and value others time as well, otherwise government must cancel medical centres license.

Doctors are good. But the wait time is ridiculous especially in the evenings and weekends. It sometimes goes up to more than 2 hours. Even with the app that they have recently, it does not let you book in with the GP unless you are in the premises. And after booking, it does not let you know where in the queue you are! With kids school during weekdays, homework and dinner all run so late because of such wait times!

There's something seriously wrong with the queuing algorithm. The way the receptionist explained, there are queues for 'individual doctors' & there's a queue for 'any doctor'. The queue for 'any doctor' is supposed to be faster as per the staff & was put in that queue. It's been 2 hours & there are still 8 patients ahead of me on the waiting list. An hour ago there were 10 patients ahead of me so only 2 patients got attended in 1 hour which is quite strange! There were 3 doctors on duty & it was Tuesday evening.

This medical center shouldn't even bother being open. Wait times over 90 mins last 3 times coming here. Then when you get a message to say you're next in the queue, if you're not there within a minute, they take you off the list. 2 doctors on when there are 50+ people waiting... If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Signed in to see the doctor as the reception desk. They said the doctor was just out for lunch but we waited almost 2 hours and he still had not returned. We asked the receptionist how much longer and was advised that the doctor just didn't turn up and didn't know what was going on. How come they don't have communication with their doctors? They didn't even inform the doctor he had a patient waiting. Staff are just awful. Couldn't care i had 2 little babies waiting all that time with me. Such a stressful waste of time. Didn't end up seeing anyone. Hard to believe staff and doctors are just not communicating with each other.

We have been visiting this centre for over 3 years, we were happy inspite of wait times, all was fine till few months ago. All of a sudden their patient handling degraded. Today I had worst experience. Got covid+ve, was advised to take telehealth, but telehealth is available 12-2pm Tue-Thu and advices telehealth for Covid+ve patients. Can't call them on saturday because their phone is answered only 9-5 mon-fri, though the clinic is open 8-10 on weekends. I walked in, did a check-in with their APP, when asked at reception they were happy to change my consultation to telehealth as I had covid. After reaching home, I waited 6 hours still no call, I can't call them as they don't answer phone on saturdays. I need to go back to the clinic again which I previously tried to avoid for the safety of other patients and doctors.

2 hours and still waiting for the doctor to see. I have run out of ideas on how I can pass the time and, hence, I thought I’ll leave review of my visit. This is my worst EVER experience in my life. I’ve never waited this long for a doctor. The doctor on call today was the only one available and perhaps servicing atleast 6-8 patients per hour. It’s past 10 PM and there’s still another 5-6 patients to go. This is a serious issue in which the management isn’t seriously taking. Just wondering how you can have 1 doctor on call in the evening! Ridiculous!

If there is no SERIOUS Urgency, PLEASE DON"T VISIT this place. Our Medical is the worst possible place to be in. I set an appointment for ECG however due to urgent work at office, I had to cancel it via their app as no one picked up the call. I couldn't believe myself that I will not be able to re-schedule for next week over the phone nor via their iPhone app. I continuously tried to call Our Medical for the next 2 weeks to set the next appointment however to no avail. NO ONE PICKS UP PHONE AT MARSDEN Park Our Medical Center and even if they pick up, they will hang it or speak rudely. So, finally I went to the center itself on Sunday, the 4th June 2023 and tried to speak with someone at their reception. I spoke with their receptionist WHOSE NAME IS Lisa. Lisa told me 4 things about OUR MEDICAL in a very rude manner: 1. OUR MEDICAL IS NOT A CALL CENTER. We are not here to schedule appointments. If you want an appointment, you should visit here. 2. We are only 3 ladies at the reception and we can't take calls. 3. If your appointment has been set, don't try to miss it. 4. It is just like any other hospital where you go and see the doctor. I'm sorry Lisa and management at Our Medical, in Australia (at-least), we always take an appointment to see the doctor. Even after hearing the above 4 points, I still tried my luck to get an appointment for ECG on which she said that you have to meet Cardio doctor. I told her that I had already met the doctor and it's just that she has to re-schedule my ECG test which I missed last week. Lisa was successful in WARDING ME OFF saying that I have to come another day to get an appointment. So, in Summary: 1. I couldn't re-schedule my appointment over the call, nor via the iPhone app, and neither by visiting their center physically. What a SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS! 2. I have to come now physically another day just to see their Specialist center to get an appointment. 3. I'll have to miss my office to come and get an appointment. Sorry, however management at OUR MEDICAL, I would go far to another Cardiac Center, which can schedule my appointment over the call than visiting your center. On top of that, you have head receptionists like Lisa who doesn't know how to handle customer queries, not able to understand the patient's problem, giving excuses as mentioned above! Management and Stake Holders at OUR MEDICAL, you will keep earning money, that is not an issue, however would you be able to give proper medical services to the patients. THINK ABOUT IT!

doctors are discriminatory towards disabled patient, treated me like an incapable five year old because I am in a wheelchair and need to use a device to talk. Misgendered many times with the wrong gender on my records. Long history of bad experiences and complaints process is severely lacking and protects the doctors not the patients. Don't go here.

Dr Emmanuel Udebunu has been my GP for sometime. When we had our second son about a month ago, we asked Dr Emmanuel to perform circumcision. The procedure was quick, clean and painless, and had healed in less than 14 days. The site was clean and spotless after healing. Through out the process, we were given professional advice and the procedure clearly explained to us. The choices at each stage were ours, and we were carried along and followed up for after care. Above all, Dr Emmanuel showed great empathy and sensitivity to my culture, he understood what we wanted and responded with absolute professionalism and care. I highly recommend that you visit his practice for your medical check ups and witness for yourself.....they say, "actions speak more than words".

I used the app for booking the appointment and its seamless.. no ridiculous waiting time as i see in other reviews... It has everything you want.. plenty of GP, available till 10 pm, Pathology, Dental, skin care, other Specialist services like cardiologist.. its a one stop shop for all our health needs.. would strongly recommend for the people living in and around Marsden park.

I walked in today to see my Dr, to retrieve results. I was told I was 3rd in line. I walked to my Dr's door and waited to be seen. I watched SEVEN! people be seen before me. I went and asked reception did they make a mistake? "No, you're next" again another group was called. I watched the Dr potentially cherry pick his patients or was entitled to see whom ever he wished. I asked to speak to the Director, the receptionist went and advised her "a patient is waiting to speak with you" I again waited another 10 mins staring straight at her, whilst she walked off with a external friend and stood back in the back office laughing and carrying on like a social gathering. To the director. Get off your pedal stool and clean up your act! your medical office is an absolute train reck, I have seen better service on islands in 3rd world countries! you people should be ashamed of yourselves. this is the medical industry your services are there for people "Needing" medical assistance not wanting it. you have an obligation to provide service to these people who take time off work and or who can't work or look after their families because of medical issues. Your x-ray department had a que of 9+ people and one staff member trying to manage each booking. I waited 15 minutes to be seen when I was only 3rd in line. There is a clear indication you are well over your head and your priories are not in the best interest for the public. You need to step down, you cannot run this facility, it is evident in the number of staff turn around and Dr's leaving your practice. Pathetic! 542 reviews and your have 2 stars. you know I am right! HCCC NSW will be notified.

Have been coming on and off for a few years, seeing the first available when I had the flu and similar. Peak times can mean you wait a while (1-2 hours), but that's standard like any medical centre. Peak times in my experience are after 6 pm on weekdays. The major benefit of this medical centre is that all booking is done through the app, and all doctors rosters are visible over the next two weeks. When you're next to be seen by the doctor, you receive an SMS advising to wait near the doctors room (useful for sitting in the car to wait). This centre still fully bulk bills, too! Recently began seeing Dr. Mohammad Parvez who is a great doctor. Highly recommend this medical centre!

Staff are great, doctors are great, waiting times are the greatest. Seriously fix this! Stop wasting people's time, we're coming because we are sick we don't need to be sick of waiting also average waiting time is usually 1.5 hours so if you are bored and need something to do and waste time come here!

  • 4/5 Vegeta1113 9 months ago on Google
The only reason for me to give 4* is for the hard work the staffs in this centre do. Despite number of people, or how many times you ask them for your count in the list they always answer you smiling and atleast not show their frustration to you. The staffs are doing their best here, but my only reason to not give 5* is that doctors usually don't turn up on the actual time. Their updated time is also not updated in the app earlier. It gets refreshed only 10-15 min after their scheduled time. Been here many times will continue to go. I would say improvements will be to try and keep up time for each patient and try to be punctual.

My partner went into the doctors on 1/12/23 with a bad infection in her toe she was waiting in line for about 15 minutes and was told she has to sign in with the app. Have in mind she has been local to this doctors for years and they have all her details yet they ask her to sign in on the app. She got the app and it has asking her for her membership which would of costed her money, I wanna why on earth you have to sign in on an app and PAY, when that is supposed to be apart of the front desks job to simply sign you in. Bunch of useless people

This place probably deserves -5 stars now. Been going here since they opened. One of the nurse in treatment room thinks she is more educated than GP there. Refused to give out vaccines to my child even though GP approved it after assessing everything. Just wasted few hours for this rudeness.

Horror! Avoid if you can. I was referred to this place by urgent care clinic. Very poor service. Rude reception staff and rude and loud nurses. Under staffed and under equipped. They also force you to download their app. You are not obliged to if you are covered by Medicare. Registration is sufficient. They don't follow SMS appointment times.

If you’re looking for somewhere to go to get a quick script then this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a medical centre where the doctors actually care and are concerned about you then this is NOT the place for you. It’s in and out as quickly as possible. No bedside manner at all. I’ve been 3 times now and each time I left feeling this I was a bother and just a number. If you’re suffering from mental health issues or hormonal problems I beg you to go somewhere else. Find a GP that will actually listen to you, one that will make you feel that you’re worth something.

Receptionist assigned us to the wrong doctor and forgot to register our name and waited for 1 and half hours until we confronted her and realised she made mistake and we waited for another 45 minutes to re-registor and assign us to the right doctor after waiting over two hours and She never apologised to us for her mistakes. I Would never recommend friends or family here. Go somewhere else!

ABSOLUTELY the worse doctors surgery in western Sydney.. this place USED to be good when it first opened but has completely gone to shambles. On a Saturday night they refused to accept any more patients because they only had 3 doctors rostered on.. they had 60 people waiting with a 3 hour wait time.. There is a reason ALL of the good doctors left this practice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Wouldnt take my dog here, change your open hours to 8pm it's not like you'll take anyone after that, even when they've been advised to return if their symptoms worsen....now sitting at hawksbury hospital instead of what could have been a.The right diagnosis the first time instead of 'have some panadol and sleep it off' b. Actually being open for a very unwell kid at 9pm like you say you are! Disgraceful....the girl at the counter could use some customer service training too

Gone here three times. First time about a year ago my check in via reception didn't work and I wasted an hour sitting around. Bas experience but oh well. Second time I waited less than five minutes. New receptionist was AMAZING. So sweet. Third time was also less than five min waiting. Pathology is great. Will be coming back. Its so good to have an option for drop in appointment. Facilities are gorgeous too. Just call in advance to know wait time.

I have been using the medical centre for years. Yes the doctors are hit and miss but I found two good ones. Today I took my 6 week old for vaccinations seen the doctor, off to the nurses. I get told to leave my pram at the door I need to capsule to dress her etc unless you want to hold her and she told me we don’t touch the babies. I said we need to take her clothes off to be weighed. She said we don’t do that unless there’s an issue. Yes there is and it’s called consistency too she’s only 6 weeks. I said I am going to give her the bottle whilst they did her needles I was told no put the child on the bed and they did her needles. I know they have their way of doing things but discuss it when I said I would like to do this. I know my child she was starving and always is when her bottle is due. I was then told to go sit outside. I said can I not sit here (baby in a singlet & nappy only) and soothe her before I move? I was told no they need the room. The room was empty they brought another mother and her two kids into the private room and there was someone waiting outside. There was still multiple beds. I have been in that treatment room with other patients before. The nurses need to have a better bed side manner cause that was disgusting the way we were treated! I love my GP but we won’t be back there.

Very disappointed with the medical centre. I booked specialist appointment at this place and when I went for my appt- the receptionist told me that the doc cancelled this appointment 3days back. She mentioned they called me 2 days back to inform and that it went unanswered. I don't understand if the appt was cancelled then why did their app still kept sending me reminders for the appt. She said it's in error and now next availability is after 4 weeks! It simply ridiculous, after waiting initially for a month they want me to wait for 4 weeks more to see the doc. This is just one of the incident, previously as well I have been extremely disappointed- the gps are not ready to listen to all the issues in one go, rather are concerned about the time spent with patient.

I visited GP after waiting for an hour when I finally got to see doctor I had 3-4 health issues to discuss but after discussing 2 health issues I was told that I can only discuss 2 at a time due to patients waiting outside. I was told to get another appointment means another hour waiting. So disappointing that a doctor denies to assist patient. So pathetic. No wonder they have low ratings.

Worst experience… my daughter is sick and we went to see a doctor at 8:30pm, we were told to walk out and come back next morning since they close the centre at 10:00 and can’t take any more patients. This is a medical centre where patients asked to walk out without being treated or seen by doctor. Super disappointed and frustrated.

After an hour wait. I saw a female Dr Rama Devi Burra who seemed to be in a rush as it was very busy. After an hour of waiting, and a sore throat which I really wanted antibiotics for, to just get better, I was told to stay on cold and flu tablet and if it gets worse to go back. That was fine but I asked the Dr if I could please have a script for antibiotics if it got worse as it saves me coming back and having to sit with long waits queues. She said yes. However, Instead of prescribing medication she printed out a blood test and didn’t tell me that I wasn’t being given a script, instead handed me a blood test that I knew nothing about. (I didn’t know until I had left and looked at the paper). Thereafter, I explained another concern to which she said “I would have to bring up all your details to access that” in my mind I was shocked and instantly stopped listening but thought to myself “so why can’t you do that?, am I an inconvenience that you bringing up my details was too much for you”. I politely told her that was fine and went on to my last request and her response to this was “you have to see a specialist for this”. Again, I thought, “you are a Dr trying to rush me out, you are the one to provide referrals for us to see specialists and you’re rushing me out and not assisting me at all”. I said nevermind, I got up and left. It is so sad that the wait times are extremely long and then when we have someone sitting in the Dr’s chair only trying to rush you out isn’t fair. We have these drs who we must trust to get better only to not seem to care, they only seem to want to get through a whole heap of people for their own benefit. Just disgusting and disappointing.

Dr Ata Rehman is a very friendly man who appears genuinely interested in his patients. The service provided by all the staff at the practice is always very professional and friendly. Sally, the receptionist is a lovely lady who has the most beautiful smile and is extremely friendly, and Nada who did my tests was also very friendly and made me feel at ease during the tests. I would definitely recommend this medical practice to anyone looking for something where there are multiple services under the one roof.

Had to go to the doctors because my nail broke in half and was bleeding. The GP told me to "wait till it falls off" and gave me an antibiotic. Went to another GP clinic for a second opinion. They told me waiting would cause and infection and sent me straight to ED to get my nail removed. The second GP also told me that the antibiotics I was prescribed isn't appropriate for my case and the second GP gave me a more targeted antibiotic for my finger. Only worth going to this GP practice for medical certificates or flu shots.

Waiting time can be awful.. can take 2 hours but will keep coming back as they do bulk bill and Dr. Prasad is really good. Doesn't only see you as a paycheck.. he really takes time to listen and assess to your needs/symptoms.

I recently visited a GP Doctor Prasad Godakandage, Cardiologist Dr. Ata Rehman and a cardiac sonographer and was impressed with the level of service I received. The doctor was attentive, listened to my concerns, and provided detailed explanations. I never felt rushed or ignored during the consultation. The cardiac sonographer was equally friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. They took the time to explain every step of the process, and the images produced were of excellent quality. Overall, I had a great experience with this doctors and cardiac sonographer, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They truly care about their patients' well-being and provide exceptional care.
