    Pretty good but the deep fried cockroach they gave me in my Zinger was a little on the greasy side 4/5.

    This is the first and the last time I buy food from this place. The children boneless are row and chewy. The first bit I had I found out that they are still row, I spoke with the employee, he was very nice and he took them and asked the chef if this is normal, anyway they gave me another 3 pieces, they were worse than the first order. I threw them, I got nauseous. Unfortunately so yucky. It seems they don't have enough time to cook the chicken properly. I know that no one cares about this review but I want to share this bad experience. I think a lot of people gave you 1 star and the reviews are very poor and no one fixed the problem, I am really surprised!!! Is there any manager there?! It's better dying from hunger than pay money for this disgusting food.

    This was the first and last time I order delivery from KFC Pennant Hills! Food was over 1 hour 20 minutes arriving. Food was cold. Chips were unseasoned. Chicken pieces were a combination of mainly wings and some drumsticks instead of the regular mix of all types of pieces. All this and the cost had gone up by $8 on the shared meal. Very poor KFC! Your advertisements have made you popular but your service is poor.

    Ordered 20 wicked wing sizes. Sizes wildly varied and were mostly small. Worst was the original recipe. Ordered 3 on the side and it was old, dull and meat was like rubber. Colonel Sanders will be rolling in his grave. Too bad it was a drive thru order. Disappointment when we got home. Maybe thats why the staff didn't care when packing?! Avoid this location.

    They need to have a competent manager who knows how to run a store. 10 workers there and they're all running around like headless chooks not knowing what to do. Nothing had been cleaned. The place was absolutely filthy.

    Shocking service. Just had to wait 30 minutes for a standard burger combo. The place is packed and a lot of unhappy customers! I can count at least 20 customers waiting so far. The burger ended up being a mess, burger wrapping ripped with way too much sauce all over it and chips under cooked. Disappointing. Management needs to step in

    For some reason the chicken fillet burger patty seemed half the height of same burger at other KFCs. My guess is the chef cut up the pieces to make 2 burger fillets from one standard piece. Seems dodgy. Also the extra original piece was under coated with batter and dry. I will drive further to get my fix in future.

    Waited about 2 minutes at the drive through before they spoke up to let us place our order. We then pulled up to the window and had to wait another 5 minutes while we waited for the lady to open the window so we could pay. We could see in the car that they were just on their phones and chatting. We were the only people in the drive through at first but by the time we finally got out, the queue was out into the street. To top it off, we only got go buckets but the chips were soggy and hadn't been salted at all. Worst KFC I've seen

    Ordered a 2 piece feed box. Got home to find there were no chips, 1 piece of gristle, the worlds smallest chicken leg and a bread roll that looked like it had been stood on. No serviette, no spoon nor a refresher towel. Is this a joke ?

    I just bought some food here. Wow, it looks as if the owner/manager couldn’t care less about this business. The rubbish bins were stuffed full, rubbish was left sitting on the counter, a new Chux lay abandoned on a table as if someone went to wipe it clean and then lost interest. I only entered because the drive-through was closed off. I don’t think I’ll be going back now I’ve seen the very low standards in the front of house area. Goodness knows what’s going on in the kitchen. The kids on staff are working hard, but it seems the owner/manager needs a Gordon Ramsay shake-up.

    Absolutely disgusting had to ask them to clean the tables so we could eat bins were full and rubbish was pilling up on the bench our baby had nowhere to sit as high chair was covered in dirt food n dry sauce Then to top it all off our 4 year wanted to go to the toilet n hubby nearly slipped as mens toilet n sink was leaking water n urine everywhere and in hallway couldn't change baby as would have to wade through the water to get to parent room 🤢🤮 had to change her in the boot of the car I went to the counter to tell them and they knew I even had to tell them to put up a wet floor sign. Wont eat here again 😡🤢🤮😡😡

    I ordered burger combo dulux from the app. When i got home i found out that the zinger piece was missing from the burger. Like it was just the burger and sauces inside. Nothing else. No piece of chicken. And they didn’t even provide the spoon or napkins with it. Bad experience.

    You have a better chance of throwing a tennis ball into the air and it landing on the sun than this place getting your order correct. Bathtubs are easier to run than restaurants but these people would struggle with either task. My chicken managed to be raw and cold yet managed to also be burnt to an absolute crisp. The chips were soggy and undercooked and the gravy tasted like sadness. The only option now is to hoist the place and put a Carls Jr in the spot.

    Just another KFC, what can go wrong? I purchased through KFC drive through. The car in front of me has to wait for his order. Instead of being directed to a waiting bay, his car stopped at the window and waited more than 5 minutes. There is a long long queue of cars behind me but nothing can be done. It seems that this KFC do not have waiting bay for cars and staff simply don't care.

    Ordered via Door Dash, kind enough to tell me they’re out of gravy so I opted for potato & gravy. However I ordered 20 wicked wings (two sets of 10) and they came in one box, gave us the smallest wings ever to fit into one box. We got around 10 tiny wings, size of a small finger.

    Whilst the workers were nice they were painstakingly slow, I counted them looking at the order screen 9 times in a minute and just prepared a small fries in that time. I waited 45 minutes for them to give my my order which was a chicken tender wrap and a mixed feast (which I swapped out the wings and drumstick for extra tenders). Now this on its own doesn’t warrant a 1 star, it’s the fact that after the long wait they gave me my order without the wrap, so they provided on after anothe r5 minute wait after asking, and as I got home I checked the mixed feast where instead of giving me extra tenders they swappped all the tenders for wings. Not to mention that the entire box looked as if it was fried along with the chicken I was needless to say a little upset. This happened on Friday afternoon roughly at 6pm. This is a bit disappointing and I expect some changes to how the place is managed.

    Not too bad for dirty bird. They got the order right and made my twister really well. The staff were well mannered, and the restaurant was actually clean. Unlike many of the other KFC restaurants, I've been to have been extremely unclean in the areas you eat, sticky floors, overflowing bins, and food all over the floor. I nearly let my dog out of the ute to clean the floor up for em at the last dirty bird I attended.

    Stopped in for snack and went through drivethrough. Realised the store and carpark is lousy and poorly designed. Those being asked to wait in the carpark for orders not ready in drivethrough have to fight their way to a spot and it also blocks those trying to get in and out of the carpark. A 5 year old could have designed this better...

    I was about to feel bad for giving a bad review because of the kids working in the place... they were playing games while "working" playing loud annoying music.. they are just too young to be let alone (i thought) but there was an adult around... service is non existent. Total disrespect for customers time and money . This should not be tolerated .

    Worst chicken meal I have ever had; Chicken was dry and meatless like they buy only the scrawniest chicken in the feed lot. All bones. KFC have gone directly down hill to garbage bin value.     Dropped in there at 9:38pm and the speaker was automatically set to ' sorry you have visited outside of business hours'. Advertised close time is 10pm Friday. Looks like the kids working had better things to do and wanted early doors.

    I visited this shop. Employees are very laze. I asked you to wipe the desk because it was dirty. However, it didn't wipe until the end. In the end, I cleaned, ate, organized, and went out before eating. The order was also mixed up, so I ordered it first, but the customer who came a long time later received the food first. It's very disappointing. The parking lot was also small, so it was very hard.

    The service manager on 27/12/22 dinner shift needs some training in how to run a “fast food” joint. We entered the store with 6 other customers on the board. As cars came around the drive-thru, they got served one by one while the face to face and pick up customers increased to 10 with no one on the board progressing through the queue. The employees were meandering around and we even spotted a maccas fries box on the heated shelf. Must be because they prefer crunchy fries as opposed to soggy, overly-salted chips from this place. The turnover was so slow that three different employees salted the same batch of chips three different times.

    Amazing service yesterday (Sunday) from the shift supervisor. We’ve had many bad experiences at this store over the years, but today was outstanding and absolutely worthy of the 5 stars. Service was efficient, polite, servings were generous and fresh.

    The self service touch screen monitor was broken and could not be used, while the other one had an issue with the brightness so had to order via the app. Ordered takeaway and when we got home, we realised we were missing 1 tub of potato gravy. Like seriously, they had 1 job. Useless
