Centre says closed at 4pm. Came in at 3pm, front staff was not helpful at all. Say they are closed they only have one doctor and they taken the last patient and no more. Staff didnt even try to check with doctors.

From my experience so far, the doctors have been really unwelcoming and don't appear to have any interest in you at all. I did not like the way I was treated.

Poor service. the lady Dr is very rude unfriendly . never meet a doctor like her. not recommend anyone to see her.

Please people to be aware of this practise. Especially dr. Anju aggarwal.. she will only rush you to get out of the practise asap so she can see other patients. She is not very good or smart doctor either. A few occasions I went there and she took 3 patients at the same time and she put me in another room while she was talking to another patients. This practise only has one doctor, she is money hunger!! Because it's bulked billed she only cared about as many patients she can allow to see each day. Find other doctors and practise who listen to you and thoroughly examine your concerns. This practise is only hiring lazy old doctors. I have never seen young australian doctor with more knowledgeable or at least someone who speak english fluently

Took my wife to see Dr. Talal Elsemary Earlier this week. Just a simple check up. The guy was rude and arrogant to an astounding extent. Not just in terms of being unpleasant but clearly not listening to anything he was being told and that affecting the quality of his medical care. I'm not exaggerating. He printed out a script for a medicine we had just told him we had unsuccessfully tried. No humility, just more ignoring and talking down to us. Never seeing him again. It's a shame I have to leave at least 1 star, because this service wasn't worth even that.

Dr M Eshraghi is the rudest, most arrogant and disrespectful GP I have ever come across in my entire life.I would not recommend him as a GP at all.

I go to this medical centre because my family doctor works there but today she was not in. since my usual doctor was not here I had to see Dr mehrdad esgraghi he was very unprofessional he kicked us out of the room because we didn't do a covid when I had done one on my kids and myself 2 days ago he started yelling at the receptions to do her job properly and if she wouldn't she shouldn't work . he started to raise his voice and when my husband called him rude he called security on him and had him kicked out. Every other doctor that works here is good except for mehrdad eshraghi he really doesn't know much he need lots help

Went in with my husband who needed Dr to certify eye condition for renewal of drivers licence. He is halfway through explaining when Dr Anju Aggarwal cuts him off saying, "I'm not your GP!", which seemed odd, and he has seen her in the past. He tried to reason with her, the eye test with podiatrist had already been done and she just needed to log in to RMS site to sign off but she repeated her denial that she was his GP (presumably this meant that she couldn't do anything. He then explained that the clinic he'd been to most recently had closed down, perhaps she could 'become' his GP? She was strongly against the idea. It was weird, frustrating, extremely rude, (she didn't even bother making eye contact). Also, we were told there was a 10 minute wait and we ended up waiting over an hour and a half while many other patients came and went before us. Disgusting behaviour.

I had horrible experience today after seeing Dr. Mehrad Esharagi. I usually go to my regular doctor, she's not in today so I had to see other doctor. From the beginning of our appointment, he was so rude, disrespectful and patronising. Kept asking me whether I can speak English for twice, shouting at me 'SHUT UP! I'm not talking to you'. Ordering me to leave the room and gang up with other doctor so they won't see me. I will make sure that I only come here to see my usual doctor. Safe your time, energy and yourself from seeing Dr. Mehrad Esharagi to avoid having bad experience like mine.

I'd rather be sick then visit this medical centre. Not organised and doctors have no idea. They should close this place down

This is the worst medical centre you can ever think of. Very rude receptionist and unprofessional doctors. They are only after your money, nobody pays attention to your concern or wellbeing. Please if you are reading this, do not use medical centre. They are the worst of them all. Zero star

Terrible medical centre, don’t even bother going here. You’re better off going to a different medical centre. The wait times are so long during PEAK hours and never have enough staff, some doctors even say for patients to come a few hours before they leave early, I once needed to visit pathology and the staff said they have 0 contact with them. I was waiting for 1hr for a 10second job. This is the most hopeless place ever. Even then you must go through the treatment of many doctors before you find the doctor for you. And when you do, they often move to their own medical centres. Not even the doctors want to stay here. Save yourself and go somewhere else, if you’re ever sick, these people care about masks when you come in but when you’re sitting around or even talking to a doctor they do not care, my mask was off my face and they couldn’t care less. They need so much more parking, there is no parking at all, so many times people are sick and feel even worse by the time it takes to find one parking space. Literally possibly 15-20 parking spots for patients but the doctors side has so many more. And half the time they are empty. Go somewhere else. Save yourself.

Reception was helpful and the dr was fantastic. Very thorough.

Where do i start with this place let’s talk about how rude the front desk is particularly the Asian lady not sure of her name I went in to see a dr long story short he told me to go do a eye test and come back to the front desk to pick up a paper for a blood test he said he will give it to the reception I did the test to come back to see the door closed I saw her and asked for the paper she told me to go away they are closed But the dr told me to pick it up she didn’t care. Now the drs extremely unprofessional I went in to see a dr and he told me to go to his office as soon as I walk in he started saying “hurry up make it quick I have a meeting ” I told him I rather not rush this I’m happy to wait he said “no tell what’s wrong” I said fine explained what’s wrong then he told me to do a blood test and eye test which I did also X-rays. When I did my X-rays I came back to him and showed him he said “I cant do anything they haven’t send me a report” which is fine but he did not even attempt to look at the X-rays I then did my blood test and he said to me that he will call me when everything has came back X-rays ect it’s been almost 5weeks now I won’t ever go back or suggest this place to anyone also the drs name was Mehrad Esharagi

Worst service and your told youll be next only to wait 1 hour. Disgusting.

Rude staff and very rude, uncaring GPs who didn't care about my chronic pain

Staff at the front do not bother to check who's next to see the dr and the doctors do not know what theyre doing. Visit another medical center or practice

This Medical Centre should change its closing time as it states a 5pm closes on its door but they shut the doors either 3:30pm or 3:45pm and wont accept anyone at those times. It wasnt the first time, it was mutiple times.

I had the most wonderful experience this afternoon. The Dr was very warm and friendly, looked after me and my needs and very thorough in her assessment. It was such a great experience to have at a medical centre.
