    Worst place I've stayed in. Booking.com said it was pet friendly so myself and my great dane travelling from Melbourne to the Gold Coast, called the hotel to let them know we were on our way. They then proceeded to put us in the wrong room although I specified over the phone I had a pet. In the morning a lady behind the desk queried what room I was staying in, when I confirmed she yelled at myself saying "I can't have a dog up there", like chose the room. When provided evidence that I called the hotel and notified them that I had the dog, she cussed me out the door. DON'T GO IF YOU HAVE A PET.

    The worst place ever made, I booked with my husband week ago and we explained that we are in Sydney for medical reasons, we arrived and there was this old Indian woman she was extremely rude and cranky, and we wanted to have the managers number, than she claimed that we are abusing her just to avoid giving us the managers number, than we said that there's cameras and we never said anything and she is the one who should be helpful especially if she working in hospitality, The reception desk and area was very dirty, Bed smell all around,I would not even give half star for the place and especially this reception person, we had friends booked with us the second day, we told them to cancel their booking. Don't go there worst place ever.

    The worst trip to Sydney ever, Will NEVER stay there again, 1st night: people partying in the smoking area until almost 2am, management did nothing to quell the noise. 2nd night: Same lot of "guests" partying again in the smoking area but finally got some sleep only to be woken by someone entering my room at 12.20 am and turning the lights on, "Oh sorry, they must have given me the wrong room key " Can just imagine if it was a woman staying there on her own rather than a big lump of a man like me. Pillows are hard as a rock, NO toilet paper, (has to go and ask for it) no shampoo, carpet soaking wet at the entrance to the bathroom. Absolutely terrible, the worst time ever. :(

    This is the worst place in Sydney. Staff is very rude and disrespectful. We had a booking with them and when we arrived no one was attending the reception. After about 5 min this lady appeared, so we told her about the booking and just asked her if we could have the room before regular check in time... and she just exploded in our face with no reason and she was very racist and kept saying this is Australia... you have to know the rules, it's not like where you come from... and the weird thing is she clearly isn't even Australian herself... we asked to see her manager but she refused and then kicked us out! That person just ruined our day for absolutely no reason. We have business regularly in Sydney and that place they call a hotel was near the business practice. That's why we thought we should try it... but it was a mistake, and I'm telling my colleagues not to ever think of that place.

    rude staff, possible human fecies splattered on the bathroom door as well as a pube on the wall, white stains on carpet, overwhelming smell of chemicals, beds were hard as rock as well as small bugs scattered throughout the room. not worth a dollar, will not be coming back.

    Horrible service there was human fecies on the bathroom door there was a Pube stuck to the wall on the left side of the toilet waterlogged carpet and a very pungent smell of bleach or harsh chemicals. The window was broken there was dirty water in the kettle Very dissatisfied will not be staying again.

    I am living in this hotel from past 4 months and there is a reason why i have not thought to change my stay. Hospitality, Staff, Cleanliness, Breakfast and Comfort is so much convenient here like you cannot question anything. 5 stars for everything in the list. Strongly recommended.

    Worst hotel it stinks so badly reception is good. There is mold on the wall and beds. It’s noisy too. But if your looking for a hotel near the area just drive for 2 minutes straight and go to ‘motel 10’ it’s way better.

    Stayed here recently with my dog. Rooms are basic and small..but hard to find affordable pet friendly accommodation in Sydney so grateful to be able to find such a cheap place for the night. Bathroom is dated as is the room. But for the cheap price I honestly can't complain. Will stay again with my dog when in Sydney next

    The most horrible experience of all times. The lady was extremely rude and said we broke the house rules, which we did not technically. Also she even said “your kind of people” which was offensive. After this experience we read the reviews and found quite the same story by many people which shows and proves that this is their way to make their guest pay more. I even requested to speak to someone else but she completely denied it. Have attached her photo as well. One of their staff allowed a late check out (11:00 am) for us but this lady disabled our card at 10:00 am and said we broke the house rules. Had the worst experience ever !

    Wow lifted the bed up to find a coin I had dropped and the place is disgusting looked like it hadn’t been mopped for a long time dirty plastic cups and other rubbish. One of our towels was stained from a cup of coffee or something.

    Absolutely terrible. Lady on reception has ZERO idea what she is doing. Booked online by my head office and paid in full, I arrived after driving 12 hours only to be scolded by her as though it was my error and then given excuses ie: blamed the previous shift. Extremely rude, with me and the guest before me. Avoid this place unless you like unnecessary headaches. PS I have worked hotel reception for 2 years and I expect better.

    Every time I come here the staff are always very friendly and accommodating, fresh towels provided upon request breakfast bar after 7am , and a laundry, washing powder can be purchased at the front desk for a small fee, outdoor area with bbq

    The cleaning was horrible the walls were so dirty and someone spilled sauce on the walls and it wasn't cleaned up, cleaning needs some serous love Location is great red rooter right outside brah The aircon sounds like a jet plane in ya room brah

    Do not waste your money. Stay away the staff are rude and the management is no better. Would never recommend to anyone. The Ibis up the road is a palace compared.

    Well rooms are in need of paint and need a good clean Uncomfortable beds they had no blankets on the beds Just sheets so had to sleep with Ac on to keep warm Woke up with a sore throat The walls had black and dirty marks everywhere The reception lady lovely very nice But the worst was the noise coming from outside constant banging The rooms are so over priced The.only plus pet friendly

    The reception lady, Bimla, was incredibly kind to my friends and I. She made sure we comfortable during our whole stay and she would give us tips and advice etc. which really helped us out. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel being located near a red roosters and service station really came in handy coming back late from a concert. I recommend this place 🫶

    Nice on the outside quite icky on the inside, the walls in the room my mates and I stayed in had marks everywhere even could see where people's hand had rubbed on the wall. Had to fill the kettle in the bathroom as the tea/coffee station was just a board on the bar fridge, behind the tv was quite dusty as well as the wall light fixtures. The price is good for a cheap stay in Sydney if need a place overnight but definitely needs a tidy up.

    The whole trip was super last minute anyway for my husband and brother to go to the State of Origin. The bed was comfy enough for 1 night for 1 adult and 2 kids. The traffic was constant all night, I forget that Sydney doesn't sleep. The shower was a touch low on the wall, I'd hate to think how my 6-foot husband and brother went in their room. But I believe they managed. Staff were polite and helpful when I'd locked myself out of room only 30 mins after check-in. Rhe added bonus though, was that there us a servo and a red rooster at the front door of the hotel. That was convenient for milk I needed at the end of the night.

    Yuckkk🤮, as a mother with 2 kids absolutely disgusted. The chinese house keeper refused to give me clean towels as my room wasn't part of her duty, she was right infront of me and walked away until i went to her and grabbed them myself. Reception simply don't care. The room is dirty. My A/c doesn't work and no one cares. All you get are eye rolls.

    Honestly I am short of words !! These are bunch of scams , stealing peoples money broad day light . Very very disappointed especially with the lady sitting at the reception desk . Very rude and very dodgy . So I made a booking online through Wotiff for two rooms for $260 and instead of putting the date 31st of December I accidentally put 31 of Jan 2023 and we rock up there tired on the 31st then the lady goes if you book another two room for $550 today we make sure you get those refunds , she was taking advantage of our vulnerability, but since we could not afford it , we had to come home and now she wouldn’t refund the money claiming it is not in their policy even though there is still one month time remaining on the booking . My question is how come you were happy to process the refunds had we booked two rooms for $550 now that we didn’t you are refusing to refund ??? Very very disappointed will never ever use this hotel again and will never recommend any friends or family member .

    Very basic. Apart from the average beds, nothing else to it. Weak shower flow, shower taps broken, found a cockroach in the bathroom, no remote for the TV. Very basic bathroom, had concerns around the hygiene and maintenance, list goes on. No bathroom accessories except a tiny bar of soap and no real room facilities, complementary or otherwise, however basic. If it wasn't for needing last minute accommodation in Sydney which accepted pets and didn't cost the earth, we would have not stayed here.

    A day before we were due our accomodation got moved from straithfield executive accommodation to here. Very noisey and dirty. On their website clearly states they have a courtesy bus to and from the venues. When we check in and asked to book it we were told ‘oh we don’t do that and haven’t for years, I don’t know why it’s still up’. Very hard to communicate with people here also. We were charged $318 for 2 nights for 2 people, spend your money somewhere else.

    I would give a 9/10 on the outside but 3/10 on the inside. To use the toilet sit sideways. If you're big don't use the toilet. No hand towel, extra pillows and blankets. Breakfast is toast or cereal and coffee for $10. Lady at the front was rude and snappy. Have a shower water is everywhere. It's not worth the price. 😡😡😡

    Checking staff was rude, bathroom was dirty and mould on the floor and walls. Also carpet beside the bed was dirty and heavily stained. toilet paper roll was used and when we asked the cleaning staff for one they said go to reception in a rude manner. Also upon checking in, we were under the impression that our booking included a breakfast but staff dismissed our request and didn't bother to check for us. we had to sit aside and look into it ourselves. worst checking experience. no customer service what so ever. Will not stay there again. photos attached

    Same as the last few times we have stayed, this time we had 2 rooms booked so we could sttend the KISS Concert. Coming back for our anniversary weekend as a base and then again in October. Simple, quiet, comfortable, clean rooms. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are well set out and bathrooms also well set out with ample room. Tea Coffee and bar fridge in rooms. Microwave downstairs if required. Outdoor BBQ area if needed. Little to no highway noise in rooms, plenty of off street, safe and well lit parking. Beautiful friendly staff. Breakfast very cheap and plentiful. Wonderful as a base to head into the city, river cat at Parramatta only 20mins away or drive into the city. This is our 2nd stay here and will be back August and September. Thankyou again.

    Pet friendly which was good . My dog enjoyed it. Accident out the front so I had no electricity in my room. Although I noticed some other rooms did have power. Would have thought someone would have come round to tell us what's going on and if we were ok and comfortable. This did not happen. Hence I was unable to use power gor coffee. Cooling charging or lighting.
