WOW! Best long lunch and overnight stay to celebrate my dads 70th birthday. We booked a year ago the long lunch and 2 bungalows for 4 people. Exceeded all expectations and expect this to become an annual tradition. Incredible food, incredible atmosphere, incredible service, incredible music. Thank you so much to Tanya and the team - we had the loveliest waiter at lunch (I think his name was Josh? He had a beard? He was amazing!). Thank you so much Peats Bite for making everything so special and really thinking of every detail!! Cannot wait to come back.

A fabulous location. A wonderful mix of dishes with great flavour. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The venue is in a spectacular water front location. Good wine list at a reasonable price. Always a perfect spot for a lazy lunch with friends.

WOW! Highly recommended Peats Bite! Geoff, Tanya and staff are beautiful kind generous down to earth people who make you feel comfortable and at home, but also extremely spoilt. Stayed two nights in a gorgeous bungalow right on the water with the most comfortable beds, exquisite toiletries, beautiful decor and stunning views. The food is just unbelievable! Many courses with each sitting and absolutely never wavers from perfection with every dish! Seriously blown away how beautiful this place is in every aspect! Thank you! We will be back!πŸ™πŸŒ΄πŸŒΈπŸ’—

What a great location to spend a wonderful afternoon of great food and wine. Not cheap but it was worth it, which is more than you can say for a lot of expensive places. Set menu only which is something I am normally wary of but here there was a great variety of very tasty food. Highly recommended.

Location is secluded and private, only accessible by boat. Really good food, superbly cooked roast, wonderful friendly staff. Dissappointed in facilities. Rain protection wasn't great, the end of our table was wet, as were the 2 and seats at that end of the table. It was raining the day we went and the path to the bathroom is steep and not fully covered. Really bad for girls with heels When I get to the bathroom, I was met by a cracked toilet, no paper and a door that didn't close properly. It was like a luxury experience combined with a school camp facility. There was live music, one guy playing an acoustic guitar with an amp playing songs like bruce Springsteen's "dancing in the dark" and Angels "Am I ever going to see your face again". It can get a bit loud, the noise meter came at 70 to 85 decibels, between the crowd and the live music. Not a quiet, intimate date experience. But family friendly with dogs running around to entertain kids etc. Ah well.

Stunning views and a great location that makes for a fun day trip. Before I get into the negative aspects please note that I would return, with 3 stars being a little harsh (prob more like 3.5 if I could) but I don't think the experience hits the 4 star mark, particularly at the cost as it doesn't represent value for money. We were a little disappointed with some of the dishes we were served... food is good but not great and the building / facilities need a bit of maintenance to bring it up to the standard you'd expect for this level of dining. Also be aware that they are very strict with bookings, making it difficult and in certain circumstances, costly to make changes... given their location this is understandable but just plan well if you do wish to visit.

An excellent venue for a most amazing experience. Great location.excellent food, served as a long lunch with ample time to relax on the lawn or pool between courses. Five courses, set menu (and price) and excellent service. Food served as a table serving and you helped yourself. All courses were perfectly presented and very tasty. Access by boat or aircraft only. No road access. We used a water taxi from the bridges. I have deducted one star as the noise can be a problem with a low roof and the music (guitarist) a bit too loud. It was difficult to hear normal conversations at a table of six.a common problem in many venues. There were no overly loud groups and theses could be a problem if encountered. Definitely a place to enjoy if you are not in a hurry.

One of the most amazing treasures of Sydney Amazing little oasis only accessible by boat. Great for group lunches. We started overnight and it was just the break we needed. Highly recommend

Myself and 12 other women enjoyed a weekend at Peats Bite...OMG, this place is Superb, the venue, the staff, the FOOD, the drinks , everything was AMAZING!! Did not want to leave, Can't wait to go back, make sure you get JOSH to look after you, what a wonderful young man, did everything in his power to make sure we were looked after, even sent a taxi boat to go and get us some nibbles whilst we were enjoying the open fire , just amazing!!!

Such a unique and vibrant little restaurant in a secret hide away location accessible only by boat/water taxi. The food was lovely (as was the wine), the service was attentive (although announcing which dish was being served would have been a nice touch). There was a resident dog wandering around (which I loved) and a guy playing guitar and singing. A beautiful way to spend an afternoon.

Top notch place, great food with plenty of variety. Great selection of beers and spirits! Always good to see the doggo here, and a big shout out to Ben for his service, keeping us hydrated with all our different orders. 5 stars
