I just had my first skin check with Dr Jacqueline Kramer-Maier, she was lovely, very thorough and explained everything so I could fully understand. The Reception staff made me feel very comfortable, it was like catching up with friends, had a lovely chat that made made my appointment very enjoyable. The staff at Sundoctors (including Dr Kate Mackinnon and reception) are amazing. It's certainly the best skin cancer clinic that I've been to. I travel each time from the east suburbs of Sydney because I know that I'll be taken care of.

Last week I saw Dr Judy Tsai who is one of the most thorough skin doctors I have met. Even finding a BCC that had been misdiagnosed for many years! The reception staff, especially Kristy, are amazing and make you feel very welcome. This is the place to go.

Dr Mark Ferrier is very professional as well as compassionate. He explained everything to me in words I could understand! He is very patient and very caring. I highly recommend him. The staff at the centre are also kind, caring and super efficient. It is a very well run practice and you feel that the moment you walk through the door.

All the doctors at SunDoctors are very capable and I received immediate treatment. Mai-tran, the receptionist that has always assisted me is polite, friendly, very efficient and highly professional, as are all the receptionists. I highly recommend this Practice at Frenchs Forest.

I was treated by Dr Bothma. He was very professional in his approach and explained everything he was doing along with additional information while performing the procedure. He has a very caring and made me feel comfortable throughout the op. When I had the stitches removed at Mona Vale hospital, the nurse commented on the quality of his work!! I will definitely use Sun Doctors again because of him.

I had a routine skin check at Sun Doctors. I was told “I don’t have the sort of skin that would be susceptible to skin cancer .. wrong” I was told “All clear nothing to be concerned about” I then went to MoleMap, the best skin diagnosis team in Australia. They found three malignant melanomas which were surgically removed within a week by the Melanoma Institute. The doctor said these could have killed me within a year. DO NOT go to SUN DOCTORS !

I've been seeing Dr Jacqueline for years now and am always impressed with her punctuality, thoroughness and kindness. I have every confidence in her ability to monitor and check my fair skin. I have no hesitation in recommending SunDoctors at Frenchs Forest.

Dr Susan Rogers is highly recommended. Spotted my skin cancer and did the surgical removal. The staff are very polite and competent. Limited but sufficient on site parking. They keep to schedule. The waiting room is well ventilated and large enough for social distancing. Very clean and modern.

Found Sun Doctors very good. Doctor was very approachable and informative. Polite courteous staff and service. Easy access and parking.

A very competent and empathetic practice. They always remember you and take care in treatment. I had a BCC removed in surgery several years ago and the surgery was worthy of a plastic surgeon.

Recently attended the Clinic as a new patient of Dr Bothma and so was naturally a little apprehensive, however within minutes the warmth and professionalism of the staff had ensured that was not an issue. The new Practice Manager Hayely was particularly delightful and made sure I had all the necessary information as well as any questions answered. Dr Bothma was personable, knowledgeable and most impressed with his experience. All in all it was great experience and I highly recommended SunDoctors Clinic.

Awful. Himself booked in November for January. Cancelled day before as doctor not coming in. Rebooked for February AND appointment confirmed. CANCELLED AGAIN the day before. Rebook ???? They must be kidding!

Dr Kate McKinnon is absolutely lovely. The staff on the other hand are incredibly incompetent and rude! I have never been so upset and distressed by an interaction. My heart is racing, I am shaking. 7 phone calls, 2 extra Telehealth appointments (that the doctor said weren’t necessary but reception forced us to make) and the receptionist has the nerve to say I have to speak to the practice manager who says she wants to know the name of my boss! Excuse me? My job is totally unrelated to her?!?! I’m standing in the chemist and although it is the day after the Telehealth appointment, again, they still haven't sent through the script and the practice manager is saying she’s not sorry, but maybe sorry that “ I see it that way”, but also that frankly she is a bit annoyed!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! She said the chemist explicitly said they don’t accept email scripts and that’s why she hadn’t sent it through. Well I’m standing in the chemist and they’re explicitly telling me that that’s rubbish. I am shaking and so upset. Who has the time to take two doctors appointments, go to the chemist twice, and make 7 upsetting phone calls - just to be told that they won’t receive any apologise and gas light me that I’m just “seeing it that way”. Well, I’m so sorry I “annoyed” you Jess! I hope you don’t have to have a total of 11 interactions next time you need a script.

Dr Bothma was extremely thorough and knowledgable. His manner was exceptional and i feel happy and confident to have someone i trust checking my skin going forward. The reception staff are really helpful and friendly too and understand when you feel worried and will work with you to have you seen too quickly, putting your mind at ease. 11/10!
