Dr Rehan is genuinely one of the most nicest and caring doctors I’ve been to. I can’t recommend her enough. I will be seeing her from now on ( also front receptionist was lovely too )

Booked on line Sunday morning for 2.50pm appointment for a flu shot. Arrived on time and within 10 minutes was seated for the.vaccine. The nurse was attentive and very informative. Asked if I had any allergies and showed me my online medical vaccine from the past.Made me feel at ease and was very polite. Lovely person. Probably the best experience I’ve had in a medical centre.

I am very happy with the service I have received since I have been a patient with this practice. I have been seeing Dr Fauzia Rehan who has always been a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating and cares about her patients needs. The wait time is very short unlike other places where the wait time exceeds an hour. Thanks for your services

Wonderful service! I booked my appointment for Sunday the same day I called, I saw the doctor on time, did a blood test straight after my appointment and went home with everything done in less then 1 hour. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Dr Belqees’s Omar is my family GP for over a decade, she is a fantastic GP and great human being I have ever come across to. She is a good listener and picks up your symptoms in no time, even though she is on top of your symptoms she lets you finish to let you be at ease. What makes your experience better is their receptionist and nurses. I went for my kids vaccination and nurse made my kid and us feel so much comfortable that I couldn’t believe. It’s hard to find such level of attention to detail in sydney where at other clinics doctor’s are rushing to get more patients and receptions/nurses don’t care about you. I highly highly recommend MedFirst Medical Center Hurstville to anyone.

I really don’t recommend Dr.Fauzia, she seemed rushed and disengaged. Her explanations were vague, and she didn’t take the time to address our concerns adequately. We felt unheard and unsatisfied with the level of attention provided. The receptionist and nurse were friendly, and professional, but the experience with the doctor wasn’t great, hence the one star. I have also sent an email as a formal complaint to improve the quality of service provided by Dr.Fauzia!

My partner went to see Dr Belqees Omar yesterday regarding a deep graze on her face. Dr Omar seemed uninterested and didn't even bother removing the protective gel that was covering the site of the wound to inspect it properly or help clean it, even upon request. It was a mere 10 minute consultation where we felt like she didn't take our needs seriously. Considering it was a pretty urgent matter as the wound was becoming infected on her face, and that we paid $135 for a weekend visit, we felt disregarded and left unassured.

Dr Rehan was an amazing doctor. She did a biopsy immediately...as was necessary. Unbelievable care and support as the spot was cancerous...and removed by Dr Rehan asap. Can only say my what great doctor she is...so very thorough and knowledgeable. wonderful nurse assistant Joyce made me feel relaxed through the whole process. Thumbs up to them both.

I needed an after hours GP and am so grateful I found this medical centre. I walked in, no appointment, and received thorough, courteous care from Dr Tenzin. The practice is clean, parking easy and the hours of operation are wonderful.

Great staff, very friendly. Never great having to visit the Dr., however this really is a level above other medical centres in Sydney.

after leaving the clinic being told to observe for 2 weeks and pain symptoms will go away, after a few days still experiencing the same went to a different GP different clinic for a second opinion and got forwarded to Emergency right away. from being told nothing serious in this clinic but it turns out I was in dire situation. I don’t think i’ll trust this clinic again.

Extremely disappointed. I forced myself to go to see a doctor despite knowing it would mean sacrificing the only time I have to spend with my family with my over demanding work schedule. I waited an hour and a half. At the start of my appointment i said i was there for two reason. One, being a pain in my arm that is so severe it is costing me my job. The other a simple review for my mental health care plan. The doctor spent the entire time discussing mental health issues and drug option and ZERO time about my arm that is leaving me unemployed and is far more of a pressing issue. At the end i requested please to discuss my arm but was told i would need to come back. This office also does not bulk bill so it means I have now spent money I cant afford, loss the only time this week I had to spend with my little one, and i still have no idea who to see for the debilitating pain in my arm. Thanks for a huge cost and waist of my time

Even though we were new to the surgery and we did not have an appointment they arranged for a doctor to see my child quickly. The doctor and admin staff were polite and efficient. They made us feel at ease and they provided good medical care. I would highly recommend this medical practice
