I went in for a check up and I was seen by dr Lin Ye and following week I had a skin cancer taken out and got 12 stitches.having history of anxiety I have to say that dr Lin Ye and the nurse made me feel so comfortable and calm before and during the procedure and I did not feel a thing and they were both so calming and the best in every way. I would recommend it 100%. Also the lady in reception aswell. Exceptional manners and such nice people to deal with during a procedure. I have shared it on all my social media recommending everyone to go their as my experience was amazing. Even though I came out stitched up my recovery has been great and their support sensational. I haven't been at the practice for a while and went back to get skin check. I was highly impressed with the reception, nursing staff and Dr Farooq. He took the time to listen and very caring throughout the consult as well as the biopsy. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone who needs to get their skin checked. Highly recommend!

Called to make an appointment for my partner about a lesion she was concerned about and got an appointment the very same day, Chloe at reception was very attentive and most helpful with our concerns, she squeezed us in even though they were fully booked. Seen a lovely female doctor who was knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you to all for your care and understanding.

If there was half a star, I would select that. People beware.. Do not attend this clinic. I went to this clinic and the trauma of what this so-called doctor with experience did to me still haunts me. My arm was butchered, I was not given enough local anaesthetic and felt every cut into my skin. There was no nurse to assist in the procedure and when He realised how difficult it was, he told me I should have had the procedure done at Westmead Hospital under general anaesthetic in Theatre. The procedure was only supposed to take 15 minutes and ended up being close to 45 minutes. Long story short because of the sloppy manner in which he sutured my arm, I ended up with an infection, my arm was swollen and could not move it for several days. There is so much more but I cannot talk about it any longer. It is too traumatic for me to re-live. Again, Do Not trust these doctors. If you value your health Do Not take the risk going to this place. Go to a proper Skin Cancer Hospital. There is one in Ashley Lane, Westmead or go to Westmead Hospital Melanoma Clinic.

I went here in December 2022, it's a bad clinic. Everyone was nice, and the place was clean... It was just NO good at skin checks at all. The Doctor didn't use any usual tools like a Scanner or even Computer Analysis... Just a 5 minute look over with the naked eye. Then proceeded to ask me which marks I was suspicious of. I pointed out some glaring issues and they asked why I felt they needed to be inspected further. This is a common trend I see in the scam clinics. They usually gaslight with a clever excuse like "you know your body's changes best, blah blah". Another bad trend is exactly what happened next - they then asked me to book in a SECOND appointment to have some scrapings. Given they only spent a couple minutes checking: there was plenty of spare time. Clear signs that they don't have trained nurses+surgeons on the go; an easy way to double their fee and waste time. ... IF YOU THINK THIS IS NORMAL: try another clinic, and be amazed when they quickly hone in on suspect areas without guidance and then after verifying it on the computer, will explain WHY they need to be scraped/removed asap. If you think the $90 charge is acceptable: consider that they make you book the second appointment for the ACTUAL scraping etc, and then you have paid as much as a decent clinic with trained experts and computers.

I've been getting my skin checked at SunDoctors Parramatta for 6 years now and I highly recommend them. I usually see Dr Yin Le and, I have to say, I like his style. He's a fantastic doctor and a very skilled surgeon. He tells you everything you need to know and nothing that you don't. The reception staff are always very nice and the nurse who removed my stitches was very nice also.

I have been attending this practice for some time now and I find their care and service very professional. Dr Ye Lin is a exceptional surgeon in cancer removal. I have been coming to this clinic for years now and have peace of mind with the reminders sent, at my age I’m most forgetful but a reminder sent two weeks out and again a day or so before allows me plenty of time to attend or reschedule and the staff are ever so helpful in doing this for me. They are very good, very thorough, my doctor checks me over very carefully with the light and if he is suspicious of anything he takes a photo and watches it for six months or takes a sample biopsy for follow up. Fees also reasonable. Very happy

Very casual and disorganised, poor English by very large doctor. Was not welcoming, did not ask the reason for my visit.

Staff is friendly and Doctor Farooq took the time to explain and checked my skin issue thoroughly. He was not in a hurry like some Doctors. My skin issue was solved and I was 100% satisfied. The fee was reasonable as well and the Clinic open on Saturdays which suits for people who are working Monday to Friday. Thank you SunDoctors 👍😊

I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room and it wasn’t even busy. The Dr and nurse were chatting away and didn’t seem to care about me waiting that long. Just before I got called in, I said I actually need to leave in about 5 minutes… the receptionist said “oh he’s about to call you in”. I head on inside and the Dr says I’ll be quick and literally did the entire consult in less than 10 mins. They should have apologised and rebooked me for another day, and definitely not charged me for that! I paid full price for that experience.. It was absolutely shocking service. They made me late to my next appointment. Literally ruined my calendar for the afternoon making me wait. No consideration whatsoever. I’ll definitely never go back there.

I have been going to see the SunDoctors for years. I see Dr A. Arulanantham who is a beautiful lady who is very thorough and respectful. I recommend her to anyone in need of a skin check.

Please update your website to reflect your trading hours. I was trying to return a missed call from (Friday) hopefully the results of a biopsy taken earlier in the week. Your website states you are open for business on Saturday's, however the call goes straight to an answering machine.

My initial consultation was very painful when they took a sample of a small dark spot from me. It bled for two days. He scraped it so harshly that I didn't know whether he was doing his job or punishing me. It was hurting so much I had to be on pain killers. Never have I felt so uncomfortable with this doctors approach. He did not even make me feel welcome from the time I arrived. I had scheduled another meeting to get the results of the sample and guess what happened......... I was told the courier lost my sample and now was asked that they had to remove the rest of it to be safe.....and he wanted to do it there and then. I was so terrified and asked for 5 mins to think about this. I asked how big was the scar going to be and he replied 1.5cms.....so I agreed. Well..... the scar is 4cms and really dark. They blamed the courier as a result of losing the sample taken from me initially.......but I am sure this Doctor had some sort of issues and I was his victim experiment. Please do not even think about going there unless you want a scar for life. So upset.

Located inside a multi level building. Took me a while to find it. The appointment was made the day before and was able to get the set out task quickly with no waiting once I have arrived.
