I'd recommend reaching to this facility 30 mins past your appointment time. I have been here several times the receptionist told there is only 1 person ahead of us however I have had to wait for about an hour. Was wondering how can they run so late, turns out the doctor has been calling the patients randomly. Receptionist are good but not really accurate in terms of the information they provide on how long the waiting period is and how many patients are ahead.

Even one star is too much for this clinic. Have been here a couple of times now and every time they make you wait for more than an hour. Horrible time management. Have no idea how they have 4+ overall stars in google. Maybe it’s their doctor saving them with some positive reviews. They have no respect for your time whatsoever. This place is badly run. And what can I say about the customer service. One of the worst you can find in Sydney.

There is no mean of appointment in this Medical centre. Very miss managed, not professional staff at all. Had an flu vaccination appointment for my 8 years old daughter and waited for the appointment for 1 hour and forced to meet the doctor (GP)whereas there is no need to see doctor for flu vaccination. After waiting for an hour asked to pick the pink slip for the flu vaccination which required another an hour to see the flu vaccination Nurse,Which they could have informed earlier. Very poor and bad service. Not recommend at all. No professionalism. Disgusting…

They are unable to comprehend the concept of time. This clinic exists just to make money, and they have no notion of time. Even if you make an appointment, you will have to wait for hours because walk-in patients are accepted. Doctors and specialists charge a consultation fee in addition to delivering reports (as required by school or other authorities). So, for a single visit, you pay twice: once for consultation and again for the report, which they claim is not included in the price. Ridiculous. Isn't that so? BTW reception staff are rude too.

This place was good sometime back and some of the doctors were also good. Now a days I am seeing that they don’t have any control over their center and very poor office management/reception. The receptionist don’t care whether you see the doctor or not. There is a reason why appointments are booked. There can be few minutes delays. However 1.5 to 2 hours wait time after appointment shows that they don’t really respect other peoples time or don’t care whether you would visit them. This has been the same for sometime now. We had appointment with Dr. Lilly Bartlet and she was never reached out by the receptionist about the wait times. They seemed to think it’s not their responsibility to manage the reception. When approached, they had responded that if you have problems take it with the doctor and we can’t do anything about it. A complete lack of responsibility and accountability to running the center. I am starting to hate this place now. The management team, please don’t ask me to mail the concerns to a mail ID which would probably be never monitored or responded. If you really care about taking actions, please check who were the receptionist between 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM on 11-Nov-2022 and take action/train them about receiving customers and customer service. Don’t wash of your hands saying that you were unable to find myself in the database.

The WORST experience. In the middle of the worst pandemic the world has ever seen. I made a appointment days before to get COVID vaccinated and to arrive and wait for 30 minutes to be told they are not going to open a vial of the vaccine for one person and told to come back another day. The lady at the front desk was rude and how one acquires a job with no work ethics is beyond me. They are not in the profession of helping or save life's, only to make a quick dollar. The most unbelievable experience of my life.

The Clinic is busy indeed, however most of my appointments were smooth and well managed over last Two weeks. My consultation with Dr Fadi went great as he patiently looked into my condition and guided through the recovery process over two weeks. He answered whatever doubts I have. Grateful for the Dr, Nurses and Staff for their service.

I’ve been here several times but when we came today around 2pm , the lady who worked at reception not the young lady but the other one was totally rude . She needs to learn to speak with patients first , there is always the way of talking to someone politely. We waited there for 5 mins and she was rude to all people not only with us . Staff who works at reception has to be professional. You guys needs to really talk to her regarding this . When we called today for appointment they said we can come directly as there are two doctors available and when we came that lady made a totally aggressive face and said “ you guys have to wait for 3 hours , you ready ?”. We wasted our time because of her and also we have no problem if she was speaking politely but she has the worst communication skills with other people. She don’t deserve to get one star too.

Not a great experience with this medical practice at Harris Park. We constantly make appointments with doctors, wait for hours and then get told the doctor left for the day when we chase it up with them. No courtesy call or anything. Other times I've booked appointments a head of time and get told that the doctor cannot accommodate my appointment because they've over booked and the staff push to cancel and reschedule our appointments when we've waited for days and booked well in advance. Very unprofessional staff who get upset with you for complaining when they are the ones who fail to communicate and stay on top of their bookings. This place seriously needs better management or their doctors need to be more organised.

I've had such an incredibly poor experience with this centre. I waited 2 hours on my first consultation. Was sent to the wrong Doctor an hour after my appointment, and had to wait a second hour before my appointment took place with my actual Doctor. I was hoping for a better turn around my second time. On my second appointment today for a procedure, I was not even contacted when my appointment got cancelled. I drove an hour away to the clinic for no reason. Upon arrival the Receptionists at the front said they called all scheduled patients, however no phone call was received. I understand that emergencies happen, but the lack of communication and accomodation is horrendous. Its common sense to let patients know their appointments are cancelled in these situations. The receptionists then instructed us to come early for our rescheduled appointment next week to see if the Doctor can squeeze us in for my procedure, as they could only book a standard consultation. Keeping in mind we were waiting 15 minutes already for our scheduled appointment. The medical centre feels incredibly overwhelming, with no sense of structure. It does not feel very clean and is also very loud and chaotic. There is no privacy in the nursing station to have any dignity when they are asking personal health care questions. Other nursing staff present in the cramped room are visibly distressed taking phone calls during your assessment which was so unsettling. I have been left so incredibly frustrated. This medical centre is nowhere near reflective of the operating standard of a basic healthcare care facility. I would not recommend attending this clinic in any circumstance.

Worst GP practice I've ever been to. The reception staff were so rude. They kept me waiting on the phone for 10mins to then hang up on me before I finished speaking meaning I had to come in person. Then kept talking to each other while I was standing there and not listening to me. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then finally get the appointment booked and I have to join the long line to see the nurse before the doctor. And they claimed they needed to hold onto my Medicare card throughout the whole time I was in the practice - stunk of a scam because that is in no way needed! I left and used an online GP instead. Experience was much better. What a waste of time.

Today I went early morning for my blood and breath test without drinking single drop of water. I asked for an hour leave form work and went to medical centre at 8:30. I was waiting for an hour still pathologist didn't arrive. then I asked Receptionist and she said pathologist is running lage. We waited again and later manager came and told us that pathologist is not coming today. Its frustrating... I have wasted my 2 hours and my hunger for nothing. Such a poor service.

Only come here if you have atleast 2 to 3 hours free. Reception staff have no idea of what is going on. No respect what so ever for patient's time. Walk-ins are always served faster than appointments. If you would like to witness an ideal example of chaotic mismanagement, this is the place to go.

Never on time. Receptionists are exceptionally rude, they do not know how to interact with patients. Zero empathy and kindness!!!! Unable to accommodate any flexibility in appointments even though there is an emergency. No use making appointments as u still gotta wait atleast an extra hour from your appointment time.

I went to the Priority medical centre today around 12:50 pm, 1st of all receptionists did not even look at me, i was standing there in front of them, after 2-3 mints i said hello again and then responded me and when i asked her if there is any female Dr. Available, she was very rude with me that “we do not have any female Dr.” With angry eyes and without saying sorry, then i asked her when will be the female Dr. Available she said 6pm and i asked to book appointment and then again with rude voice she said she can’t book appointment for me that if you want to come you can walk in, even if we book appointment we always have to wait there 1.5-2 hours, they do not care that patient want to see a dr. Management needs to give some training to the receptionists, they do not have any manners to talk to the patient. Customers Please do not go there if you really want to see a Dr. And want to save your time.

Had Telehealth consult with Dr Lilly at 2:30 pm, had to follow up with receptionist for more than 1 and half hr to get call at 3:45 pm. Dr said she will fax prescription to near by pharmacy. I reach out to pharmacy, there was no script faxed. I can back to clinic to collect in person, it was flashing bright red open outside but door was locked and close well 1 hr before time. Next day I called to receptionist, she could not find Dr Lilly’s script in system (I bet she never generated it) and asked me to wait for well half hr for another appointment so that we can get a script. I am still waiting with my 1 year old I waiting while writing this review

Even if you have a Medicare card, Priority Medical Centre-Harris Park charges you the full consultation price. This, however, does not appear to be the case at all medical centres. Staff tell you that you must pay the full price and that they would refund that amount and just charge $10 for the practise cost, but after the payment, they require your physical debit card, which they will not disclose to you during the payment. It was quite annoying because I was not carrying it and same with most of them these days. Only option is that you could have to go in again with the physical card or do it on your own. Please be aware of this and check with staff before making a payment. I hope this helps.

Reception treated me disgustingly on the phone. Hung up on me then rejected my calls multiple times and made another receptionist answer. Didn’t book in my appointment, couldn’t find my file, then when I said I booked face to face and I know my appointment was booked she apparently booked it in on the spot. When asking if my appointment was ever booked in and was clearly annoyed for the mess around, she told me to calm down, said I can come speak to her “face to face” then hung up on me. When I called back and got another receptionist, I could hear her talking about me and calling me “so rude” in the background. When I told her that I can hear, they put me on hold. This centre has always treated clients with disrespect, I went in for chronic disease management and end up stressing out over appointments and phone calls with a rude woman who doesn’t know how to be a customer service representative. Edited: owner told me to complain, can’t complain as the reception never reply to my email because clearly they don’t have a complaints process or reception are deleting the emails so they don’t get in trouble. This place is a joke and there is absolutely no way to complain. Will be taking this further unless someone contacts me.

Had to wait for 1.5 hrs even after attending the clinic on time. Absolutely terrible management, especially the reception. Professionals working in there are good, its just that the management is really poor. If you book an appointment at 6 pm, they don't know what does this mean. It doesn't mean i will get to see the GP at 7 pm. It means they should plans things better and allow me to see the GP at the scheduled time. Everyone understands few minutes delay but one hour waiting time is too much. They shouldn't give appointment to the walk-in patients on the same day until and unless its a medical emergency. Please focus on improving your services.

My friend went here with her partner to see a GP for an STI check and Dr Aaron Chung slammed the door in her face after not letting her in. I understand it is covid times but rather than slamming the door in her face, a more polite approach would be nicer Her partner also reported that he was treated rudely and rushed out after the doctor processed pathology . It felt like a drive thru where they are trying to push out patients as quick as possible with very little care.

The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Worst is the receptionist and management. Rude, unprofessional, no work ethics, and GOOD LUCK getting through the PHONE. Most of the the time hold time is over 20 mins. While at the clinic phones are ringing but receptionists are busy organising lunches or dinners and usually busy on social media. A bunch of school dropouts sitting behind the desk and answering phones (if they feel like). There is no sense of communication between the doctors, receptionist and nurses. No one takes responsibility to fix a matter while all are busy with their personal and social lives during work. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE. Response to the reply of PMC, I am a patient of the medical centre for the last 3 years and have already sent an email, awaiting a sensible and reasonable response.

I have the worst experience with this medical centre I have made an 3:30pm Telehealth appointment on 18/09/23 and waited till 6pm and called them three times in between to ask if doctor is gonna call me or not! every time they advised me he is running late and he is going to call before he leaves at 7pm and guess what …I have not received any call from doctor ,they just keep making me fool if they can’t call just say no appointment why they wasted my time and keep telling me the doctor is going to call and at 7pm they left me with no options I even can’t go to different medical practice and get the appointment… wasted my whole day waiting for their call!!!

Have been visiting Priority Medical centre for almost 9 years now and found Dr Kelvin Vo extremely knowledgeable, approachable and punctual with his appointments. He has immense experience and treats his patients well. He has been our Family doctor for couple of years now. Can’t recommend him enough.

Book the appointment in person as walk in. Ask the receptionist if I can use my Medicare card, the receptionist told that I will be able to use my Medicare card. Later, I went to the GP , The receptionist ask me to leave my debit card before seeing the doctor. She mentioned that I need to pay first and some of the money will be refunded via Medicare and some money I need to pay from my pocket as the doctor does not do bulk billing. Ask the receptionist how much I need to pay, the receptionist does not know how much it will be. Other Receptionist was so rude and saying with a tone, " it might be between 51-100 dollar". With a Medicare card, they are asking me to pay. it was horrible. The receptionist ask me to cancel the appointment if I do not want to pay. I cancelled the appointment just because of their service. I will go to relevant authority to complain because they are asking money to pay for the Medicare holders .

Today I tried to call medical centre and I did 4 times all the time receptionist picked the call and said hold for few seconds but she continued put on hold and after 10 minutes she disconnect the call. This happened all 4 times with me. When I asked her why you doing like this, she rudely said it’s ok and she put on hold again. That’s not the way you professionally handle your patients. At least she should explain nicely why this is happening. I had very bad experience with this receptionist. Even it’s 3 hours now, I didn’t get any call from her to ask the reason why you were calling again and again.

Worse experience due to receptionist, the are calling name randomly, no point of booking at time every time need to wait for more than 1 hour. It seems like you are talking with computer. You are next in list . Please have a seat. I would not even give 1 star due to poor management of the medical. No importance of time. Worse experience.

Been visiting this practice for more than a year now. For every time i visit, it’s a pleasant experience. Dr Ahmad Mir and Dr Bashir are lovely. Magda Ibrahim at the pathology is so knowledgeable and expertise at her job. She’s the only person that gets my veins at a single go. Overall 9/10 score for this practice.

If you're okay with waiting almost 3 hours for a scheduled telehealth consultation and having to call yourself three times before speaking to a doctor, then book here! If your time is actually important then choose elsewhere.

I when to the Medical centre tonight . I have been sick for 10 days . My sore throats is very bad hardly talk . I have a lot of mucus hardly breathing. But the doctor didn’t check much just told me have nurofen , dry cough medicine and have 3-4 littles a day . I wasted my money $60 plus time . I’m not gonna go again.

Any acute condition- when we walk in- its too long waiting always.. even with appointments.. there is half an hour to an hour waiting a few times- please take a note that certain patients have acute and urgent needs too.. please hve some urgent care slots available in such cases. Secondly, when we call for urgent care appointments.. it is asked to walk in and it can be minimised if proper waiting and appointment times are followed.

Magda@ the testing clinic was professional & also friendly. She made the process easy. Very good experiences with prior staff Dr Poorna, receptionists Zainab & Co, nurses in the clinic and also directly with centre's supervisor (Rosemary?) who was very helpful with her personal time when making complex info enquiries. It shows the place is run very well & professionally despite sometimes difficult clientele who sometimes come up.

Unacceptable!!!! The Dr , the receptionists and the entire facility nothing good about this place. This has been such a stressful experience dealing with this practice. They book you appointment but the doctor won't call 10 hours past your telehealth appointment. You have to literally beg them to find out about your test results because they go missing. The admin staff lack the ability to follow up on results, booking appointments and talking to people overall. Won't respond to emails or try to help you out. Very unorganised and unprofessional place.

I think as a one stop shop it's a good place but the service isn't the best when dealing with the GP's. I have had been going to this place for 5 to 10 years and they still ask me to come in for a consult to discuss what's the best treatment and that's even after 2 phone consults blood test and a face to face. I just wanted to establish if I need to get blood pressure meds! mind you they had no issues prescribing it to me a few years ago but now want me to come in again. Going around in circles...

Poor services, receptionist keep put you on hold so that phone stop ringing. I cant make a simple appointment because on website you cant make appointment for specialist so the only way i can book appointment is over the phone. This kind of irresponsible behaviour from receptionist should be addressed. I was waiting for one hour and still she pick up next call and put you on-hold.. its morning 11.26 Am Saturday 1jan 2022 , dont know who is at reception right now but she should stop this behaviour so patients can at least talk to the medical centre. Really disappointed.

Totally unprofessional service. I had accident and i went to priority centre for checkup with the documentation of westmead hospital in which it has written that my bones are not cracked or break because they have done xray. And doc said that you have to done xray again and then come to me tomorrow. After that i have made call appointment and receptionist said next available doctor will call you and after 4 hours i call them they have put my call on hold for 1 hour , eventually she said i will make another appointment. They don’t even deserve 1 star.👎

Taken me a few years to find a good GP in Parra area but Dr Julian Lee is pretty great, nurses are very polite and patient. Only gripe is that aren't always punctual with appointments but given we're living through a pandemic, seems pretty reasonable
