Great medical centre, wonderful and warm from start to finish. Helpful and respectful receptionist team. Appreciate Dr Kelvin Hon and Dr Cameron Nik, both very knowledgeable and focused general practitioners. I could just say very professional and innovative in every way possible.

This is the best medical clinic I ever visited in Sydney. No wonder why I always travel far away to see my GP here. Both Dr Kelvin Hon and Amrita are amazing in their fields. Reception team is always friendly. The clinic itself is fully functional even with pathology. Definitely recommend to whoever in need.

I saw a doctor for consultation, mainly for weight loss and eating habits. If I’m not wrong, our consultation took about 45 minutes. I was charged $390 for the consultation which included NO blood test or any other tests whatsoever. I asked for a letter stating the details of the consultation for my private health funds. When I requested the letter, I had to wait a good few weeks and had to remind them about the letter. I finally received the letter with a grammatical error. I raised the issue with them, which I was told it will be corrected and will be resent. I am still waiting!! I would have been better off to go to a bulk billed doctor. It was a waste of money to be honest. The only good experience was the receptionists and the ladies who have helped me with the emails. They were prompt and polite. I wish I could say the same thing for the experience with the doctor.

One of the best healthcare experiences I've had in Australia. No waiting time really before I went in to see the GP. It felt like the GP was really invested in me. A few hours later he emailed me some more information that was of interest. I also got my bloods taken within 5 minutes of coming out from my consult with the GP, which is insane. Normally in other clinics I've waited at least 30 minutes or much longer. The technology was awesome! I have already had a few friends to use this clinic and they had a similar experience.

FINALLY I found a GP that I like! I’ve been seeing Dr. Janelle Hall for over a year now and can’t be happier. She’s kind, caring, competent and more importantly patient! She listens, really listens! (Unlike most doctors that I’ve seen who were too quick to prescribe meds etc.). She helped me with a few issues I had in the past. Always has trial of meds handy (which is great to see if it’s the right one for you before committing esp. if the med is expensive to buy only to find out side effects etc.) . Such a lovely humble human being! She’s so easy to talk to and I always feel comfortable discussing my issues. Also the coolest doctor in my opinion. ;) Highly recommend her and the next practice.

I had a really great experience getting my flu shot and Covid booster jab here. The doctor was kind and made me feel less nervous and I hardly felt the shot. Thank you again!

The care team are lovely! And its super convenient. It means my GP is down the road from my office building and I can go there during a lunch break. They sent me my blood test results and my referral on the app instead of a locked email. Would highly recommend.

I had an appointment booked and after waiting 30 minutes asked how much longer it would be and was told it was probably best to leave and rebook. Disappointing to waste time and money travelling into the city and waiting for nothing. The reception staff were lovely but its still really disappointing.

Beautiful practice and could not recommend Dr Jennifer Martinez enough. She made me feel so comfortable and was more thorough than any doctor I’ve been to.

I could not be more pleased with Dr. Hon and the staff at Next Practice. I walked in and they saw me immediately. The doctor was very kind. I got some prescriptions and was out in less than 20 minutes. Treated for a sinus infection and now the rest of my holiday will be great, I'm sure.

Dr. Hall is amazing. She has always helped me understand and work through everything. The service in the practice is great the team are so welcoming and always are so helpful even if they are busy.

Great doctors office I looked all over on google before choosing one and this one seemed the most professional. My doctor genuinely listens and and seems to actually care about my well being. And the practice themselves have amazing customer service. Going the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of, and the expenses are reasonable as well. All in all id say a standard of excellence.

Saw Dr Janelle, would highly recommend, often GPs can seem cold and clinical, Dr Janelle was warm and welcoming. It is rare to find this sort of medical practice in the city. Well done all involved.

Pulled my back and went to see a Doctor at this practice. I was told to just stretch it. Waste of money not to mention I could not sleep with the pain from my pulled back. Will not go back here!!!
