We visited recently for my birthday. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. Even my vegetarian wife was happy with the risotto. Will definitely return

It was my first time being here and I liked it, we were sitting outside, the staff were doing really well, even helped us to pick the best choice among the options we took. The taste of the foods were amazing and we got lots of leftovers although we ordered half size of ribs ! It was also the first time to taste the Octopus in the way they serve it! It’s thousand times better than the fried type !!!

We'll be back. The manager tonight, Ron and our waitress, Lorraine, took service to a new level, they're the epitome of great hospitality industry service. I get around and see a lot but this is what I love to see at a restaurant. Attentive service and staff who are always on top of what's going on. It takes a certain character to pull that off and they killed it. I'm always watching i can't help it, I just love how a good restaurant operates and I am fascinated by good service and how it can change the whole experience. I think great food can be found everywhere but great service that seems rare these days and thats essentially why i go to restaurants for. Keep up the good work.

What an awesome dinner! Haven’t experienced such lovely service in a Sydney restaurant for years! Just brilliant! Food was perfect, atmosphere was perfect, service was perfect! We can’t wait to go back A++

Really Love to dine at this local restaurant. Staff are very accommodating to our needs and made sure we were happy with our food. We have come here a handful of times and our experience is always very pleasant. Thank you to the male supervisor also for a nice good chat with our friends.

Probably the best restaurant in Rouse Hill, it’s on the pricier end but it delivered both in terms of quality of service and food. The restaurant was bigger than I expected, with amazing ambience✨(really good for taking photos of food as you can see down below 🥰) 🦑The seafood 🦐tasted very fresh and tender, perfectly paired with all their corresponding sauces. Also their portions are on the generous side! 💛💛

Decor and design of this place is makes the restaurant enticing. Finally had the courage to try it. Ordered an entree and two mains. Sauce on the Aracini was rich, the rice was okay, lacked flavours. Ribs were a bit on the sadder side, bland and marinade was average. Seafood risotto was also below expectations. For a restaurant in a relatively small community, mildly overpriced...

I ordered some corn ribs as sides for Father's Day Dinner. I was hoping to receive thin corn RIBS with tajin seasoned cream cheese and coriander for $10. What I received was boiled corn with the slightest bit of char and with no signs of tajin or coriander. I know it's only a side dish but at least deliver what you promise in your menu :(

We have been coming here for date lunch for a few years and this is quite possibly the best restaurant in The Hills. The only thing better than the octopus entree and the always cooked to perfection steaks, is the service. The manager Thomas is absolutely incredible, so personable, sensational at his job and makes the experience all the more memorable every time we come. Thank you Thomas for the surprise dessert for my husband’s birthday. Amazing!!!! 🥰🤤

Great experience here. Food was cooked amazingly and the portions were massive. We ordered oysters Kilpatrick, bruschetta, bone marrow for entrees. For mains were the 400g rib eye cooked to perfection and a cabornara pasta.

Great atmosphere. Extremely good service and pretty decent food. While my steak was cooked perfectly it was still a bit tough and chewy. Granted it's not a super expensive steak, but for $55 expect to be able to cut through it much easier. Wasn't rendering properly. But everything else was great.

Great atmosphere, and spacious. We were a table of 7. It took a very long time for the food to be served. Ordered the pork ribs and unfortunately served with the membrane still attached. The meats were under seasoned. Desserts look nice, the sundae was pleasant and tasty. The sticky date pudding was lacking butterscotch sauce, it was dry. Service was slow but the staff were polite and attentive. Overall a good experience, but overpriced considering what your getting.

Food was sensational, service was super quick and friendly. Expensive but worth the money. Will definitely come back ! The ole misso had the marinara, she said was bloody tops . I had steak , of course. Cooked perfectly and the Argentinean wine was fab, fab , fab. Rate the joint

Amazing service. The food was delicious. The team are great, asked how our food was, if they could get us any more drinks. We haven't had service like that for a while. We will certainly be back. My husband and I booked in at Osso Rouse Hill for our anniversary dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, the service was superb and everything came out quickly, which was a relief because we were trying to entertain our young son. The waiter offered us his phone holder so our son could watch the Wiggles while waiting for the food. We could not fault anything about the experience. We even had a few special requests - a quiet table out of the way with a high chair and space for our pram - and they were all too happy to cater. They even wished us a happy anniversary on our way out. Nice personal touch. This is not a cheap restaurant, but it is good value and we felt the incredible quality of everything we had was well worth the money. Thanks team Osso, we will be back.

Our family have met here over a handful of times where my boys always order the beef ribs. We’re always greeted well with friendly staff and looked after through the visit. Plenty of seating inside and has a nice marquee spot outside. The boys prefer outside as there’s better reception. There’s quite a few dishes to choose from, but if I could recommend some favourites, it would be the Butchers Meat Board, beef ribs and order your meat medium rare if you don’t mind a bit of red. If the cheese pizza went through a woodfire oven, it would be a hit as a couple of times it has tasted a little doughy. Otherwise, still a favourite with our family and friends.

A unique combination of classy yet cozy restaurant. It is a fancy steak restaurant, but the service is so friendly, shout out to our waitress Gale which is one of the Mai reasons for this review. The steaks are perfectly cooked, wouldn't recommend the salmon though, but that was more of my friends problem, ordering salmon in a steak restaurant 😋. The kids options was also great, really love when the kids can share the same steak experience, so recommend the kids steak. The steaks were so big, that I didn't get a chance to try out the appetizers, so looking forward to try that in my next visit. Had Buffalo wings and cauliflower entree. Then Lazy aged sirloin for mains. Wings were horrible, boiled then battered then deep fried then served. Just a horrible dish. The cauliflower wasn’t too bad vinegar was a tad heavy. Steaks ordered medium rare and medium. Came out well done for both. When advised to the wait staff, she didn’t say anything is response. Same to the squid games person who took payment. Chips were passable. ## Update ## as per managements request on 1st November 2023 I emailed them my contact information. No one has called me.

Osso has a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was really nice but it was hard to find someone to get a drink because it was so busy.

Great service. We were there quite early so food came in quickly too. We had -Chargrilled Freemantle Octopus which was yum -Beef Short Rib, was also good -Pork Ribs was the letdown. Will try for their steak next time.

The steaks were delicious, especially the eye fillet! Cooked medium-rare, which they cooked perfectly. I am so glad there is a good steak restaurant in Rouse Hill. The staff were also super nice. Been here a couple of times now and they've been great every time.

A warm and inviting atmosphere and a great quality restaurant. The staff were friendly, attentive and were very accommodating to their customers. Food presentation was great and the portion sizes were generous. This is ideal for small to large groups of friends and family. I highly recommend this place and will come here again.

Went here for Sunday lunch. Clean, well laid out setting and a nice bar at the front. Excellent food and service. Varied menu and generous portions prepared and cooked perfectly. Didn't have to wait for to long either. Extensive drinks and wine menu too. Rest of the family were happy as well. Will definitely return. Many more items on the menu we want to try. Thank you.

My girlfriend brought me here for dinner the place was well presented and very clean. Had an amazing time and the staff were extremely friendly and had good banter and the food was exceptional. Without any doubt I would be visiting this place once again and good work to the owner, management and staff as you made our afternoon very pleasant. Extremely happy and thanks.

Food was great, service was brilliant. Just a personal opinion, try to control the temperature of the steaks slightly better. Seems like they were a bit well cooked despited being requested for medium rare. Good sized steaks for lovers too. Overall very good experience.

After months of lockdown, the first place we went to have our dinner is here! Food is perfect. We have been few times already and Lena especially made our dining experience even better! Her customer service is top notch and we will definitely come back for the food but also for her! Thank you Lena!😊

One of the worst food experience I have had in my life. We had invited our friends to Osso which we thought would be one of the nicest place to enjoy different types of meat. The lamb ribs I got was extremely fatty, tough that I struggled hard to cut through it. It seemed like it was boiled and the chef just brushed off some sauce on top. Wasn't grilled at all and the best part was the chef forgot to baste the sauce at the bottom of the ribs.. I had to send it back. It was shocking! We ordered kids meal but they forgot to give the drinks. The fried calamari they served us was a joke. It felt like they fried us some left over broken pieces of calamari. We love food and it's not hard to please us. Very sad experience for such a good looking restaurant.

Nice presentation and taste but quite pricey for a small serving. Only 1 side for a $45 steak. Not value for money.

Always amazing food and exceptional service. Also reasonably priced. This is ourfavourite restaurant to visit, no matter what the occasion.

Great service, yummy cocktails but could do with a little more dressing up and a meat platter to die for.!

Update: Called the restaurant and my husband talked to Zac- he was very apologetic and understood where we were coming from.. We will be eating with Osso again and I'm positive our next experience will be much better! Pretty upset with my pick up order tonight. I ordered lamb ribs (which I've had 3 times in store before which we're perfectly trimmed and cooked well). They were so fatty and basically inedible. It's as if they have just been boiled and sauce. For over $50 for this meal I feel like I've been ripped off. Such a shame
