If I could give this Jeweller 10 Stars, I absolutely would! Probably the best customer service I have ever had. I went to Diamonds Elite as I was looking at purchasing an engagement ring and have heard great things from my brother who also purchased his rings from there. I received help from Belinda who was honestly fantastic. She went above and beyond researching different Diamonds for weeks on end and kept in touch on a frequent basis. Her communication was incredible and gave me the reassurance that the ring would have that shine I was after. I wanted to thank Belinda because when I went to go and pick the ring up, it exceeded my expectations. The ring was amazing and I was honestly speechless. To top it off, my beautiful partner said YES who has fallen in love with the ring and cannot get over how beautiful it turned out. 10/10 stars! Would definitely be going back for the wedding bands. They're honestly incredible and really care about their customers. What I especially love is that they aren't pushy salesman that try to make you buy the ring right there and then. They give excellent advice and talk through every little detail about a ring.

This should be the only place where you buy you’re engagement ring. Their wealth of knowledge and advice made the whole process of me buying my engagement ring so easy. Theresa and the team were super friendly and patient, and gave us plenty of options and tips in choosing the perfect engagement ring. Her service was amazing, and she was extremely responsive and gave me different ideas to help with my proposal which was a great bonus. Lastly when we shopped around, the prices for the diamonds were also very competitive, and it did not compromise on the quality, as they were all GIA certified. We will definitely be revisiting the team to get our bands and diamond earrings too.

Jessica has been fabulous in professionalism and friendly, I’ve been doing my research and been asking around for a diamond ring, in store and online. I’ve stumbled to her website saw all the great reviews so I thought I’ll make a call and ask for a quote. I been taken away at how patience and knowledgeable she is, other place I’ve been really don’t care and give you a random quote no service. Even my husband really like her! My partner has been asking me to find a ring I would like as this was our upgrade ring and I had been looking at designs and shapes for a while but I found a lot of the jewellers I had been to were either short and dismissive about letting you try on rings or even looked bored when asking questions because they were just wanting to make a quick sale. Well, from the moment we walked in, Theresa made me feel welcome. At the time I even told her that I was just browsing and hoping to try on shapes and designs that would suit me. And yes that one in the window was out of our budget 😂🤭 but Theresa listened to what I was looking for and came up with solutions and never subjected me to subpar quality. I even tried on other shapes and designs I thought I would like and we all agreed the pear suited me best. It was a no brainier at this point I had found my jeweller. My mum was with me on the day and she even bought a ring for herself. I called hubby and he said lock it in. Now, I was told it would take 5 weeks for them to make the ring with the diamond we had selected and I know Theresa wanted me to have some surprise about when I was getting it and well wasn’t I surprised when my hubby proposed to me long before the 5 weeks with the finished ring. It’s absolutely stunning and perfect on my finger and definitely “me” . After the proposal hubby said to me “how nice is Theresa?!” Yes she really is! Wedding bands are next!
