Before finding this practice I went to 3 other places in Rockdale. One was incompetent, one barely listened to me and the other kept sending me for expensive specialist appts that were proved unnecessary. Then I found Dr Zora Sebez. This calm, careful, knowledgeable lady I trust, and hope she never leaves Rockdale before I do. The support staff are quite lovely. The lady who takes blood is so friendly you want to stay and give her more! The man who is generally at reception is usually incredibly busy but also unfailingly welcoming, helpful and polite. There isn't a doctor's surgery in the entire country with a "no waiting" time. Once I waited at the RFHC for 40 minutes which wasn't the end of the world. Most times, I wait between 20 and 30 minutes. When I visited in some pain I was seen as soon as possible.

Great practice. Dr Zora Sebez is the most thorough, empathetic and knowledgeable GP I have ever come across. She is always helpful and understanding. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Te receptionist (doctors husband) is always very rude as he is the head of the clinic.The waiting time is around 2 hours.very poor service.Doctors also are unfriendly and before appointment I always was anxious but after the appointment VERY FRUSTRATED. Patients are not treated with respect.They should have to understand that they depend from the patients is not the other way around. VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE

Don't bother going here, they don't even deserve one star. When I rang up to book an appointment, the guy on the phone kept talking over me quite rudely. Then when I arrived on the morning of my appointment, the place was closed. I waited around for an hour in the cold and rain and tried calling multiple times throughout the day but no answer. I couldn't even leave a voicemail - it goes straight to a pre-recorded message then just hangs up on you. I went around to 3 other medical centres in the rain and couldn't get an appointment at any of them because of such short notice. Disgusting way to run a business. Wasted my time when I desperately needed to see a doctor. Now I have to wait longer. Who the hell books a patient in for an appointment on a day they are apparently closed? When I finally manage to get through to someone on the phone, they are going to cop it.

This place is good i suggest people to visit here. My regular Dr zora, she is the nicce and friendly doctor ever I met. 😊😊😊

Doctor was knowledgeable and down-to-earth. She also holds a personal view that doctors don't spend enough time with their patients, and supports second opinions. The receptionist today was smiling and polite. This is my first visit.

My Mum has never experienced such rude staff before. Suffice to say we will never go back. Please treat your patients with a little more respect please, especially the elderly with mobility issues.

Waited for 45mins only for the person after me to be called in. Excuse is my file was not opening on computer. Considering the next patient was also a new patient, then why was her file able to open and not mine? The need to not help me or make me feel unwelcome at this clinic was very obvious from the time I entered. If you are looking for a more welcoming environment this is not it. I was really sick and needed help!

Went for a general health checkup got a couple of tests done and everything was ok except one enzyme in the liver which was. The doctor (Dr Zora) said “i don’t know why it it high google it”. I had to ask her again just to confirm if I heard it correct. A doctor asked me to google my ailment. Like is she serious? It took my entire being to stop me from laughing out. Edit: Tried another doctor in the same clinic Dr. Veda and she is a delight. Very compassionate and listens very patiently to everything.Thanks doc. You rock

Incredibly disappointed that people like the the female receptionist with the glasses and short blonde hair still exist! I have never experienced racism like I did just now with that lady!! Just because I’m wearing the scarf she clearly looked me in the eyes while I say ‘excuse me’ to ask a question about my patient inside and totally ignores me like she can’t see or hear me I repeated this a few times until the doctor sitting on the phone next to her realised her rudeness and chose to reply to me WHILE BEING ON THE PHONE, meanwhile she was standing there doing absolutely NOTHING continuing to ignore me. Thank you to that male doctor for showing there is still hope for humanity out there!

It’s such a shame because the doctors here are so lovely but the place is so disorganised. Even if you book an appointment you will be waiting for at least an hour but mostly more. The receptionist is useless and unhelpful as you ask him roughly how much longer to wait not because your being rude but because your time is valuable and you are trying to figure out whether it’s worth continuing to wait or just going home or somewhere else, instead he will repeatedly tell you… the doctor will call you when she’s ready… what does that mean? You can’t help but get more annoyed at how incapable he is, even a very rough estimate would be more helpful. Once again the doctors are so lovely here, one of the better doctors that I’ve seen but avoid coming to this place if you are someone that values your time.

The doctor was quite rude. She didn’t want to listen to my symptoms history and kept going on about other patients. She was quite indifferent to my condition.

Centre is extremely rude and abrupt bedside manner. Dr refused to listen to my condition after discharge from hospital. Literally had to beg for a referral to get urgent imaging. Zero duty of care, zero professionalism

It's essential for healthcare providers to acknowledge and address each concern without making patients feel rushed or disregarded, especially considering the financial investment in each appointment. Improving the scheduling system to minimize wait times and fostering a more patient-centric communication style could significantly enhance the overall experience for those seeking medical care from Dr. Zora.

Doctor Sofic is okay as she tried her best to understand my symptoms and treating me well. However the reason I give 2 stars due to the long wait like more than an hour even I came on time for my appointment. And also I don't understand why the female receptionist being rude to almost everyone there? No one makes her angry and she just being rude to you even on the phone calls. I could hear her angry tone and the phone being smashed down when the call ended. Take the chill pill lady. She's also being rude to one of the elderly patient that came to the clinic a while ago, she belittled her and search through her handbag without her consent, in front of the other patient!

Long wait even with an appointment. The doctor i saw on my first visit, she hardly spoke or asked me anything, i felt like i was being ignored (through my 2 minute visit) and left very frustrated. I ended up seeing another doctor on the same day (very sick) as i was so unhappy with the service i got

If you want good medical care, do not go to this clinic , the guy at the front counter has absolutely no manners or people skills and does not care about your health and should not be working as a receptionist

If anyone wants to visit this clinic then you should definitely book with other doctor but not with Dr Zora.

Dr Zora Sebez is a phenomenal doctor who is highly skilled and professional in her work. Her experience as a doctor is evident by her ability to diagnose and refer to research when helping cure her patience. The staff are lovely including the man at the front desk. Covid safe requirements are also met.

Dr Bolton is an amazing doctor who have been treating me this year and so professional. The medical are unlike other places where you wait for hours. If you have an appointment they stick to the time.

Too long waiting time and queue is broken as they said someone is doctors relative.
