Dear Justice Precinct Car Park, I've noticed that you generally respond to complaints made on your google review page. My complaint is regarding the chaos we experienced at your car park the night of Saturday 23rd October. We returned to our car after the soccer match expecting to wait a while before traffic moved on, as the car park was full. We didn't expect to be trapped in your carpark for 2 hours, due to the fact that many motorists were unprepared for your limited payment options and no staff assistance, which had the entire 4th level at a stand still for nearly 2 hours, whilst only a trickle of cars could be seen leaving the car park down below. There was not a single staff member to be found, and once we finally reached the boom gate, we were told to pay for the additional 2 hours we'd just spent in your car park. The information button attendant basically ignored us, and insisted we pay in order to leave. We finally left with a sense of being violated and held to ransom, a feeling i can assure you was felt by every single motorist left in the car park. I'd like to know what you intend to do to see that this never happens again. Your response will guide me as to whether I should take my complaint to the appropriate regulator. Chris Bennett

Do not recommend this car park when attending CommBank Stadium - an absolutely terrible experience. We have been waiting on level 4 to leave for 1.5 hours to date and we have not moved an inch. 1. Pay machines both at the entrance and exit booths are faulty when paying by card and do not accept tap and pay. This has created delays and a slow moving exit. 2. Only one exit for a multi level car park with hundreds of cars which has created a large bottle neck. Car parks in Sydney aren’t great experiences at the best of times but this one is a joke. From reading previous reviews, the above points are known issues yet still no resolution.

I never saw how anyone could be bothered with google reviews before but let me tell you, this carpark changed all that. I’ve never designed a carpark before but I’m pretty sure I could do a better job than this lot drunk with a blindfold on. The combination of the truely awe inspiringly moronic design and the inability to take any form of contactless payment (and apparently people’s inability to read the signs everywhere about this) led to a 2 hour wait without moving so much as an inch after a football match at Commbank Stadium. Must happen every single time there’s an event at the stadium since the stadium itself recommends that you park there. If you want to see one of the seven wonders of idiotic creations of the world I would recommend visiting this carpark, otherwise steer clear, particularly on match days. The company would know it’s a joke, they just don’t care.

The good thing is this was relatively inexpensive and only a short walk to CommBank Stadium. So price and location means I would use it again. The issue is paying. They don't take tap and go. Everywhere else in Australia seems to accept tap for payment. But this carpark it's either physically insert your card or pay cash. I don't even carry my card anymore so luckily had some cash on me. Others weren't so fortunate. Also, the ticket machine is on L1, so if you park on a higher level you need to get the lift from Ground to L1 to pay, then get back in to go to L2 or higher. I decided to take the stairs from L1 to L2. Bad idea. They reeked of urine.

Worst Car Park experience of my life. I parked here whilst seeing a client for business. I was unable to tap and go as it was out of order. Payment Counter was closed. I rang the 1300 number to pay over the phone. After being first in line for 25mins their recorded message ended my call. I then rang the help button at the pay station. The lady at the other end didn't really want to know about it or talk to me. She just said go and get cash out. I walked to the nearest ATM 10mins away at Westfield to get cash out to pay. Over an hour later I was able to exit. The only reason this Car Park gets 1 star is because I am unable to leave it blank.

Theres no pay by phone???? What???!!! This is a terrible parking station!! Everyone must be getting to the boom gate and then having to ring up to get let out of this place!! Currently sitting in car unable to even reverse out of car space because we are trapped in this carpark with a hundred other people. So far 30 mins. Car has not moved an inch.....

Parked for 10 min and realised I was on the wrong side of Parramatta. They wouldn't let me out without paying (not so bad) but the pay machine was broken and wouldn't accept a debit card. They still wouldn't wave the $4 and let me out so I had yo walk to Westfields to find an ATM to get cash to get out. By the time I got back the fee had doubled and I was late for my appointment I will never park here again My recommendation, NEVER PARK HERE!!!!

Absolutely horrific experience. They only take cash or credit card, no phone payments. There for 2hrs and ended up paying for 4hr because it took another 2hrs for us to get out. Queues of people, including us, who had to walk around for over an hour looking for a cashless ATM. It was 6° outside and not even the pub down the road would do cash out. Seriously, get paywave. You have enough money. We don't carry physical cards or cash on us because, you know, it's 2022 and we're living in a pandemic where we avoid touch.

Waited 40mins to get out of parking lot lastnight. There were others in the parking lot waiting too. Apparently their machine was broken and you couldnt tap n go with your phones. Anyways the lady working was really rude and unhelpful. She did not care that 20 or so cars were stuck. Disgusting behaviour and very poorly managed, cant believe this would happened in a civilised city like sydney.

Hi, I used the Carpark last night to attend the Matildas game. Parking was great and near where I needed to be, but is there no other options to pay other than using the machine. Are they able to have tap at the gate, or number plate recognition that's linked to your card? There was a big line up for the machine making it dangerous for people trying to drive out.

Total scam Does not accept Tap and Go and there is no customer service. Ended up getting stuck in the carpark in the middle of the night looking for an ATM nearby and paid more at the end of it. According to reviews, nothing has been done so far to improve the situation.

Can you please update the PAY MACHINE to have tap n pay please. Now that most people are going back into the offices, this parking is closest and there’s no ATM nearby to get cash out. I don’t use any cards now for almost a year, so using th card option would not help for me. I can call through n do a payment over the phone, but that is 30 minutes waiting over the phone and making sure you have your card details on you (most case I do) Can you please hurry and upgrade the payment machine already.

It is so outdated that there is no tap and go payment, you must use your physical card or cash. If you park near the stadium parking is $13 and you can use any payment type.

Great, but make sure you have cash or a card to pay as the machines don't accept any tap payments.

Didn't park there as it was the wrong carpark I was after but I'm sure it's good

😐 Stopped off here going down towards Brighton. Didn't realise how far and confusing it was to get to. Very good for dogs 🐕 . Not recommended if you just need a quick stop.
