Be aware that when you do short term parking, the person from the both will ask you to hand your car keys in. In my absence, without having informed me prior and without my permission he went into my car, turning it in the parking lot. This is clearly a breach and overstepping the line. He may have had good intentions to make it easier for me to drive out, however, I was extremely upset as I had valuables in the car. This is NOT what I would call a secure parking. Just read the other reviews. One person reported that headphones were stolen out of his car when it was moved . . . I agree, Wilson Parking next door is recommendable.

Never EVER use this car park. They do not monitor how many cars enter or exit, so you have zero indication if it's full before entering. I prepaid with their ironically named "secure a spot" service, only to get to the bottom level and find no spots available. What the hell is the point of a prepaid service you can't deliver on? By the time I turned around in the horribly cramped level and got back to the entrance, there were 3 other cars attempting to come in and one car refusing to move while he argued with the person on the intercom, causing us all to become completely trapped for 30 minutes. No assistant on site to sort it out. The person on the intercom refused to help anyone. Just awful service. The worst parking experience of my life. Go literally anywhere else. This place is a joke.

RIP OFF! Yep make sure you read all the reviews because a ripoff is an understatement!! We parked on Saturday 11.30am and left on Monday at 10.15am .. ( 2 nights ) and it cost is $225.00 😳 We should have slept in our car because it was more expensive than the hotel we went to… look around people and don’t get ripped off like we did!

worst customer service. Booked online to enter on Saturdays wanted to exit Monday so added the extra day as per the website. Conditions state i just need to exit before 12:00 pm next day. slight inconvenience but for $25 a night no worries. I receive 2 pin numbers so I call to see if i can not exit and enter , turns out it's meant to say 12 midnight and if I did stay until the next day as per what I booked and received a confirmation email for I would be charged an extra $55 dollars per day. Agent on the phone was very unhelpful, stated that I would be over charged and should apply for a refund after paying, why not just fix it there and then? Acknowledged the system error in booking process but wanted no responsibility.

BEWARE! THIS IS THE WORST PARKING IN SYDNEY CBD! OVERCHARGING. DISGUSTING PARKING. NO PROPER CLEARANCES. The nerve of whoever own this parking to charge people high fees when they don't even follow proper parking clearances. For 1hr 10mins we were charged $68. This is disgusting for a parking so ugly, so low and so small. Go to Wilson parking where they have good clearances and it's worth paying. Whoever own this parking should get negative karmas in life!!! You're stealing from hard working people! Your business is a crime!

I will NEVER park here again. 11pm 12/7/22 myself and 6 other cars were stuck, trying to leave however their system was down and wouldn’t recognise any of our cards or payments. We were stranded in this car park for up to nearly 45 minutes until someone picked up the intercom. Further, the contact number provided was invalid and the person assisting us was super rude considering the inconvenience called. A very stressful situation for many families. There is a Wilson carpark 20m away that is both cheaper and safer

Really handy spot. Friendly staff, which was a nice surprise for a carpark.

I had only been in this parking station for around 10-15 minutes in peak hour and realised I had entered the wrong parking station (I was booked up the road at Wilson). Upon trying to exit, well under the half an hour where I should have just been charged $9, it took about 5 mins for someone to answer the intercom at the boom gate. I could hear the person, but they could not hear me. I was literally yelling. They told me to come up to the booth and get a ticket. There was no one at the booth. I again pressed an intercom at the booth. For nearly 5 mins, no one answered. This caused me to run late to an appointment and I had to leave my car there to walk to the appointment seeing I couldn't get it out. When I eventually came back for my car, upon leaving the car park, I put my credit card in to see what would happen. I was then charged $69 for less than 1.5 hrs parking!!! I called Secure Parking when I arrived home. I was told my refund, minus the charge for up to 0.5 hrs, may or may not be approved and if it was, it was a 5-10 business days wait! Even when I explained that I needed this money back into my account, nothing further was offered by way of helping me or processing my refund any faster. This is absolutely disgusting service! If a parking station is not manned in PEAK HOUR, then this company should make sure their intercoms are working!

I've never left a negative review before. I was looking for overnight parking. The website was misleading stating that parking was $28 for the evening. But in the fine print - it says it's an additional $66 if you leave the car overnight. The parking spots are narrow and the lift was not available.

Worst parking experience ever. No option for payWave, you need a physical card. We were stuck for over 40 minutes because their online payment system wasn’t functioning either. Go to Wilson 20m up the road :)

They’re signage is misleading (in their favour 😱) & they’ve no intent to change it Sign displays a weekend rate (not daily rate as it does for weekdays) of $28 but Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning cost $93 Their webpage rates differs from their entry sign in that it clarifies this point, so in this more public instance they’re aware the definition of weekend includes both Saturday and Sunday & therefore obligated to point out it’s not really quoting a weekend rate but a daily rate I raised this on their site months ago with no reply so I called, the lady said a weekend was both days but the rate is daily, she agreed the sign didn’t indicate this but that’s the way it is, so basically “we got you” The second day charge is twice the $28 first day rate & isn’t displayed anywhere either, this speaks to intentions While I’m at it, the parking was extremely tight & car got doored, the attendant was very apologetic & agreed the sign was misleading but said it happens all the time The fact they give no indication they’d alter signage to accurately reflect rates or match their website annoyed me to the point of my first ever review BTW the complaints I’ve raised here appear to be consistent with other reviewers complaints so this isn’t the first time Secure Parking have been made aware their signage is misleading & thereby not only ripping off customers but also contravening consumer law What do you call a business that misrepresents to entrap customers knowing once they’ve entered there’s no recourse & what of the management that support these unethical practices? I’ve got a few suggestions but whatever I highly recommend like me, you never use them unless you’re comfortable being taken advantage of & rewarding unethical practices

Misleading advertising. They state weekend parking for day is $20, but if you stay overnight, they charge $40. Really cramped parking. Customer service rude.

$60 for 2 days parking booked in advance. Drove in, guy took the key. Next day came back. Car ready to go. Great service.

Absolutely horrible. Extremely tight and very limited spots, I would say around 50 spots. I pre-booked online however it was definitely overbooked as there was signs up indicating it was full and redirecting us elsewhere. Not sure how the refund would've worked in that case. I imagine it would've been a pain to organise. I was lucky when I arrived someone was leaving. Definitely avoid parking here.

Signing made us to believe if we left our car there, we would pay 35 dollars a day. When I went to get my car back, we had a 280 bill. Granted, this was 1 and a half days after entry, but still excessive

Dont park at Secure Parking - if you stay over by 15min, you have to pay for the time at full casual rate if you got a discount - and customer service not helpful - just greedy money grabbers. Wilson has grace period of up to 1hr over stay free and good customer service - will try their best to look after you.

I was a bit apprehensive about using this car park after reading other reviews, but I ended up having a good experience. It's a small car park so a bit pokey, but that's to be expected of the inner city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pre-booked early bird parking system worked fine for me.

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to let others know that parking here is a huge mistake. The car park itself is tiny and an accident waiting to happen. Even worse though was the fact that we were stuck and unable to leave for over 40 minutes as their payment system was down. There is a Wilson Parking very close by which is a far better option.

WOW WOW WOW!!! The most expensive car parking we have ever parked in, We arrived it the car park at 12pm on Saturday the 17th September and went to pay to get out at 10.30 am on the Monday after to be slammed with a cost of $225 for the privilege of parking with them when it clearly states on there website that the fees are $25 per day and the staff were very rude when we wanted to know the reason for the excessive amount of extra money. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY ON THIS CAR PARKING!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Don't stay overnight . My motel told me to go here but I went to the wrong one. Was supposed to be $40 but I had to pay $213 to get my car out after arriving 5pm and leaving before 8pm. It's criminal what they are doing. Total scam. Reply #2 I emailed them with details as they requested. No reply. They have not made this right 11/7/22. Absolutele rip off.

Same as other reviews, not having PayPass available is very inconvenient. I have a small car, Nissan Micra, and felt it was a tight fit. The attendant was lovely and helpful. He obviously had dealt with people in a similar situation.

Worst parking. I booked and paid for 6 hours but got done in 2 hours. They charged me extra $30 for exiting early. Worst parking experience. I'd recommend using the Wilson parking next to it.

Good park, must be careful on location as another park 30mtrs earlier; look for Wilson Park Sign, good wide entrance with 2.1mtr height clearance, turns are quite tight around boom gate, only negative is watch for impatient regulars that come roaring around cutting corners. Wilson App works well on this too!

The absolute worst experience I have had with parking. All lifts were broken and signage to get out was horrendous, leading to myself and other visitors walking up the ramp with oncoming traffic coming towards us. When I returned to the carpark, I paid at the pay station. I then waited in my car for over 45 minutes trying to exit as it turns out in order to leave, you were required to pay again. This was obviously a technical issue, yet the person assisting on the boom gate buzzer refused to help, even after multiple cars were having the same problem. They then stopped answering the buzzer whilst 40 or so cars were trapped and unable to leave. I have since emailed twice with no response. This is ridiculous as so many people had the same issue on that night, yet nothing was done to help us there or since. This is beyond disgusting and was incredibly dangerous on so many levels. This place should be closed down. I will be taking further action against this company.

Luckily for me I got to finish work early that day and get home at a reasonable hour. Only to find out I've been charged AN ADDITIONAL $59 on top of my original cost (which was $45) because I "Left Early". Why am I being charged MORE THAN THE ACTUAL PARKING FEE to free up one of your slots earlier. I booked in to make the day easier but it's ended up being a worse choice than if I just rocked up and lucked it. $104 is way too much for parking.
