I canot recomend Casey & cronulla skin sancuary enough. Ive been seeing Casey for almost 3 years in total & approx 12-18months at Cronulla. I travel all the way from west to the shire ever 6 weeks because Casey’s expertise, professionalism & passion for what she does is abosultely priceless! My skin journey has been a long one but i can whole heartedly say, if it wasnt for this team, there products & services I wouldnt have the clear skin i have today. I bought a pricy pico laser package and over $500 of additional skincare products, to fade pigmentation spots. The staff were super lovely and attentive and treatments were lovely too BUT after 6 weeks of treatments and then another 3 months of fade specific product use, none of this effort gave me any of the results promised . They offered to do a deep ultra light photo comparison analysis but my mirror and my friends and family could not see one ounce of difference. Waste of money and very disheartening.

I signed up for their laser tattoo removal & make no mistake, it's a painful experience. This business goes out of their way to advise you not to wear any numbing cream at all despite the fact that the laser they use is photo-acoustic, not photo-thermal. I was told directly not to wear it on several ocassions. I also suffered a large infection to my arm due to the poor dressings they used as after care of the laser wound site. They seem more intersted in profit than proper wound dressings.Their laser broke before last Christmas 22, I paid them $1250.00 in advance, & have heard not a single thing from them for the past 5 months in regards to my ongoing treatment. Their service is as bad as the attitude of the staff member who performs the lasering. Do yourself a favour & get it done from a business that specilaises in tattoo removal, not an ad hoc operation. I changed companies with the difference in quality of service, after treatment wound care & staff friendliness all leaving this business on the starting blocks. I can't recommend this company at all.

Leonie created a beautiful space, helped me to calm and relax into the treatment. She was thorough and informative and has a beautiful energy and approach. My eyebrows look perfect.

I was actually quite nervous about the treatment but I needn’t have worried. Everything was explained to me in advance to reassure me. The laser treatment itself only took a couple of minutes and any discomfort was minimal. The rest of the hour was pure pampering. There was no hard sell to buy products or book more treatments and I can see the results already. I will definitely be back for more.
