This is the third time I’ve pulled up to have my order taken just for them to tell me to “hold on” or “wait” and I’m sitting there for 5 min. Then someone else pulls up to the other side and gets their order taken immediately. That place is ran better when the younger generation is working. Things are smooth & people are in and out quick. I think someone needs to do an employee evaluation that is from corporate.

The night manager tonight was horrible. I pulled up before I can order and she was screaming telling me to “order or keep it pushing” rushing me with profanity. She was so rude that the other employee said “ that was not me on the intercom”. They need to fire some and hire because if I was someone else with less patience she could put herself and staff in danger.

For someone to even think this is ok to call a coffee. I ordered a caramel latte with an EXTRA SHOT OF EXPRESSO. Anyone who can see can tell this is straight milk. Now a days this place cost as much as Dunkin would. $5 for a cup of milk. NOT HAPPY.

ORDERED TWO BURGERS AND ITS RUBY RED RAW…I DIDNT EVEN KNOW MC DONALDS COULD HAVE BURGERS THAT WERE RAW ON THE INSIDE. HAD I NOT CHECKED MY BURGER BEFORE EATING ID PROBABLY BE IN THE ER BY NOW. Last night I had very bad experience at the McDonald’s. My friend paid at the kiosk and on his smart watch it showed that payment confirmed but the guy at the register said he didn’t see it. He said for the bank account to show him that it was charged. His name was Angelo he claimed to be the manager but he was not. My friend said okay can I used the deal again cause on the app you can get it once he said. You have to use the app I can’t do anything or reduce the price to give him the deal. The guy was not helpful we were standing there for 30 just talking about it. Very awful service and that one staff.

I ordered a steak, egg & cheese on a bagel with 2 hash browns and an orange juice. This is what I got. Not even relatively close to my sandwich, only 1 hash brown and they didn't even remember my drink. I also never got a receipt so that's cool.

The wait is an absolute joke I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what but an hour wait for “fast food” is comedy. Plus they won’t even get your order right you might as well just eat rocks off the street.

Thursday nights are an absolute nightmare. Drive thru takes an hour and a half, pickup in store isn’t possible because they lock you out. So much for “fast” food. Ridiculous.

This is easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. There will be 3 people in line and your waiting 15 minutes. Shameful to consider this a franchise of Mcdicks. I hope it gets better.

I’m a door dasher, tonight 10/6/22, there were about 5 door dashers waiting for their orders, another dasher came in, apparently works at McDonald’s and prepared his own order, meanwhile, we have been waiting a food 15 minutes for our orders. They really need a manager there at night, because I seen many employees on their phones and only one person working the front counter. I won’t accept any orders from this location again!! Horrible service!!

This place is a disgrace. I work for GrubHub. I was there waiting 40 minutes to pick up two orders. You have to wait outside they lock the door then they put the food down on the table and walk away and don’t even give you your orders. I will never except an order from there again absolutely not a way for fast food. The employees are rude ignorant disrespectful. There really needs to be a manager on duty at night🥲

Drive thru wait time was ridiculous for 3 cars at 6:20 pm. When I opened the bag, the first thing I noticed is my fries were literally upside down, spilled all over the bag, and unsurprisingly they were soggy and cold. I got a crispy spicy deluxe meal, and the bun was hard and almost looks burned, and the chicken was also soggy and cold. The staff is also very rude, this place does not deserve to make $15 or more an hour. I suggest eating somewhere else unless you're a fan of cold nasty food that went straight into the trash after 1 bite.

Absolutely abhorrent wait time. Would have been faster to buy burgers at a grocery store, drive home and make them myself. I am dead serious. Waiting 40 minutes for “fast” food are you f-ing kidding me.

It's ok. I've ordered food off the app here, paid, and gotten to the window to find out they can't complete the order. Most other locations are good about making items unavailable in the app when this is the case but not here.

Drive thru after 4 is crazy. Waiting at the speaker for 2 minutes and always gotta say hello 3 xs before someone respond. But the food is always good.

The drive thru lanes are typically crowded but the line moves very fast. Very kind & efficient crew members. My mother & I were just getting beverages. The $1.00 priced coffee & soft drinks of any size is a great deal.

Stay away from this McDonald’s not only are they rude but they rip you off by not completing your order! I have a feeling the managers refund a lot of mistakes to themselves! Remember when you were in high school and there were kids that went not to graduate but because they had yo be there! Well here they are 40 and working at McDonald’s!

5 stars! It's a McDonald's, but it's a great McDonald's. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My food was fresh and hot, just as I like it. I ordered a Big Mac and fries, and both were delicious. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted, and the Big Mac was juicy and flavorful. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables and floors were clean, and the restrooms were spotless. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work and wants to create a positive experience for their customers. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at this McDonald's. It's a great place to go for a quick and affordable meal. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Whatever employee made my DoorDash Big Breakfast this morning is a breakfast God! I was supposed to get a strawberry shake but they more than made up for it because I got the cheap breakfast with no flapjacks. I got 2 perfect cooked delicious hashbrowns. My Big Breakfast came with two big eggs because I asked for extra (not scrambled but still delicious and perfectly warm still), the biscuit was just perfect tasting in every way (first time ever from a McDonald's), two sausages that were also tasty but the big surprise that put a HUGE smile on my face was seeing they gave me the more expensive meal to make up for the shake with three delicious buttered flapjacks. I have never been more satisfied for breakfast in my lifetime even while currently in Covid quarantine while being stuck at home. YOUR EMPLOYEE DESERVES A GOOD RAISE - I WILL TIP THEM NEXT TIME I AM ABLE TO COME IN FOR BREAKFAST <3 <3 <3

Hardly any one in the place. Took grandkids. We ordered a no1. A happy meal plus apple chips. The man who took order said it will be awhile. So handed us a number to put on our table. Only one other person in place. Drive in was slow. Food arrived after 15 minutes! Was cold. I was stunned. We waited 15 minutes for cold food. My granddaughter said grampa please don't say anything. She said she was too hungry to wait again. So we ate cold food. It's amazing how differently miccy Ds are.

Just wanted some sodas but somehow their soda machine was down? Which is apparently not a new issue. Their smoothie machine was also “down” so they could only offer bottled water and iced tea…

Genuinely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Multiples times they closed when I attempted to pick up an online order and never refunded me. Any time I’ve attempted the drive through, it’s been up to a 30+ minute wait. Save your time and money.
