The food is delicious here, we have bought few times already.

We stopped here for a quick lunch, everything was delicious, very friendly staff in a nice ambient. Well recommended.

Food was ok, but ours soups and mains were not very hot, but still tasted good. However, I asked for tap water, was given a glass of tap water and then charged 500 forint for it. The waitress spoke perfect English but when I questioned her on the 500huf charge labeled as “szodaviz” on the bill, she quickly responded to me in Hungarian and walked away. I have lived in Hungary for over 10 years and was never charged for tap water. We were cheated and it spoiled the meal. I like to give my money to business who have good ethics and are not cheats.

Great traditional Hungarian food, nothing is fancy. The restaurant is nice and cosy and the Gulasch Soup we had was really nice. The only downside is that the portions of the dishes are very large and we did raise it with the waiter. We ended up packing at least half of each of our main courses.

Nice charming restaurant. Waiter was really nice a helpful. Not too formal more of a friendly atmosphere. Found a seat outside when it was fully booked. The food was plenty we had a share plate and took home some for next day so had like 1,5 meal from it. We had homemade lemonade with frozen fruit instead of ice cubes 🧊, which was great, but the drink was too sweat for me. They have packed up the lefover. Parking is right next to the restaurant. Easy to find place, but it is unmarked so can get tricky if the place is full.

We ate just soups although three differnt kind and it was very tasty... with very good sevice. We'll come back soon

One of the most delicious places in Budapest's vicinity. The sterlet is just to die for! The atmosphere is cozy and staff is very nice and polite. Totally recommend!

Good food and very nice staff!

This a true Hungarian restaurant, with great food and big portions. Also good service. It's also not expensive. The atmosphere isn't fancy, so don't expect that, but if you care about the food then this is a great spot. We've been twice and will go again, as its a reliable place to eat when you want something tasty.

The food was decent, the service was friendly, BUT we were charged 500 HUF for one glass of tap water! (which they incorrectly marked on the bill as “szoda”) Not sure if it was a deliberate ripoff or just madness from the restaurant, but it spoiled things.
