Service is relatively fast. But the quality and taste is sucks!!!

There are four order tablets, two are out of order. Tried to order food at register, no stuff payed attention on us. Got back to the tablet, managed to order. Waiting for 20 minutes, still didn't get the food... Seems that the Wolt guys are priority... Still no food... In 25 minutes they prepared two orders. Waiting...

Awfull! Waiting time took 30 minutes. Pretty expresive!

The employees didn’t want to take any orders because 20minutes before closing! They don’t speak English and are not at all polite. They’re a shame for the KFC brand!

Waiting 15+ minutes in the evening hours when the restaurant barely had any guests just for this cheeseburger that didn’t had cheese at all and barely any meat.

Fine KFC restaurant. The big displays to order yourself were not working at the time of arrival, but I believe they fixed it on the spot. I don't like the fact the menu displayed above the counter is not really clear and self-explaning. Thats why I rather take the time to order myself on the big displays. The amount and size of the chicken on my Grander burger was less than a couple of weeks ago. Regardless, tasty burgers!

Customer friendly that girl on cashier defenitly needs a rais of money but need to be fair they need to learn to cook Ive seen better KFC this was thé worst

I love KFC, and I should admit: I love it more in Hungary than in the United States. Coming to Lake Balaton it's a great place to stop by.

Friendly cashier who can speak English, very fast preparation and quality of food is good for fast food.

Good stopover coming from the freeway, on the way east to west (to Wien or so). Friendly staff, speaking English

All good, except for the fact that I received something different that I ordered. Not too English friendly.. Update: I changed it to 4 stars for the fast response of the owner. No need to go into more details. More English friendly and more attention would be nice.

A place ok for a stop. Not so friendly staff and not much English was spoken. Had somehow the feeling that the reason why were 2 serving was that 1 was only speaking Hungarian. I've ordered 2 coffees, got only one. As I've said, overall good not so good as any KFC.
