    Completely unprofessional reception and booking system to to the extent of being rude and aggressive... not willing to listen neither support when you try to book time either you receive short missed call or never call back !!!!

    they prescribed me a medicine that they were not allowed to ! and when i asked what should i do they gave me wrong information. i got my medicine one month after when i should have

    Nurses and Doctors are really Professional but the person in the reception needs to be changed. Extremely non helpful behavior in the reception.

    They never call back in time. They told me I need surgery and that they would send me an appointment for it, and I'm still waiting for it. 😡

    Friendly staff, excellent and helpful doctors, especially Daniel Saldern, very competent. Whenever I need medical help, they’re always there for me and I get an appointment very fast. The receptionists are also friendly and always smiling, especially the Greek woman. :-)

    I was there for some tests, I clearly informed them that I am going out for my summer vacation. They book my appointment right when my vacation started and charged me for missed appointment(I did not get SMS or call about my appointment).

    Personalen är säkert bra, men fattar inte hur man får tag i vårdcentralen... har väntat en månad på att de ska ringa mig efter 4 "kontakta mig"/"boka tid" registreringar på 1177. Jag tror de gjorde ett försök som jag inte hann svara på. Fattar inte hur en vårdcentral kan vara så ovilliga att bli nådda. Är man sjuk måste man väl kunna nå läkaren? Lika svårt att ringa. Alla dessa kassa administrativa system gör mig tokig, och jobbar ändå med administration...

    Great patient service. The receptionist speaks good English, is very helpful and polite. Booking by phone is also possible in Swedish as well as in English. My experience with doctors and lab nurses was exclusively positive. The care I’ve received there is outstanding. All my appointments were on time and I always received a follow up letter.

    Yesterday 31/1, Daniel helped me to measure BP and ECG. He asked doctor David to see me and assess the report. He also made an appointment for the next visit. Everything was done quickly and with a great care. I always feel comfortable and welcomed by Capio VC Kista. I have been here since 2015. The ladies at the reception have been helpful and professional every time I visited the clinic.

    Some of the personnel is very good, and they have a good understanding of what it means to be working in the healthcare business, and how to meet patients. Some are unfortunately very incompetent, which made me change VC. One time the receptionist ignored me at the desc for at least 10 minutes, and then she just left, without registering me or without saying anything. I called to ask for advice and book time because I got pain in the kidney. And the person on the other end directly tells me there are no times till next month, and if I have fever. I said I have 37.5, and she actually asked me “do you know what fever means????”. I was so upset I just said thank you for the information and I’ll ask for help somewhere else, to which she replied “Do that!”. This is the exemplary behavior that you want to avoid when you have a health issue. Your job in healthcare is to support the patient even emotionally (yes, might come as a surprise to some!!!). Rudeness won’t take you too far…

😠 The staff is unprofessional, they don't do their job properly. They don't want to help. They don't notify you if the doctor is sick and they don't provide substitute. They just offer talking with a nurse just to take your money.
