    The fact that companies such as this can operate within the health care sector is scary. Very scary. You'd be better off going to a vet.

    Its a fake app, money robbers. They show everything free and they send you a 10000sek credit bill, You can't reach them over phone and they don't even response to the email. don't use this app.

    Can’t say much than the worst. I wish I could give zero star. Service is horrible and the attitude of the healthcare staff is arrogant . Just waste of time and money. Deleted app from my mobile….

    I like the concept of doktor24. I am satisfied with my experience. It's totally free consultation (as of now, July 2020) and you can get a prescription. I chatted first with a nurse to assess my problem/health issue. She asked me to fill up a form to get into details. Then, she asked me to wait for my turn to chat with a doctor. I was 32nd in the queue. It probably took 20-30mins waiting time (Don't worry 'cause they will send you an SMS when it's your turn, so you don' t have to be on the same webpage all the time. ). The doctor came and chatted with me. He had already the assessment the nurse gave, but of course he asked me further (basic questions). He precribed me a medicine directly. The thing is this digital health consultation is best for those who don't have complicated problems that need further assessment/evaluation/lab tests.

    I've been in a chat consultation for an hour, and now they have "connection problems". An hour of my day wasted, with no results. And i'll probably have to pay for this.

    Renewed my prescriptions through the app on my way home in the train and it went as smooth as is could. The doctor was kind and asked me relevant questions. I think what I liked most was that I felt in safe hands and still had the freedom to renew them so quickly without having to see a doctor over and over again.

    When turning to Doktor24's customer support complaining about my Covid 19 PCR-test that never arrived to me as promised, they quickly answered, admitted that a delivery error had occurred and compensated me with an antibody test for free instead. I think that this was a very good and nice way of handling a failure, and so they managed to turn me from being an upset customer to a forgiving one.

    I booked a time for my 3rd dose. They made me wait in line with drop ins. Then they served the drop ins and ignored the people who booked. I’m unsure what they’re doing.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. The service is terrible, and such a waste of time and money when one might need immediate attention. After answering ALL the questions with the chatbot, I was booked for an online appointment, which btw is only on chat. Then the doctor asked me 2 questions (which I already answered to the chatbot), after which the doctor suggested me to contact vårdcentralen as if I didn't already knew that. Why would you waste the time of patients and doctors when the chatbot can answer this too? Just a way of scamming money from patients in the name of "online consultation". Uninstalled the app and am gonna make sure no one in my network ever uses such a scam service.

    Such a terrible service. I had to pay 100sek for absolutely nothing. The Dr was uninterested in my symptoms or wellbeing and kept referring me to a vardcentral despite the fact that I was still trying to explain my situation. Absolutely zero help or advice was given and It actually left me feeling rather upset after the meeting at how dismissive it all was. My advice is to call the health center directly, otherwise you have to pay SEK 100 first and then still have to call the health center anyways.
