It was the worst experience with the hospital staff. I went for my husband's dengue treatment. His platelets decreased on the 6th day of dengue to 20 staff members asking about the donor to reserve the platelets with amount 30k for the transfusion,otherwise we have to shift you in ICU today itself for emergencies. We asked what will be the difference in ICU? They replied that nothing will change, The same thing will happen in the ICU also. Then We decided to discharge from the hospital but staff were stubborn there were pressuring us to stay Your insurance will not be claimed against DAMA. After all the things they were charging 50k for one day hospital only for glucose drip they have given.. after all discussion and questions they came to 19k. Now we moved to the next place and platelets count in a day increased from 20 to 50.. he is recovering without any transfusion It was really a bad experience we had..

Been here for getting knee surgery for my dad. Had Consultation with Orthopedic Doctor on appointment. Hospital is massive and has placed everything streamlined. After thorough consultation, had needed measures performed and have got suggestions for attending the surgery, in time all was good. Got each and every bill mailed in time. Parking is ample and chargeable. Hospital is well equipped with state of the art infrastructure, attending well to the core of patient needs. Strategic planning and well laid layout of Hospital keep it easy for patients and guests have access to treatment, consultation, amenities etc with ease and convenience. My friend had the worst experience here. For mere fever they overcharged her with tests in name of insurance claim to a bill. On top of that they didn't attend to her at all. Most rude and negligent staff I've ever seen. Even the patient discharge procedure was highly time taken. There was even a point where the drip needle was kept in her wrist just because billing procedure was not completed and the staff refused to cooperate or pay any heed to her issue of pain in her wrist. Would recommend anyone reading this not to visit this hospital at all.

My mother had a bilateral knee replacement surgery done here. We are very happy with results. Dr Ram Mohan Reddy was very efficient, supportive and patient friendly. This hospital is providing vaccinations for COVID. I went for booster, however found it strange that the hospital which is giving booster, has standees all over the hospital for taking precautions is careless in terms of wearing a mask. I mean reception at the vaccination area is so careless, how do we expect safety of ourself in such a big renowned private hospital.

Most of the doctors are really good and professional, happy with the primary medical fraternity (doctors, house keeping and nurses). Dr. Rahul Konduri, Dr. Shilpa Aralikar, Dr. Banda Ravi Teja are amazing! They are very compassionate and highly experienced, we only stuck with this hospital due to their good medical fraternity. However, the hospital is grossly understaffed. Pathetic experience in billing, few of the management staff are very unprofessional and incompetent, we were over billed with some procedures that were never performed, they also stored incorrect data regarding it in their systems and only after writing a stringent email regarding the mismanagement and over billing issue, the GM of hospital, Mr. Nagaraju garu stepped in and acknowledged the mistake and corrected the bill. The 24x7 hospital pharmacy is often unattended (attached the picture), we had to wait for over 40mins on several occasions just to buy the medicines, they keep the patient waiting. We see the MD Mr. Raghu reddy garu doing rounds in evening hours, kindly take the cognisance of this matter. We come to such hospitals for better care, your tagline is healing touch, please maintain the standards of a corporate hospital (ironically, we only see it when it comes to billing, the talk is right that corporate hospitals tend to charge very high and drain the money, but atleast maintain the standards for it).

This is the first time visit to this hospital. The hospital is very big one with lot of space to sit. We came here with senior citizens, they noticed and asked us if we need wheel chair assistance. After parked the car in basement the reception guys guided us to the floor. Then the other staff inside the hospital have helped us with everything smoothly. It little far from the city but have the best equipment and good doctors

My initial rating or experience was good . I didn’t experience parking issue that time as I came with driver. But if we come by self , parking facility is very poorly managed . Also, elevators are very poorly managed. Lot of wait time near lifts , some of them are always out of service . I feel this is issue with maintenance or infrastructure management. I had a very bad experience with Continental Hospital. I was examined by Dr. Satish Reddy for Perinanal Abscess and after tests it was confirmed as Pilonidal Sinus but doctor didn't mentioned anything, he simply said it's same go for a surgery. Dr. Satish Reddy clearly stated I can drive and go to ofc after 2-3 days from surgery. Today is 4th day, I am unable to sit sleep at home and don't think can go to ofc for another 7-10 days. I feel false commitment was given so that I should easy opt for the surgery and hospital can meet their target amount. Nurses were very rude, after ringing bell for 3-4 times then they use to visit bed. Discharge procedure took 7 hours and then refund process took almost 1 hour. I would never suggest anyone to even visit for a health checkup. No proper direction how to do dressing of the wound by the doctor or staff. Today when we called assistant doctor she advised to do a sit bath 20 times a day which is pathetic as during discharge they mentioned 5-6 times sit bath. For God shake don't play with patient just for money. Continental Hospital has become a purely commerical firm and they do have a target which every doctor has to fullfill. Please stop treating patient like a ATM machine.

Worst hospital, they charge in the name of covid PPE kits thousands of rupees daily. Why government is not taking action on it. I have the bills need to scan and submit to the court. The other thing is they give NICU attendants a room to sleep where it is fully of insects and can't sit, for sure you will get all allergies there and your money also go if you decide to go there. But I dont leave them for the costs in the name of covid they are charging, will submit my proofs in the court.

This is a feedback regarding the Emergency services of the Care Nampally hospital.My mother was tested Covid positive and we rushed her to Care Nampally where she got the best of Care and advise from Dr Seema ,the head of the dept and Dr Balaji and Dr Sandeep the pulmonologist. They would take my calls at anytime of the day or night.My mother is fine today only because of these doctors .Dr Shoeb is an other Emergency doctor who has helped us without expecting any monetary gain . Consulted Dr Deepthi, cardiologist (online) for my father, he had severe chest pain. The doctor video called and spoke hardly for a minute and recommended to do all the tests.(ECG, 2D echo, TMT, CBP) she didnt even prescribed any medicines. After one day we sent the test results online and there is no response. They dont even answer the calls or reply back. Online consultation doesn't mean doctors communicate less with patients and escape to give proper treatment. I would say whoever is planning to consult this doctor is wasting money, time and increasing your health issues.

Doctor SK Gupta Hemato Oncologist at continental hospital and he is most caring doctor . My father diagnosed with MCL ( Mantle cell Lympoma ) very critical stage 4th and got treated at this hospital under able guidence of Dr Sk Gupta sir. His personal interest and time to time intervention intowards with the patient itself shows his dedication in treating the patient. His patience levels are so high that he explains each and every minute thing clearly understandable related to the recovery status of patient. Supporting Staff and nurses of the hematology department is really excellent and commendable. They are very punctual , disciplined and well behaved all the times. They took most care of my father all the times, not only him, but to all the patients. Their restless efforts in nursing the patients is very much appreciable. Now my father parpactely all right The overall experience of treatment at continental hospital is significant.

Despite having competent doctors, the hospital lacks transparency in its communication with patients (Felt Intentional). They withhold crucial information, such as the denial of insurance claims, until the day of discharge, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Additionally, their discharge policy, which restricts departures after 1 PM, appears inflexible and unaccommodating, even when patients are willing to make upfront payments. Money minded hospital with good doctors. Choice is yours!

Worst fellows in the MRI scanning department. One young girl of 20 yrs went for an MRI scan and the hospital staff, including floor cleaners were taking the video of this girl scanned private parts in MRI control room and the parents were not aware and not allowed inside the control room, it's such a disgusting scene. These idiots should be punished, how can a trusted Hospital allow these cheap labour.

Visited the hospital to see my uncle today. No issues with healthcare, but concerned about the parking charge during visiting hours. When I inquired, I was told it's contracted parking services; however, according to the law/GO, hospital parking should be free. Unusual to be charged 40 Rupees for just 10 minutes of parking. Penning this review in hopes it reaches the hospital management. Personally, I view the parking fee as potentially illegal and not suitable for this commercial premises.

My mother is being treated for breast cancer at this hospital since 3 years. The doctors here really take care of their patients, their experience is commendable. My mothers condition has improved specially after Dr. Ramakrishna Nalla and team started treating her. The plastic surgeon is also doing a great job. Cleanliness, food all being well maintained. I would like to thank everyone at the hospital.

I'm a chronic Migraine patient. I went to consult Dr. Bimal Prasad at Care Nampally. First they are charging Rs950 consultation fee which is overpriced for that hospital which was more like a Govt hospital inside. Dr. Bimal Prasad blatantly denied the existence of my Disease. He is totally incompetent and comes up with preconceived notions. I truly wasted my time and money going to Care. There might be some other great doctors but I certainly won't recommend Dr. Bimal Prasad for any Neuro issues. I would give nagative rating if possible.

I have taken appointment for my mother in law who is 88 yrs old for Dr. Gpv subbaiah sir on 25 _02_20 for next day. With great difficulty we took her to d hospital.On reaching there they told us that Docter has canceled his visit today. My experience with Continental Hospital was good. I had my Father and mother medical checkup. The staff was hospitable and helpful. They had guided us at every stage pertaining to all the processes. They have systematic registration and patients attending process reducing waiting time. The hospital maintained good hygiene and cleanliness. Although it was our first visit to Continental hospital we are pleased by the services.

My father got admitted under Dr Laxminadh Shivraju sir the operation diagnosis cp angel cpiclermoil cramolaning excision brain tumer we have been refer form Kammareddy specially to Dr.laxminadh sir .My father is alright now he is going to abroad for work his completely fit and fine now .Dr.laxminadh sir treatment is too good .can't express in words . my father and he was recover very fast..quick recovery we had under him . Dr.laxminadh sir treatment is outstanding and and the staff and nursing team was so caring and helping nature . The management is to good . Hospital is very hygiene and fresh all the time .

Don't ever go to this hospital. They won't let you leave the hospital. You are bakraa for them. They will loot you like anything in the name of insurance. I went for normal stomach pain and was kept on a number of medications for 2 days without any proper diagnosis. I literally had to beg them to discharge me. If you go here perfectly fine, they make sure you are worse off, both mentally and physically.

WORST EXPERIENCE.Me & my husband went for health checkup worth 15000, along with health check up is doctor consultation, but in doctor consultation , health checkup patients are treated as third rate as doctor assistant and others treat as if you have done crime doing health checkup. In Gynaecology dept , one dr assistant Savita , her conduct was so bad. she asked me to wait & was allowing other patients who came after me to meet doctor ( though i had consultation appointment with doctor) just becoz i was consulting after health check . Pls. don't expect any proper consultation with doctor after health checkup as it was worst experience with us.Doctor assistant & juniors are worst here & dealing with them is a pain.

Experience at Continental Hospital with Dr. Amar Raghu I recently visited Continental Hospital for my daughters' medical needs and consulted with Dr. Amar Raghu. Overall, the experience and treatment received were just fine. The nurses and reception staff were notably helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. Additionally, I must express my disappointment with the service at Amar Raghu. They consistently fail to respect appointment times, and the staff seem clueless about doctor availability. Despite these challenges, I am appreciative of the care provided by the hospital staff and Dr. Amar Raghu. With a little improvement in scheduling efficiency, Continental Hospital could further elevate its service standards.

Today morning I went to ENT department of this hospital at Road no.1, Financial district with an appointment for the purpose of ear piercing & fixing gold coated studs to my grand daughter( 6 months old baby). I was made to wait almost 4 hours ultimately without addressing my issue on the pretext that ear studs, leave about gold coated, not even zirconium studs are not available. I have been pursuing my appointment for the last four/five days. The doctor said that he couldn't get response from the stud supplier. Had been informed of the same, I would have planned the same in some other hospital & could have saved 4 hours of my precious time. The guy who coordinated with me for all these days was conspicuously not seen today nor answered my calls. It is totally an act of irresponsible & high handed behaviour on the part of doctor & the staff which is highly reprehensible. I think the entire episode has been stage managed making mockery of the system & and making fun of customers. I register my very very deep regrets at the way customers/clients are taken for granted.

I really appreciated to nursing staff and House kepper members to Ambely,Navena, Nagamani , Sethulaxmi,Orange, Rakesh and saraswati. last 6 years back we diagnosed that my son was suffering from disease called sikkle cell thalesemia. we approach to couple of doctors at different hospitals ,but they had not given permanent solution .from last 6 months back he is suffering from sevier situations and we admitted some other hospital but our problem was not solved.By God grace luckily we approach Dr.SK.Gupta sir through internet website and other social media. We approached Dr.SK Gupta appointment with my family members. Sir was explained about sickle cell thalesemia disease . He made us to understand the problem and then suggested a final solution to do (BMT),as treatment is started sir used to monitoring regularly according to patient conditions and communicate to the staff members .At last BMT procedure was successfully completed, Finally I got my son second Life given by Dr. SK Gupta sir and whole team. I came to ER with chest pain with previous medical history and I was advised for monitoring and admitted to hospital. The treatment was good and doctor was so Informative and explained things carefully. Inpatient services are good. I am giving 4* as I felt the charges are on higher side for the tests and other things.. But I think what you pay is what you get at the end of the day.. if you have insurance which covers your bills or your pockets are deep enough.. you can definitely choose this hospital... insurance process is so smooth and they did all the process and I did not had to follow up on anything..

My wife has gone thru Master health checkup at hospital, it has been a great experience with health checkup team. They really helped to navigate us to each test and made sure it’s done . Further they have collected all the reports and helped promptly to get consultation with various doctors. I want to thank health checkup team for supporting this process and make it lot easier for us. I give them 5 star rating.

I had a few complaints (nursing and administrative) after a minor surgery and multiple follows-ups. The same was updated in the google review. The concerned person from the hospital contacted me and promised me that the same would be addressed. Glad they care about reviews and I'm happy that they took the effort to call me and hear them out. The treating doctor was good. The hospital canteen was good and affordable.

I have got Master Health Checkup done in Continental yesterday. The process is so seamless and was a smooth ride. This could have never been possible without help of Vaishali. She helped us at every step in the process. And I really appreciate her help in spite of her busy schedule. She is the best!

Arti Night nurse This is regarding a nurse name Arti. I found her to be disinterested in her job. 1. She is always busy on her phone while attending patients 2. The way she handles injections or any tests is very rough. She took blood samples for random sugars and does not bother to provide cotton for the excess blood. Had to rub on my shirt 3. She is always in some rush and leaves things half done or doors things just for the sake of it 4. Does not attend immediately. Takes her own sweet time 5. The way she gives injections is also very rough leaves patients in pain 6. Does not place thermometer correctly to check body temperature. Had to check and adjust myself every time despite suffering from high fever Hope management notices this and take measures to avoid such instances

Wouldn't give even a 1 but there isn't any other option. My niece was affected with covid and we went for a prescription. Just like any other commercial hospital, these people were also only focused on the tests, speaking all negative. We had to wait 2.5 hours for one prescription and that is also a very known medicines. I had to shout at the management several times for at least noticing us. As soon as we told we'll not do any tests they stopped answering. The paediatrician maybe was doing his PhD thesis and was busy!! And mind you people we were in emergency room when this happened. After a lot of shouting, we came back and then I received a call from a manager and he apologised and informed me that the particular staff involved had been given a warning and the paediatrician was removed from the hospital and my fee will be refunded, I rejected the refund. I don't believe their words. Just a very big commercial hospital!! 1st they said to pay the bill and then the doctor will prescribe and the manager says we shouldn't pay until everything is done in emergency room. Because of their negligence my niece didn't have lunch and medicines and gradually her temperature raised. We not only suffered in the hospital but also in the house.

DON'T GO HERE!!! Don't go here! Especially for Health checkup. I had a Ultrasound test part of my health checkup. I had water and waited till my turn comes up. But they had me waiting even it's paining as hell! After 1hr of wait nurse called me inside and told me to lie down. By that time I was not able to move my legs due to urine urgency. I told her to treat me as emergency case because it's literally paining. She went out and never came back! It mean nothing for them when a patient said emergency! I called doctor next door and he said he was not aware that I'm there. I had no option but to rush to washroom without completing ultrasound test. Terrible experience for a patient! Even hospitality in Gandhi hospital is much better that this one! Even they knew that it's an emergency and people are suffering with urine urgency they just chit chat around and take hours for 1 case itself! After all the terrible job they've done there is not even a sorry! I strongly suggest you to avoid going here at all costs! Especially to the Medical checkup and in emergency situations!

The doctors are being good.and treatment wise they have a good knowledge . security ..radiology department, remaining staff doing very responsible. but when the patient admitted in hospital some of the nurses are created very sound polution on their personnel matters and loudly talking, at that time they are ignored their allocated responsible duties...and they are take it is easy manner in their duties. may be it can resolve the concern and may be look in to the matter ..it can be more useful to that hospital....

In terms of the surgeons and doctors initially there is no issue they have done a tremendous job and kept us well informed. Terrible experience has been faced after being shifted to the ICU. With a pompous attitude no consideration of attendee stress and condition. As due to the chain of command being so long there is a huge lack in communication within the hospital, with procedures being done haphazardly. If you want to complain they play the blame game on each other. You must so better as a hospital in terms of attendee care and a swift movement of information through all concerned parties. However having such complaints I have no grudge as the job of healing was successful. But as you healed the patient you must also consider the people waiting on them day and night and their state of being as well.

I was having a very good experience with continental hospitals. Mary from Oncology department is very good. She is very close to us from day one and she is very efficient and caring person who explains everything clearly helping us since 6yrs. She does helps in giving treatment effectively. I wanted to personally appreciate her for her efforts she put for everything. Recently we visited this hospital for my husband health checkup we were admitted since he is having some issues, everyone in hospital are very friendly and it creates a home like atmosphere. Recovery is also very fast, previously I had my delivery here all the doctors here are very efficient and caring. I’m very much happy since day one I visited the hospital 6yrs back from then I regularly visit this hospital now I had baby girl born in continental I take her also to this hospital only for regular checkup and vaccination. In these many years I couldn’t find single flaw also. My personal doctor is AVS Suresh sir he is also very patient and he almost became our family, we visited Praveen sir also he is also super friendly and takes care very well entirely treatment is awesome. I trust this hospital a lot. Thanks to continental hospitals for everything.

Delivered a baby boy under Dr. Jyothi Kankanala garu. Inspite of being head of the department, Dr. Jyothi garu is very down to earth , soft spoken, and anyone can feel free to ask any doubt you might have. She always explains everything without making you feel panicked of situation while being taking care of the situation. She always plans everything well in advance stages as preventive measures and can handle every situation/complication with right decision with right treatment at right times. More over, appointment timings are very much valued. Starting from my 2nd month of pregnancy, I don't remember waiting for too long with an appointment time. (Unless doctor attending other emergency delivery cases) To my surprise, all her staff and nursing staff are also very supportive , well trained with lot of patience and greets/treats everyone with utmost care like their own family members. Post delivery, nursing station team made sure that I follow every prescription time to time with reminders and follow-ups as well, throughout out the stay. They always makes sure that, every spl request/food /Medicine needed for your situation comes to you/your room even during odd hours without you personally needing to step out, unless if you wanted to. Dr. Sunil garu (endocrinologist) with lot of experienced analysis and planning, maintained my gestational diabetics in check - throughout my pregnancy period. Dr. Kiran garu (pediatrician/NICU specialist) and their NICU staff Dr.Ved Vyas garu and team are extremely helpful during NICU stay and handled pre-term baby's complications with utmost care. NICU nursing staff takes care of everything time to time, not just as their job but also with positive vibe for baby/parents whether or not you are present there. I always wondered how those house keeping staff shifting/connecting mothers to their new born babies in a different floor(NICU), without any hesitation even mutiple times a day. They have been taking care of everything pre-post delivery bedrest, even your own family members hesitate sometimes. "I know i shouldn't mention/compare here about other hospitals, but what i experienced from other hospitals is, if they have experienced doctor, their money minded management and every other thing have problems and vice versa" But in continental hospitals, Starting from Dr.Jyoti garu - Assistant staff - OP nursing staff- IP nursing Staff, Dr. Sunil garu and staff , Dr. Kiran garu- Assistant Dr. Staff, NICU Nursing staff, Even billing/Insurance staff are also very welcoming. Had multiple bad experiences with the billing in this Hospital. I have been to emergency room today when daughter fell down and got a head injury as well as leg and hip pain. The doctors took x-ray for the leg but couldn’t figure out whether it was normal or not. Such is their knowledge. They said they would like to take another x-ray just to compare if both hips look fine. They said we won’t be charged extra. But when the bill came, I saw they charged for the AP View which they said they won’t charge. I questioned them, they said the doctor said it had to be charged. I told them it was the doctor who said we will not be charged. After some drama, they discounted the charges. Then they called me back and said they forgot to charge me for the 2 staples that they used for the sutures on my daughters head and they charged 1233 for that. See the drama. This is not the first time. Earlier an ortho doctor sold 2 injections to my wife’s aunt for 20000 using the MRP when they were available for 3000 in the market. We came to know this through an orthopedic in KIMS. Such are the cheap standards and money mindedness of these corporate hospitals. Very very inhuman standards.

This review based on 2nd day experience. Everybody's behaviour is good on 1st day because you are new registered patient. 2nd day is the actual part. (Note: 2nd day is the report showing part and here you don't need to pay.) I visited Dermatologist department. The receptionist Sri lakshmi's behaviour changed next day. 1) Doctor told me not to pay next day but she asked to pay again. 2) since I didn't pay she acted like she registered my name but she didn't. I had to wait for 2 hours even after appointment schedule. She sent all the new registered patients (who came later) before me. I asked the receptionist Sri lakshmi, "what's going on?" She replied, "all those patients told her that they were in hurry so let them go first🙂". I asked her, "So I dont have any job? I m not in hurry??!! Who does come to hospital to spend time??!!" After that she asked my name and then registered my name. My appointment was at 11:50 AM. But I waited there till 2 pm. Only because of that receptionist. Her behaviour is also not good. All the time she is busy oiling Dr. Manisha Mareddy.

Came here to get my health checkup done. The entire process has been very smooth from the beginning to the end with proper guidance by the staff. They have guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Dr. Aparajita Gangrade is really awesome. I went in with infection in one of my tooth and later for a root canal, and the only way I can sum this up is by saying she is superb professional and a true expertise in her work. she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. She makes sure at every point that we are pain free and comfortable. It was total pain-free. Would highly recommend.

One of the excellent hospital in Hyderabad. I was taking consultation with Dr. Raghu (gastro), then Dr. Rama Krishnudu (cardio) and Dr Banu Teja Reddy (urology). I visited for Brain Tumor Surgery I am writing this review to help others experiencing similar issues and convey gratitude to the Doctor and his team for saving lives. My wife aged 36 yrs experienced frequent headaches recently and sometimes she was becoming blank minded for a moment and don't know what's happening inside her body for a minute. She gets sweat all over the body for a moment and she was fine after that. This happens twice or thrice a day for some days and no symptoms at all for some days. Hi, I'm from Nanded , came here at continental to take treatment for my wife (Could not get any diagnosis from Nanded even after many tests).My brother in law is the patient of Gupta sir and we have full faith on him. Without knowing anything/anyone we came and Ambily madam help us for admission and follow up and cleared all our doubts. Gupta sir done all necessary reviews, tests on prompt time. A special mention about his memory power. I had earlier discussed my mother's case with him in the month of May 2020 on a telephonic conversation, as I’m in Bangalore at that time and started the treatment as my mother is in Hyderabad only. What had amazed me was that he could recollect all our conversation when I directly met him in person in the month of July 2020 without any prior intimation. We took our son to the emergency ward of continental hospital on 26th December, 2020. The doctor at the emergency ward though slightly blunt ( keep telling us our son's condition is alarmingly critical) was very knowledgeable and did the needful considering the given situation. We are grateful to Dr. Awaz who later tooked over my son's treatment. We are extremely grateful to the doctors and nurses in NICU/ PICU including sandhya, ashuniti, Tejaswini, Vedavyas, priyanka, kavita, jaisa, stephin and Unit manager Ramana. We are grateful to neurologist Dr. Kailash and dermatologist srilakshmi. The security guards were wonderful too.

I got my mother admitted in the hospital as an emergency case and later on she had to go through a brain surgery. I really appreciate the way the doctors and the hospital staff treated her, right from the time she was brought in the emergency unit, till the point she got discharged after a successful brain surgery. The best thing I liked about he hospital are their talented doctors, who give ample amount of time in explaining the problem and the treatment to the patient and their attendants. They take full care of the patients in each and every aspect. Dr. Jayakeerthi Y. Rao is an incredible Cardiologist. Very compassionate towards patients. He conducted appropriate investigations until the root cause for my brothers health issue was diagnosed. He explained in detail why an ICD implant is the only treatment to save my brothers life. Spent ample time to clear all doubts. Doctors demeanor has put my brother at ease to undergo ICD implant procedure.

No proper sanitation and people who have insurace from govt. Are not getting free service they first say the patient to visit the doctor for free and then after all the process and tests they ask you money saying it is compulsary not only me but i saw other patients also arguing for this matter (worst service)

I dont know about the good and bad of the hospital, we trust too much on Dr.Nirmal Kumar cardiologist and we admitted my father after chest pain and Dr.Nirmal Kumar treated him he suggested for the stent and we gone through that also but after next day I saw my father dead body in my home. Firstly, I would wish everyone to be healthy and do not get a need to visit any hospital, but when supposed to visit Continental hospital should be the noteworthy choice as per my experience here. My mother had some mild symptoms which kind of feel like heart related problem and so I have visited this hospital for her check up. All the doctors I have consulted (Physician N V Ramana Rao and Cardiologist Meeraji Rao) are highly experienced and very empathetic to the patient and provided well guided course of actions which led to the complete and proper diagnosis for my mother. Even during the treatment day Susheela Devi from Cardiology Dept. assisted us right from the admission procedure till the completion of the surgery which led to the smooth dealing of every procedure in the hospital. Every nursing staff we came across during the course is very polite and professional. Thank you for the proper diagnosis, good treatment and good maintenance overall.Also, thank you for keeping the integrity and raising the standard of health treatment.

I had thyroglosal cyst operated on 18th Feb 2021. It was operated by Dr.Ravi chandra and Dr. Sai Kiran. I am relived of the problem and really greatful to the doctors. Gupta explained everythig about my father's health situation in an understandable way. Went there for V Shunt Operation. Nurses were humble and caring on the 7th floor. Dr. Rajshekhar Reddy was very thorough and patient with explaining the whole operation process to non-medical professionals such as ourselves. The only thing we disliked was that they billed us extravagantly for everything, even when a doctor came during the day and simply asked me how I was doing that day, they billed us for that as well.

Sharing my experience with Continental Hospital, Hyderabad. My father was suffering from a gastric ailment and it was difficult for me to find out a good doctor. As we are new to the city, it is very difficult to find out a good hospital where you can completely rely on the treatment. One of my colleagues recommended Continental hospital and it turned out to be the best place. Especially because of the behaviour of their teams. Hospital environment is good. Doctors are very excellent in dealing with the patients problems and communicating to patients by giving instructions to follow for speedy recovery. Sisters, physical therapists, CT Scan technicians, Chest X-ray technicians and ECG technicians are very cooperative and very cordial. It's waste of booking an appointment, who ever reaches first they will just send in, for 4pm slot even if we report at 3:45pm, other who have appointment at 6pm if reports at 3:45 or 3:30 they will send them in before even 4pm patient. This is good if no one waiting in the queue. No transparency at all. They loot our money and in return we need to here unnecessary words from them.

I was visited continental hospital on 26.02.2021 with an appointment Dr.Rajasekhara Reddy Konda, Neurosurgeon for the back pain problem. sir was asked about my problem with much patience. he has shown my MRI and explained clearly to me and also clarify all the doubts. The hospital has Green OT, Level 3 NICU and PICU, and is known for it’s efficient critical care team.

Continental hospital is a no mess up to point treatment and very organized institution. I liked the transparency and honesty of the hospital. Anything and everything is clearly communicated. Nursing staff and duty doctors are very courteous and never make you feel in hard times. Hospital is very hygienic and cleanliness is always maintained. For any kind of health related visits I strongly recommend to consider continental as first option.

I expected lot from continental Hospital but very much disappointed in maintaining cleanliness. None of the attenders will respond on time. In Male economy ward none of the nursing staff will take care of the patients with care & politeness. Everyone will be busy all time in Gossiping with eachother and with loud voices and they will not listen on time and not provide proper precautions to the patient. Only 1 or 2 nurses are very good with patients. The doctor who visits for checkup post surgery they don't know anything and they will try to manage when we ask related questions to surgery without giving proper answer to our query. Moreover, There is lot of difference in billing when compared to cash payment & insurance payment. If you are claiming insurance. Kindly check the estimation cost with other hospitals.

As I went to this Hospital for Vaccination on 18 Sep, I was warm welcomed in the Reception. As My bday nears in three days, she greeted me Advance Birthday Wishes. I had a good experience here. I had orthopedic and surgical requirements, and the processes were dealt quite smoothly. I would like to mention Dr. Satish Reddy who carefully handled my abcess surgery and post operative care. I would recommend this place for patients and families living nearby.

Firstly, it's expensive. The scheduling of tests like MRI is not immediate, irrespective of talking to them beforehand about it (contacting 2 days before, taking 40kms of travel route to arrive). And then the reports will take even more time. Have to keep calling them all day to get them. Online booking of a follow up appointment just adds on the the pre-existing pain. Really bad experience with the facilities here. Edit: If I could, I would give a negative rating. They were demanding consultation fees again for a follow up. Had to waste a few hours to get them to stop asking for it, but a desperate for checkup person would have paid for the follow up already. This is literally scamming.

Very pleasant service from continental hospitals came for consult of my friend and doctor advised radiology scans. USG and after that they advised for CT, in no time it was done. Mr sampath in USG was very nice and helped me till we got back the reports. Also the facility is very clean. Will recommend Continental big time.
