As others have said, the chatter between nurses when going around collecting blood samples can make you feel anxious and uncomfortable. Also, some of the nurses get so absorbed in their conversation that they don't say anything when blood sampling begins and ends, which is a problem. It may be painful when drawing blood or removing an indwelling needle, so I would like you to give me a firm warning. Also, when taking an electrocardiogram, unless you clearly declare the start and end, you won't know if it's okay to move. There were many times when I stayed still and it wasn't my turn yet (lol) Also, I feel good just by saying "Thank you." or "It's finished." Of course, the same can be said for the subjects... However, I have the impression that most of the nurses and coordinators are very pleasant people. From here, I would like to talk about what I personally felt while using the facility. [Before the coronavirus] ① I want all the clocks in the hospital to match exactly. On rare occasions, the facility may be overflowing with overcapacity subjects. At that time, the usual 30 minutes to use the shower room was shortened to about 15 minutes. If the clocks in the hospital were off by more than 5 minutes under such conditions, it was certain that conflicts would easily occur among the subjects. Also, I personally feel that even 30 minutes is too short to take a bath, so I would like to have a consistent exact time so that I can make the most of my time. ②Do not pay too much attention to the subjects who are making noise in the day room. Since you will be spending your time in a small space, it can be quite stressful if someone speaks in a loud voice. I can understand why the test subjects would become addicted to playing games with each other, but for those who aren't involved, it's a huge nuisance. Even if you know that some of the people you are playing with are noisy, you may not be able to tell them to lower their voices because you have only known them for a short time. Wouldn't it be possible to avoid any trouble if nurses and other staff members were careful about this? ③When I was on the same floor as a project involving women, even though there were only a few people, the washer and dryer were occupied all morning. In severe cases, this can happen even if there are only one or two female subjects, which is a problem. This happens even with a group of 20 people, so to be honest, I would like you to give me a break. Moreover, the floor is divided in half, which reduces the range of movement and creates stress. I guess this can't be helped in terms of security... [After the coronavirus pandemic] ① The curtains next to the bed can now be closed, providing a certain degree of privacy. The stress has been significantly reduced compared to before, so I would be happy if people would hire me even after the coronavirus situation subsides. ②It seems that they brought their own slippers to cut costs. It is troublesome to have more and more luggage. ③It is painful to have to wait 4 to 5 hours for a coronavirus test. I would like them to use a test kit that gives a result in about 30 minutes.

After a long journey, I was finally able to participate in a clinical trial for the first time. This time it was a hospital exam. If you have a smartphone, tablet, or PC, you can easily kill time. There is no problem as long as you follow the instructions. The meals are catered boxed lunches, but they are nutritious and taste delicious. Blood samples are generally taken before breakfast, so the nurses had a hard time several times because my blood sugar levels were low and my blood vessels were thin. I do hear the nurses talking privately when they go around taking blood samples, but it's not that noticeable. I don't think it's a problem because it doesn't interfere with blood sampling. At the end of the day, we are subjects to earn money, not patients. You should understand this before participating in a clinical trial. I would like to participate again if I have a chance.

This is a private hospital used for clinical trials. I found the facilities to be nice, and the staff (both Japanese and foreign) were friendly and professional. I’d definitely participate in future trials.

(Translated by Google) ·screening A total of two and a half hours from admission to the end of the inspection. The burden reduction fee is ¥ 3.000- by hand on the day. Missing selection is out item and TEL for improvement analysis. For re-examination, please pay the full amount for the calculated transportation cost. ·hospitalization Subjects take a bath once a day for a fixed time and order. After every morning bath, I had radio calisthenics, sweated and had lunch, and when I went to bed, I felt uncomfortable and uncomfortable, and I wiped my body with a hot water towel every night and went to bed. Since the number of people is small, I wanted them to flexibly organize things such as changing the rote or taking a bath in the evening.

(Translated by Google) I participated in this clinical trial once a few years ago. I don't know what the current state of Corona is, but when I joined, the use of curtains was banned day and night. I guess it's to prevent the subject from bringing in some food and hiding and eating, but I didn't like having someone's ginger right in front of me when I turned over. The good thing about this facility is that the system allows you to choose the time you want to use the shower room in advance. (If it is not such a system, you have to go to the shower room to check if the shower room is available). Also, it was good that the shower time given was relatively long, 30 minutes. The facility itself was new and clean, the lunch box was pretty good, and I wanted to participate again ... but when I went to the pre-examination again, my hemoglobin value was low (= anemia). (Somewhat), so I failed in the pre-examination twice or three times in a row, and after that, as soon as I applied for the pre-examination, I got a call from the other party to decline, and I could not even receive the pre-examination. I have. One day, after applying for a pre-examination, when I received a phone call from the other side as usual, I dared to ask, "Do you mean that I will not be able to participate in clinical trials there for the rest of my life?" The answer is "yes". Yes, it's a de facto ban. By the way, considering that I have been able to participate in clinical trials at other facilities multiple times even after being pointed out that I have anemia, this facility probably has a slightly higher hurdle to pass the pre-examination. It seems to be set. Therefore, if you are thinking of participating in this clinical trial, you may want to be more careful than other clinical trial facilities.

(Translated by Google) I had some time to get to my next job, so I participated in the clinical trial at the clinical trial hospital for about a week. If there is no problem, you will be examined again (blood and urine tests) on the designated day, and successful applicants will be admitted as they are. There were some people who failed, and I went home with the feeling that "if I have another chance, ry". I had the impression that the number of participants was larger than the specified number. After I entered the hospital, I thought it was normal to collect blood. Blood was collected with an indwelling needle for the entire day after the medication. Even though it is an indwelling needle, what is actually in the skin is made of plastic. Blood is collected every 30 minutes and every 1 hour, so it is not suitable for clinical trials. There is some discomfort because I spend the night with the indwelling needle stuck. As others have written, there is a nurse's private language, but the work is solid and I don't care so much. It is no different from other university hospitals. The nurses were also good at collecting blood because they were in the middle age group. It's just like that. I am very satisfied with the food. Both quality and quantity were satisfactory for adult men. Rather, the amount is so large that it seems to be fat. Unlike ordinary hospital food, it feels like a high-grade catered lunch will come out. Sometimes it's cold, so there's a microwave line at that time. If you shift the time, you can spend it without stress. Laundry can be reserved for washing and drying in advance and can only be used during the reserved time. However, it is a source of trouble because some people do not follow this rule and use it without permission. Detergent is provided. Showers have a fixed time and are random from morning to afternoon. It will take about 30 minutes. There is body soap, shampoo, and face wash. I have a lot of free time, but if I have a tablet and a computer, I can afford it. Wi-Fi is too weak and sometimes falls off, so if you place importance on comfort, you should prepare pocket Wi-Fi during the clinical trial. The above is the general content. To be honest, the only thing I would like to ask the hospital side is to change Wi-Fi to something that works a little more properly. There is nothing wrong with it. If anything, I said that there was a problem with the clinical trial participants. If you follow the rules before entering the facility, you should follow the rules to prevent troubles such as "frequent alcohol disinfection", "washing hands", "always wearing a mask except when eating, brushing teeth, and showering". , There are people who can't protect. It is strange to think that such people are writing criticisms of hospitals, doctors and nurses. In the first place, clinical trials are volunteers, and cooperation money is paid from the viewpoint of living expenses during the period of detention. So to speak, I am in the position of doing a clinical trial, so if I have any complaints, I don't have to participate from the beginning, and if I feel the response, I can decline halfway. It seems that many people mistakenly think that they are customers, even though they are looking for cooperation money. It may be only for me, but there are many adults who do not understand the risks of clinical trials and cannot follow the rules, so the point is that there are few decent people (although I may not be decent either). If you don't need it, don't participate in clinical trials and lead a normal life. This was a good experience.

Even though the way nurses interact with each other varies from person to person, I was surprised at the low level of awareness among doctors. When I asked some basic questions about medicines during the test, I realized that I was unsure of what kind of medicines they were taking, and that I was feeling anxious, and from then on, they responded in an irritated manner. According to reviews, there have been fatal accidents in the past due to poor customer service. I was really surprized.

I participated in the clinical trial for about half a month. I didn't feel as unfriendly as the reviews said. If I had to say it, I would have been happy if there was fabric softener for washing... The rice was an outsourced lunch box, and it was a lot of food.
