One of the best restaurants in Batangas, you have to definitely check it out. People are friendly, ambience is serene, and the food is good. They changed their motif too. When using waze or google maps for directions, I would suggest searching for MGM Ranch & Farm Resort instead. We got directed to Plantacion Isabella instead when trying to get here.

Good venue! Don’t go on a weekday to eat here though. Almost all the food choices were not available. And for the ones that are available it would take about a good hour to hour and a half to serve cold. We had to follow up our coffee order at least 5 times!

Great ambiance. It's like traveling back centuries ago. The rustic tables, chairs and decors fit well. Nice feeling being in a ranch. The service takes long, by the way. The path to the ranch is a little bit rocky, but passable nonetheless.

A must visit cafe in batangas. The service is very nice and very warm welcoming hospitality. The place has old built house which is very nicely maintained and the interiors are outstanding. Once of the great place for photography as well.

We came at a bad time when there were several overnighters dining. The two service personnel were harassed no end. Most of the items on the menu were either not available or will cook longer than their closing hours. The ambience was great and the photo opts were excellent.

No welcoming staff when we arrived, We had to knocked for about 5mins. The place is refreshing since it location is in the ranch. I haven't tried but someone told me that you can tour around the ranch. Price is reasonable enough. A cozy place to chill with. I think its around a kilometer to get inside the ranch from the national road/hiway.

Definitely a must visit when you’re in Taal. I love the rustic setup of the place. Their staff were kind enough to give us a second plate of their complimentary bread with their signature balsamic sauce.

Food was better than expected despite them not expecting any visitors. It felt like being in your own farm house since we were the only guests at the of our visit.

Homely and Easeful Place

There were only two tables occupied one was ours and the other by young people who only ordered drinks. It took 40 minutes before our first order arrived which was the chunky crab soup good for one priced at 160. It was made of crab sticks and did not taste like real crabs, it tasted like flour. The chicken wings was ok, the adobo paella was adobo with the rice mixed with the adobo sauce and nothing special about it. The salted egg was near spoilage. There was nothing special with the small slice of salmon priced at 380 pesos. I expected the hot chocolate to be exceptional since this was Batangas, but alas it was not to be. I relied on the 4.3 star rating, maybe it was for the place and had nothing to do with the food!

To be honest i think i ate here at a bad time. Off peak i guess. I loved the food and the vicinity. You get to roam around grounds where famous movies and soap operas were shot. There was just a lot of renovation when i was there and the place was only manned by two people. i look forward to the day this place will be up and about. More so because the food here i enjoyed a lot.

The place was amazing but the service was so slow. We had to wait for our food for more than an hour. The frappe I ordered took 30mins to be served. The food was ok, not that delicious.

The place is cozy, my wife and kids love it. 😊
