We arrived earlier than we should have for our check in time and we were treated kindly and allowed to stay within the complex until our room was ready. The rooms are neat and well decorated in a contemporary, timeless style. The rooms provide you with exactly what u need. A couch u can sleep on, a queen sized bed and the kitchen is a good size and provides you with everything u need like crockery etc. They provide u with a heater, fan and an iron. The room service is exceptional, everything is neat when you come back plus it comes with an excellent view of the beach and it is very close to the beach so you can walk there. In terms of entertainment they have a pool table, playstation, putt putt, darts, board games and games for little kids. So they do provide u with entertainment, but not a lot so it's not a place to go to if you are looking for entertainment. It is a great, comfortable, quiet, beautiful and excellent place. 5 stars

What an amazing holiday. Table View Villas was awesome. Unit was modern and exactly what I expected. very close to the beach which was a huge benefit for us and the kids to just walk across the road to the beach. Lots of restaurants and hang out spot in the area within walking distance which is a holiday makers dream holiday when you don't want to always drive out. The view of Table Mountain is to die for - absolutely stunning. The unit had a splash pool to cool off or chill in. I would definitely go back again as it was an amazing holiday and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very little space for groceries in their kitchen cabinets as one is fully occupied by the gas supply, and the other under sink cabinet fully occupied by the Geyser. Not too friendly staff either..... Went down to reception for assistance..... And nothing was done about our problem as of yet. Poor layout and design of the units as well. But...... Accommodation is scarce in cape Town...... And their price is reasonable for what we got to stay in. Great view of Table bay and of the mountain make it worth it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is central to so many different places ranging from wine farms to restaurants, beautiful beaches and interesting tourist attractions. The cabana is well equipped and everything in superb condition and working order. The view from our cabana was magnificent, low levels of noise and staff very friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked for 2022👍

The location is absolutely amazing as its across the road from the beach. The rooms are lovely, but cold in winter and they do not provide heaters. The bedding is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are not very friendly and if you do not ask them to clean your room later, they will knock you awake with their persistent loud knocking on your door. The staff are intent on the time they knock off and do not respect that you are on holiday and want to sleep late. I have been visiting this hotel for the past 8 years and I keep going back because of the location!

Very nice place to stay at affordable prices and near the beach. The villa's were neat and clean with excellent staff at the front desk and cleaning staff. Only small issue will be if you have a big vehicle, the parking spaces are small and not easy to get in or out of.
