The
manager
Anton
is
rude
and
arrogant.
Pathetic
service
l
received
today
and
l
will
be
telling
everyone
i
know
to
stay
away.
l
cannot
believe
in
2023
this
is
still
happening.
l
was
over
charged
by
the
waiter
basically
we
were
charged
double
for
our
bill
and
the
waiter
made
us
tap
and
never
gave
a
receipt
and
quickly
left.
When
we
got
home
I
realized
that
we
were
double
charged
and
it
made
sense
as
the
waiter
quickly
walked
away
and
didn't
give
us
a
bill
or
receipt.
l
emailed
Cubana
and
after
Anton
responded
with
a
very
'cold'
email
saying
we
must
come
and
collect
the
refund.
In
my
email
l
explained
the
incident
and
said
l
will
be
happy
to
provide
the
time
frame
for
them
to
investigate
further.
So
l
went
in
today
to
see
Anton
and
get
my
receipt
and
to
get
their
side
of
the
story.
That's
where
all
HELL
BROKE
LOOSE.
I
have
never
been
treated
with
disrespect
like
Anton
did
today.
He
was
very
rude.
So
basically
he
agrees
and
apparently
he
saw
that
we
were
double
charged
and
that
he
spoke
to
the
waiter
and
the
waiter
said
he
was
trying
to
avoid
us
swiping
numerous
times
so
he
charged
us
double
round
and
he
meant
to
bring
the
other
round
later,
so
i
said
to
him
that's
not
what
we
discussed
with
the
waiter
and
we
were
not
aware
that
he
is
charging
double..So
l
am
thinking
we
are
having
a
conversation
then
he
started
shouting
at
me.
Basically
saying
he
already
apologized
in
the
email
and
he
is
giving
the
refund
back.
So
I
responded
to
him
saying
it's
not
about
getting
the
refund,
it
is
about
the
customer
experience
and
making
sure
this
does
not
happen
again
to
more
customers.
Anton
was
fuming
even
more
and
he
told
me
that
l
was
accusing
his
staff
of
theft
and
that
he
will
protect
them
at
all
costs
and
in
his
15
years
of
service
he
knows
the
customer
is
not
always
right.
and
then
he
has
the
nerve
to
say
to
me
l
have
already
apologized
to
you
and
it
seems
like
you
now
want
something
MORE?????Disgusting,
pathetic
behavior
and
service.
My
point
as
a
customer
was
to
be
heard
and
for
them
to
sympathize
and
actually
look
into
the
incident
and
not
to
be
treated
like
Rubbish.
Firstly
Anton
never
did
any
investigation
as
l
only
gave
him
amounts
and
no
time
lines
for
him
to
check
cameras
and
he
didnt
even
know
my
face
for
him
to
check
the
cameras
etc.
but
yet
he
already
did
the
investigation
without
full
info.
This
goes
to
show
that
CUBANA
does
not
take
their
customers
seriously
and
Antony
clearly
needs
to
go
and
learn
more
about
customer
experience
and
he
must
stop
profiling
the
customers
based
on
gender
and
RACE.
Clearly
Anton
does
not
care
about
the
customer
experience
and
treats
the
customers
as
a
number.
The
arrogance
is
on
another
level.
Anton
is
blatantly
rude
and
ARROGANT
AND
I
REPEAT
HE
DOES
NOT
CARE
ABOUT
THE
CUSTOMERS
AND
HE
LACKES
COMMON
EMPATHY
AND
ITS
A
SHAME
THAT
HE
IS
REPRESENTING
SUCH
A
BIG
BRANT
LIKE
CUBANA.
I
WILL
NOT
BE
COMING
BACK
AND
WILL
CERTAINLY
TELL
THE
PEOPLE
I
KNOW
TO
STAY
AWAY!
