    My son is dealing with something for months. This week it got worse. I tried to make an appointment unsuccessfully. I went to the clinic and asked the Dr. Vicencio’s nurse for an appointment at any time today (we could wait) but they said that my son needed an appt and the first available one was for 10 days. I asked for a prescription instead, of course they said no cause the doctor had to see my son first. I came to an Urgent Care. When I was waiting there Dr. Vicencio’s nurse called me to give us an appt for tomorrow. When she could see my son for 10 minutes on something that Dr. Vicencio already knew about that my son is dealing with it for a very long time. I am not a new patient in that clinic and I don’t want to lose hope on them, but every time the service is worse and worse.

    Are you looking for a place to receive subpar care and attention, and then by harassed for months by the billing office because they can't keep their records straight? Look no further! We guarantee your nurses will be stressed out and overworked; in fact, you might even see one of them crying in the parking lot after you leave the hospital! Don't worry though, we make sure that as much as the nurses care about you, they are set up to fail by a lack of support, meaning that YOU will be potentially put in harms way, and leave the hospital with a fun story of medical trauma to tell at parties. Don't worry though, the fun doesn't stop there! Our billing department is a disorganized mess, but we will make it YOUR responsibility to sift through our screw ups. You'll never be lonely, because we will harass you once, twice, sometimes FOUR times a day to a pay a bill you've already paid, and we make sure to have long hold times so that you've got to work for that crucial information. Go anywhere else. Seriously.

    Terrible billing dept. Went here for an eye check and they put the wrong insurance info on. Called them 3x to fix the insurance, customer service locally is non existence. Outsourced to some foreign land. They were nice and said they fixed it but still no correct insurance. It is almost 9 momths. And the eye care department is now closed a few months after the visit.
