Our water heater decided to die and start leaking on Superbowl Sunday. Maintenance took care of it with no hesitation. Easily could have left us without hot water and waited until Monday, but he fixed it and made sure we were taken care of.. Greatest service I've ever had.

My wife and I absolutely loved it here. Due to unforeseen circumstances with our employment situations this year we had to leave the state earlier than anticipated. We were so grateful for the way management worked with us. If we end up back in the area we would love to live here again. It’s got a great feel in a great location...we enjoyed walking to nearby Chamber’s Bay frequently. It’s a gated community which is nice with an overall good feel. All the staff we met were wonderful. We loved the apartment itself. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center. Special memories here.

The sounds look good! Glad to see a walk-through gate was installed in the back. Would just like to see the front gate automatically close though. It is ALWAYS left open. What is the use of having one if it is never closed? Just my thoughts. All things considered, Steve and Rita are doing a great job.

Thank you! The maintenance was very quick and efficient. He was able do it while I was not even there. I love being close to a lot of parks within walking distance. Love the pool and hot tube. The gym open 24hours. There is a lot of parking which is nice. Great place to live.

The staff is very helpful. My service needs were always taken care of promptly. The grounds are well maintained. The apartments are spacious. I enjoyed my time at the Carriage House.

I recently moved out but have lived in four different apartments at Carriage House over the last 20 years. It is the nicest apartment complex I know of! Steve is the best and I appreciate all of his fast and thorough maintenance.

Worst experience with the lease management. We applied and confirmed for certain monthly rent, then they without telling us increased the monthly rent on the lease contract. Such a scam! Make sure you read the contract. Or just avoid this place at all costs.

So far so good. Aileena has been truly outstanding and went out of her way to welcome me and answer any questions I have. The place was overall clean and any small requests I’ve had so far have been answered right away. We’ve enjoyed the hot tub and pool amenities as well. EDIT; I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues, some large and some small and Steve has been quick to respond. When I noticed water dripping from my sink today, he was there within 10 minutes. Thanks Steve!
