Excellent service by Ryan our server. It was Mothers day and we git seated in under a half hour. Server, Ryan very attentive. All of us had something different and everyone loved their selection. I had the potpourri. The minestrone soup is the best I ever had. UPDATE FEB 22 2022 still excellent service,,today by Crystal. My favorite dish is the mitzra cheese and browned butter..we tried the cheesy garlic bread for the first time today. My husband loves their lasagna.UPDATE MAY 26TH This is still my favorite restaurant. We just went today, Christine, our server was fantastic. Still loving the mitzra cheese. My husband tried the garlic mitzra cheese and brown butter that has garlic, mushrooms and bacon. In March we went as a family for my birthday, had a great time. UPDATE AUGUST 7TH still my favorite restaurant, today I tried the clam sauce with my favorite mitzra cheese, best combo. My husband had the mitzra cheese. We both ordered the hearty portion for $3.99 extra so we could have leftovers for tomorrow. Our server, Emma, was excellent, checked on us frequently and very friendly. UPDATE NOV28TH They now have a rewards program you can sign up for, food and service still excellent. UPDATE MAY 8TH 2023 our server, Solid, was excellent, always there for anything we needed despite taking care of a big party also..I tried the clam sauce spaghetti, very good.. I usually have their soup but tried the side salad with their homemade pesto dressing, it was a huge portion for a side. Love their new rewards program, today unlocked 3 new rewards.

I've never had so much bread in my life. This was such an amazing experience! The service and food was phenomenal despite the wait. For the price, it is an incredible amount of food. I ordered the Spinach and Cheese Ravioli and it came with unlimited bread, minestrone, pasta, and ice cream! The minestrone tasted amazing and had the perfect mix of veggies. The ravioli was pretty average, but I thought it was a perfect amount.

The area/location is decent. It was clean outside, not a lot of people. A good amount of parking and it was free parking after 6p. Fun atmosphere. Love the decorations and design. We had a 20-30 minute wait. The waitress was busy but very happy and did a good job keeping us happy. I’d say the Alfredo was a bit bland but still good! The drinks are good and dessert was delicious.

Honestly I thought the food was bland. My husband really liked his Spicy Spaghetti. My White Clam Pasta was barely seasoned and the clams were so tiny, and few, I'm not sure why it cost extra. When I brought it home I was able to make it tasty with some spice tho. Four stars because the service was great, everything was clean, staff was friendly.

Frist time to new location. Was really sad to see they didn't keep move of old locations table and chairs. And the old location has the coolest bathroom. Sad to see it all gone The Food is still very good. Myzithra cheese and meat sauce so good. Hubby got claim sauce and mushroom sauce. The bread was warm and crunchy. The ice cream still very good.

Wow, we loved this place so very much. We got 3 course meal (soup, pasta dish, and dessert) for about $20 each, and the food was amazing! They also treat you with their special and delicious baked bread, and if your order soda, they give you very cute glass to take home with you. One of the best dining experiences in our live. And trust me, we love to eat!

Good food, and our Waitress was a rock star at her job. It is rare to find such a service now a days. We loved it.

Beautiful restaurant. Kind employees. Good atmosphere. Great food. Pretty much anything you order you'll love. You get a dessert with every meal for free. They have a pistachio strawberry chocolate ice cream that is very yummy. Not too expensive. You'll love it. You can call and make reservations or just walk in.

We decided to finally visit and were pleasantly surprised there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. We got to sit in the train car and the service was amazing. Kenzie took care of us from start to finish and made sure our drinks were filled and bread was never gone. Our food was spectacular and the dessert even better - so good that I forgot to take pictures. The atmosphere was truly relaxing and we never felt rushed. This restaurant was clean and the restrooms were very nice, big, and clean. We highly recommend this establishment to locals and visitors alike - they have something for everyone. Thank you for this fantastic and memorable experience.

The food was good no complaints but, when they gave us the table we were waiting for 14 minutes "already seated at the table" without anyone attending us or any waiter helping us I think it's a long time, I think they forgot about us, later After the waiter arrived we asked for the appetizers and our dishes at the same time so that the service would be faster but,,,, mmm no, they need to improve the costumer service, when we finished our appetizers the empty plates were on our table for almost 15 minutes, after they brought us the dishes they forgot one of our dish and they asked us if they lost an order and I told them that the ravioli were missing and they apologized and went to the kitchen and brought them quickly, I don't know if we were unlucky but they have to be more careful and attentive to the tables.

Delicious!! Loved being able to try all the sauces with the lunch special! Portions were perfect for lunch! Staff were very friendly!

About a 15 minute wait for dinner which isn't bad. Sat in our own little booth which was clean. Waiter was attentive with our dining experience and made good suggestions. The food was good. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be and it came with bread and butter, a small app (2 to choose from) your entree and an ice cream dessert. A good place to have a nice dinner with family or friends. A lot of people were celebrating a birthday while we were there.

I went here for lunch with a co-worker. I have never been to one of these to eat at, only for drinks and it was a short walk from the office so it was a good stop for lunch. The chicken Marsala was very good and it came with a salad and ice cream. The wait service was very good with our waiter being attentive.

Great service but the water had a weird aftertaste. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly busy but it took a very long time to get our food. We ended up getting our food to go The portions are generous and the bread is yummy. The salad had some not so fresh bits. The prices are a bit expensive. Would not return. There’s a lot of great options in the area I would rather try.

Our waiter Jesus was fabulous! We had a party of 17 for my granddaughter 16th birthday. He smiled, was funny made sure our dinner everything was good. Thank you for making our dinner extra special.

Great location & chill atmosphere when their isn't a table full of screaming kids, rowdy blue collar guys or college kids. The food needs some help. It's a busy location and you can taste that the kitchen is either strained or have a lack of motivation to put out much better food. Don't bother with ordering ahead, the wait time once you get their will likely be between 10-30min during dinner hours. Staff could also benefit from proper training. Seems like the entire staff lineup is scared to interact with customers. When they do finally react and you request an item, theirs no follow-up, you just have to wait and hope they come back. Seems like they like congregating in the back corner of house when overwhelmed based on the handful of times I've been here. Tons of room for improvement. The overall experience for what you'd expect to be fine dining, is more like a gussied up version of The Cheesecake Factory. I'd rather save my money and cook at home at this point. I could cook it faster and better than what you get here.

I personally am not crazy about their food. I find their dishes to be too bland. It's fresh and the quality is there. Also a really fun date space or celebration. Maybe try to rent the whole train car in the middle of the restaurant. Dark wood panels and stained glass lighting make it a magical environment. This restaurant is a must experience for locals.

There was an hour wait for the dining room but we were able to get a nice table in the bar right away. Food is always good and plentiful portions. Our server was friendly and helpful. We always enjoy it here!

The restaurant is wonderful. Cooperating workers. The ambiance is great. Excellent fare. You'll probably like everything on the menu. Every dinner comes with a complimentary dessert. Pistachio strawberry chocolate ice cream is one of their best sellers. Quite reasonable in cost. It's fantastic, and you'll adore it. You can either stroll in or make a reservation over the phone.

Our first time. I had my nephews and niece, so I figured this place would be perfect. The service was superb. My waitress was very patient while we waited for everyone to arrive and get dropped off. She even accommodated us with a larger seating area. Salad is offered before your meal, and ice cream afterwards. (Not an array, just three flavors-chocolate not included) The Sicilian Garlic Cheese bread was the only thing I enjoyed. The salad was subpar, which could be expected because it's complimentary. Maybe I'm not an expert on Italian Food, but my food was really bland. I ordered the Cheese and Spinach Ravioli, and I don't think salt would have made a difference. Like i said maybe, pasta should be bland???! Not sure. I asked the kids who ordered: -Kid's Spaghetti with marinara -Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine -Chicken Parmigiana. Each of them rated their meal -3 out of 5 stars. I rated my meal - 2 which overall averaged out to an 2.75 - but with the beverages, waitstaff and service we rounded up to 3. 😁 However, I didn't care for the atmosphere. My basketball star nephew, who had just played 2 games that day, won and was dropped off at the restaurant- accidently left his backpack (containing his hoop shoes) behind. We later called and left my number should it turn up. We also stopped by before closing, to check with their lost and found, but no one had turned it in. So now, in the middle of his season and a game the next day- he's without his hoop shoes. (Size 13-Pink, Giannis Antetokounpo's) I'm trying not to wish ill on the person who took off with a 12 yr old's hoop shoes... Luckily for us- he didn't realize this until after dinner later that evening, so it didn't ruin our entire day. ... I guess now, I gotta come out the pocket for some new kicks- my nephew probably thanks you. I do not.

We had a family dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory recently. As always the food was quite good, although fees are added for any changes such as substituting veg for pasta. Love the chicken marsala.We were seated in the back room right by the kitchen. Otherwise I would give atmosphere a 5. Our waiter was excellent! I believe his name was Jeremiah, very attentive and efficient! Service in the bar was also great, highly recommend this restaurant!

Ice cream comes with the meal! Ask for mixed caesar salad or upgraded. The other one isn't really caesar salad.

Spegetti factory is never dissapointing. The food was delious the server was great and funny. If u get Gibbs as a waiter he was wonderful and a pleasure to have him as a waiter. The portions here are always amazing.

Always one of our favorite places to go. Love that I can get a 3 course meal here for $20.00 or less . We did a early dinner for my daughter's birthday and only had a 5 minute wait for a Saturday night. Our server was the sweetest and very attentive. My girl even got a birthday song at the end with her ice cream. Such a fun and relaxed night with laughter and bellies full with great food.

Food here is pretty decent. I don't love this place but my wife sure does. I really just think everything is overpriced. Overall not too bad, decent drink selection, decent food.
