They open at 6:30 AM which was great for whoever heading out early. Parking was easy and food is fresh as usual. Only thing is that some frozen drinks are not available. Dinning in area was Clean and organised.

This place is very busy. Just don't go during a really busy time if you’re in a hurry, because the parking lot is difficult to navigate and your food may take a while. The staff is always professional and my order is correct.

These employees are always pleasant. They know how to do their jobs. Very polite. Their parents should be proud Great job y'all Don't let the line fool you, they are very quick and efficient!

The deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries are great! The chicken is really juicy and tender. Love the signature sauce. The milkshakes were too thick and hard to drink with a straw.

I was at this restaurant not too long ago. From the guy who takes your order through the drive tru to the ladies at the window these people provide the best treatment. These amazing people working here true are what customer service is all about. They’re SO good at what they do and for the five minutes you spend there they make you feel like the best friends you haven’t seen in a while! We need more of you in this country. You guys are invaluable! God bless

As always, friendly people and good food. It was really busy and took 20+ mins for our food. We were fine with it, but definitely don’t go if you’re in a hurry!

Service was pretty quick but the order was wrong. It was placed correctly on the receipt but made incorrectly. Quality of the good was good for fast food. Overall I think Chick-fil-A is passable but the sauce is too sweet and food too expensive.

We went through the drive-through. They were training a new person and she got confused. We ended up with three drinks instead of two which I’m sure we paid for, and the order wasn’t quite right. However they were busy so we went out to the parking lot and they brought the food out to us. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and left before we discovered some mistakes. We didn’t go in so I can’t judge atmosphere

My first experience @ a Chick-fil-A. The service was sub-par. A lot of crew acting busy, but not getting things done. We ordered a beverage with our meal and it was NEVER delivered, despite requesting it twice from the staff that brought our food to the table. We waited @ the counter twice to request it; the last time when we were departing. Preparing the requested iced tea beverage required 3 staff members. Clearly, these people lack training and supervision.

My meals have always been fresh & tasty. Service is usually helpful, fast & friendly. Sometimes lunchtime might be crowded & noisy but non-peak hours can be quiet & enjoyable.

This is a very well-run Chick-fil-A, thanks to great folks like David and Lisa. They both keep that lobby and counter humming, and are super nice. Sometimes at a CFA you can feel like the staff are pressed into being nicer than they are, but they both seem genuinely happy to be there and that you visited them. I’ll be back!

I love this place, food is always 10/10, has great customer service, always busy & on top of it !! However, I came inside one day and a employee, I believe named (tanae), she’s needs to get talked to or something, they way she was talking to other co workers are not okay at all, from a customer’s POV, she was telling other co workers to not be on their phone but she’s on her phone, I mean that’s kind of selfish, I want to have a great experience everytime!

I recently had a sandwich here for the first time. I almost feel like my life now has two eras: pre Chick-fil-A and after. The crunch, the flavor, the texture of the bun, chicken and breading all work together for a life changing experience. If this sounds like hyperbole, you may be right, but only to the slightest extent. This is good stuff, and I'm happy to let people know!

Got a gift card as a gift, didn’t want it to go to waste. Got the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had in awhile. Served up with no sauce or anything. Ridiculous. Took way too long too. Not to mention they are bigots, not worth the trip at all.

Super yummy chicken sandwiches! Spicy or plain!!! See ice through the drive through well managed and seemed to flow nicely when they were busy. Nice kind and talkative employees meaning they at least asked how your day was going! Just the best chicken ever!

Wow, been a long time since I have enjoyed Chick-fil-A in a long time...prolly 30 years? Had to pick up some skiis in Tacoma and needed lunch. Line was long but glad we waited. The drive thru went super fast, order takers where friendly and helpful. Food was awesome! Super hot and perfectly salted waffle fries. Chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious! So good. Full disclosure, we where starving but I think even without being hungry, the food is on point for fast food.

Food was hot and fresh but the line took a bit to go through the line and the location is not very good compared to the other locations. Getting to the restaurant is a bit tricky because of the high traffic but that was the only issue for this location I still recommend if you’re trying to get some delicious food

Chick-fil-A is exactly what it is each time. The reliability is why I keep going back. I don't eat fast food all that often but when I do I want an item that tastes like I expect it will and I want the item relatively fast. This location of Chic-fil-A always hits both of those perfect. Their driveway is a little tricky to see the first time going there but once in don't worry about a long line. The staff keeps things rolling better than I would expect and soon you'll have an awesome tasting chicken sandwich/burger in your hand.

Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Witnessed one of the team members chase after a car across the parking lot when they accidentally drove off without part of their order. I've come to expect quality service from Chick-fil-A, but this location specifically goes above and beyond. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.

This Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorites. Consistently hot, fresh food. I've never interacted with an unhappy employee, all of them have been so kind and helpful. The line can get long but moves quickly, in true Chick-fil-A fashion. Also, they are always generous with their sauces which is worth 5 stars in and of itself.

As is the case with almost every Chick-fil-A I have ever visited this location provided. Not just great casual-fast food but good value and amazing customer service. The original chicken sandwich is always fresh, crispy, juicy and delicious. Besides, such as waffle fries and macaroni and cheese when they are fresh are as good as you can get. It is only a rare occasion that an item I have ordered isn't quite right. And every time by bringing it to someone's attention has led to a friendly and courteous resolution. I think this is one of the core reasons for this chain's core success. No matter who you are or what you believe, they will treat you with courtesy and do what is possible to ensure you are happy with your experience.

Waited in drive thru for about 25 min with only about 10 cars to then still be sent to continue wait in a parking spot for our food. Wasn't a large order 5 items total. Anytime we come to this location we have some sort of issue either incredibly slow or an incorrect order. In the end took 30+ min to get our food. Food was at good and hot.

Worst experience ever at chic fil a. Raw cold soggy fries. Soggy and incorrect sandwich. Soggy cold chicken strips. Lied to about the menu item. We asked no pickles. They said that sandwich doesn't come with pickles. Oh good. Hmmn why is there pickles on it qhen we get home?! And everything was cold. Even the mac n cheese.. Didn't get my sauce I asked for twice. Never going at lunch time again only at night never had an issue before. Never ordering chicken from here again or going here anytime soon. Pictures too.

Can't get better chicken biscuits anywhere else I know of. For breakfast Chick-fil-A is the place to go. For lunch and dinner, I would go for the 30 piece chicken nuggets, waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce.

If I could give a 0 I would! Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a chick fil a! And to top it off the manager was awful as well! Waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes for them to get our order wrong. When asked to have it fixed they were awfully rude.

I am amazed at the customer service of their employees. I had an issue with my order on my phone so I went inside, they called a young African American female supervisor/manager. She apologized and personally fixed my order brought it to my vehicle and gave me extra cookies with a card for a free sandwich. I wish I got her name, tried calling the chick-fil a and it goes to a fircrest location so I couldn’t find out what their name was. I regret not looking at her badge and hope you have a wonderful day young lady! Give this lady a raise, she deserves it!

We go there alot. It's fast food, but it's the best option. Great service and the food is way better than McDonald's or Burger King. The only other fast food chain I even consider is Taco Time.

Went inside because drive through was inaccessible unless you knew to enter behind a large building that was no where near the Chic-fil-a parking lot. Our order took too long to take due to register problems. The whole order had to be reentered on another register taking more time. When our order finally came it wasn't complete because they forgot our large drink. I actually saw that happen to others while we waited for our meal. This was all happening at 3:45 PM so it wasn't like they were swamped.

The open seating area works well to give Customers and staff space while dining in. No doubt the staff less stressed, now that they have less hungry customers staring at them while the staff diligently makes food to serve. I love the food when I get what I ordered. The staff deserve a higher wage.

There's always a line at the drive through but when I went they actually had someone waiting outside to help you order and generally move things along faster. There is an app to order online before you go but I didn't do that when I went and I still made it through the line as quickly as I would at McDonald's or any other fast food place. Food is yummy. Very filling. My kids love the nuggets.
