Narrows has that small gym feel with a great community and coaches that remember you by name. Mike and Vig (owners) always make me feel welcome and support my fitness goals. The couches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have helped me in so many ways. From proper lifting techniques to an uplifting fist bump, they are fun to hang out with.

Narrows CrossFit is like a second home to us! We have been cross fitters for 12 years now and each box we visit has its own feel and strengths. Narrows focuses on community, has great coaching, focuses the methodology, and on each athlete’s individual growth. The group of owners are all cross fitters at the gym and have a passion for fitness and health. They are constantly working on making a better and more efficient gym and experience for the members and visitors alike. I highly recommend the gym no matter if you are in town for a short time, or if the gig harbor area is your permanent home.

I was very nervous about joining a CrossFit gym, not having any experience and not having a lot of movement in my day to day the last couple years. BUT the coaches at Narrows are welcoming and fun! They help you modify for your ability and level. They cheer you on and the other members are equally as welcoming and kind. If you are on the fence, hop over and check it out!

Dropped in from Florida and had a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and the workout was intense. I appreciated the warmup and the time that Coach Allie took to explain the movements and really get us ready for the workout. Will of course come back next time I’m in town

I have learned so much in the few short weeks I’ve been with Narrows CrossFit. The gym is very organized and has up to date equipment. The staff has gone above and beyond to personally make me feel welcome. They offer so much, I would 100% recommend Narrows CrossFit.

Dropped in from out of town looking for a good workout after spending the day on a plane. The gym is super clean, well organized, and efficiently laid out to make the most out of the available space. Equipment is very high end and well cared for. The coach and other gym members were extremely welcoming and friendly and we felt right at home. The class was very well organized and well-ran. All in all it was a great experience; CrossFit Narrows runs a tight ship and I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Instructors are knowledgable, and provide a welcoming environment for everyone. Many of the excercises needed to be modified, and they are patient and kind with me. I'm getting great results for my age! I recommend crossfit, and this gym to everyone.

I joined Narrows Crossfit in November 2022 after moving from West Seattle. I went to a box there for 2 years. Narrows is quite a different experience from my initial crossfit journey. The gym is clean, the equipment is great and there is enough for clients at every level of fitness. The coaching is amazing and consistent and the quick explanations and corrections are so helpful. I was a bit worried about changing gyms as I was so used to mine but the expertise and gains I have made is fantastic. Everyone at every level seems welcome and I love that.
